I’m thankful to have it now. I love it. I was injuring myself a lot. The last time I was outside and no one could hear me so with it I feel so safe now.

I have not had the chance to use it for emergency purposes. I did accidently hit my wrist device and immediately received a response asking if all ok. I am relieved to know it works.

Setting up service was easy. Also, recently my father successfully made an emergency call. Medical Guardian quickly contacted the local EMS for my father.

Didn't have them long, but them seemed ok. There are cheaper companies that offer just as good. The only thing i did not like was the constant calls to try to sell the service and now trying to have me fill out a survey.

Customer support is good. They are very good about calling when it goes off. When it gets bumped they always call, however I fell once and it didn't go off so it was supposed to go off everytime I fall.

I wear it everyday and I don't test it because every so often somebody calls me and asking if I am all right which I' am. It's wonderful because I feel very safe with it.

I just wish it was a little cheaper. Once I fell and got stuck between my bed and my wall and I pushed it and it wasn't anytime until fire department and ambulence came.

Well I would prefer that the batteries don't have to be charged every three to four days. We have tested it. I had one that went off so easy so I complained about it and then they said they sent one that harder to push.

I’ve tested it three times now, once a month, and it has always worked properly. The only problem I have is the lanyard broke on the second day but other than that I haven’t had a problem with it.

They are trustworthy. I doesn’t hold a charge very long, only about three days, but it is easy to use. I have had to replace the strap a couple of times because sometimes it falls off.

Twice last night it went off and it interrupted my sleep. I didn’t realize at first I needed the pieces together. Staff is very nice and congenial. They are very informative.

Wish it wasn’t quite as expensive but is cheaper than some alternatives. I feel more comfortable knowing she has it on when I am not around. I like the GPS factor.

We had it less than a month and charger stopped working. Service stated they would FedEx charger next day, and that was over 3 days ago. The mobile app is also very glitchy and logs you out frequently. The medical response, however, seems quick to answer and are pleasant.

We like that it didn't need to be hooked up to a land line. When she accidentally pushes the button, they let me know. It is awesome. It works really well. It is a good sign.

It is a good product. However, on one occasion I was not in my apartment and apparently my pendant was triggered somehow. I was in the dining room at the time and 911 was called and came to my table to ask if I was okay. It was embarrassing.

I was told on the phone that I could get up to 5 days on a charge. The absolute best I get is 49 or 50 hours. I bought it because of the 5 day charge. Too the neck lanyard separates two to three times a week. Isn't there a better way to prevent this?

Their response was good yesterday when I fell on my porch but it was unclear what was happening after he got the inportant information. I was on hold for couple minutes. I don't like the fact you have to charge it so often.

It's kind of from clumsy to carry and on mine the battery doesn't hold it when it goes a couple of days. It's been tested accidentally, I used it a couple times and it worked but I never did use it in an emergency. I think Guardian is trustworthy.

I was outside two days ago, sweeping mulch from my patio, and I fell. Fortunately I didn't get hurt, and a neighbor helped me get up. My medical guardian did not make a sound. When my son called, he was told it was an additional $10 for that service.
