The reason I chose Medical Guardian was because the company showed good ratings online. My daughter helped me set up everything, but so far, everything has been a great experience. I haven't had a problem with the service.

I've never pushed the button, but their agents are very pleasant, very cordial and very helpful. I wear the wristband and the lanyard throughout the day, so it's there for me in case I fall.

I like their products because it was the smallest out there, with the features I was looking for. My mother just wears the pendant around her neck, and unlike other companies that required more devices, Medical Guardian offers an all in one system. Plus, the representatives have been good and helpful.

After a going through a Deep Brain Stimulation, I needed something that would help me in case something happened. I'm glad I haven't had to use the system yet, but I can say that their representatives have offered a good experience. I talked to one when I ordered the devices, and it was good.

The representatives I spoke with were fine, very interesting, very reasonable. I haven't had to use the device for an emergency; I just got it for myself recently. As far as using it, I get up in the morning and I take a walk. I do some other exercise on some days, but basically I always just put the device in my pocket, or wear it.

We purchased the service as a fall protection for a loved one. We're relatively new to the system, so the alarm has only triggered by accident, however, their customer service was very polite, helpful and very courteous.

I have a puppy and grandson that have set off the system a couple of times, just by bumping into me. That gives me a sense of security, so I think it's a great product. However, it's located in a spot where it's easily set off by outside influences.

We got it for someone else, and she's gonna be home alone now. She can do all her normal daily activities, you know, cooking food and walking around the house. We haven't yet needed it for an emergency. The company representatives were professional and friendly, and knew what they were talking about.

The pricing was comparable, it was very competitive. I got it for my husband because he's in poor health and I want to be sure that he is taken care of. I like that if he mashes the button he doesn't have to call 911; that they can call me instead if he's just needing to get in touch with me. The representative we spoke to was very helpful. We haven't used it yet; we haven't had the opportunity, as we haven't had it for but a few weeks.

I purchased it for my mom. She's elderly and needs someone to keep an eye on her in case she might fall. Typically we don't need it, but she wears her pendant and she does well. She's never had to use it yet, we just signed up. They were very pleasant, there was no problem when speaking with them when we were trying to hook it up and activate it, Except that we were transferred several times, and ended up talking to people that didn't seem to understand what we wanted to do, and who had nothing to do with Medical Guardian. They need to get better organized and know who they're supposed to talk to and how they're supposed to set it up. Everything except the setup has been extremely positive.

I really don't like the necklace. The cord is kind of rough and it irritates my neck on the back. It looks kind of ugly around the neck as well. Besides that, I spoke to some very informative and helpful representatives. They were very good.

We got the system for my husband and because he's a tentative fall risk. I have to be able to go to work, and there have to be some ways for him to call for help. Typically he wears the button around his neck, and there's a room where he spends most of his time. He has had to use it twice, and on both occasions, both EMS and Fire Rescue have been sent out to the house. The first time we used the device there was a great deal of confusion on the part of the person answering our call. They made multiple calls, trying to determine if we wanted EMS sent out. We just needed someone to get there to help him! The second time went more smoothly, although I had specified that we only wanted a non-emergency lift assist, yet they sent EMS out anyway. So, I'm not quite certain how efficient the call center actually is.

We purchased the service for my mother that lives in another state, and I was under the impression that there was an online portal based on the product they had. I ordered the most expensive product and paid for it upfront, only to discover that it didn't have some features that less expensive products had.

Besides having to test it, I haven't used the service. When it came to calling them, the machine just says it will take a minute, but it definitely seems longer than that. It just keeps calling and calling and calling. Also, I think the monitor should be hooked up outside because of the signal. It's currently in the living room, and I think the reception might not be as good there.

I think the system is pretty straight forward and the representatives did a good job. The only complaint I have is that I don't like charging the battery for 4 hours a day. My father would not be able to wear it when he may need it, and it's something that bothers me.
