Their customer service is very good. The sales person that called me was very nice. It has been a pleasant experience. I don’t think the reception is very good. I had to call on my home phone when I tried to test it to figure out why it wasn’t calling me.

My mom is wearing it. I like that she has the option of the wrist band or the little necklace thing. They answered all our questions and so far we have not had any issues.

I am kind of allergic to the part of the watch that is waterproof but overall I like it because it is convenient and small so I kind hide it from the world.

Works anywhere is America. I like the idea of the lock on the door to put a key in. I had a bad fall in my house and couldn’t get the door open. It is too expensive.

It needs to be charged too often also there have been a couple of times I didn’t know it needed to be charged because I did not see the red light come on and it is a little heavy. Once I sent in a form and they didn’t get it so I had to resend it and didn’t acknowledge that they got the second one.

Customer service is exceptional, only thing I would improve is the operators voice is sometimes mumbled because they are so close to the microphone and it's difficult for older folks with hearing issues to understand

Like it because it has GPS on it. I used it one time and it worked fine. The plastic part is worthless, I made my own expansion band which they guaranteed me I could replace the wrist part with an expansion band and that was not true.

We do not have other wristbands available, but you are welcome to change the current one out for one that is more comfortable. Please contact our Customer Care team 800-313-1191 for assistance. Poor service. Later delivery than promised. I am returning the medical guardian alert because my father-in-law died. I am having to pay a $50 restocking fee and it was only used for 2 days actually before he died. I was not told of a restocking fee except for damage and this unit is not damaged. I will never recommend medical guardian as I have use Life alert previously, and it was worked out wonderful. Also I did not have to pay to have my mother's Life alert returned after it wasn't no longer viable to use. Now I have to pay medical guardian $50 restocking and if it's not restocked within 32 days which is their length of time to process it I have to pay for another month. Better business bureau will get a copy of this.

They are not like your normal customer service. They were not in a rush to get me off. They definitely went out of their way to answer all the questions and asked me if there was anything else I needed. They were very polite. I like the device because I am by myself and I need medical help. I’ve only had it for two months and I have not had to use it yet but I would absolutely recommend them because the brief contact I have had with the company is good.
