I haven ‘t had to use MG’s emergency services, but I have talked to their operators a few times and they are very responsive and knowledgeable. I also like the pendulum which I wear at all times.

My husband and I have not had to use the alert button on our necklaces to this point, but feel very confident when wearing them. The set up was extremely easy, and the lock box is a plus.

My kids got it for me. I've never had to use it since I just got it last month. I've just been wearing it. I guess that it's ok, I haven't had any problems or anything. They are very good.

I found them through some advertisement so I got it for my wife. She wears it around her neck 90% of the time and hopefully she'll never need it. The people that we've talked to have been very knowledgeable.

My daughter did quite an extensive research on all these things and this one came up as number one. I haven't had to use it yet or called them for anything, but I do like the device. It's small.

My wife figured it all out and she got it since it would do what we needed it to do. As of yet I haven't needed to use it, but it's available for me in case I do. It does what it's supposed to do.

My mom has only used the Medical Guardian for about three weeks. So far we are pleased, but there has not been a reason to use the service and I hope we never have to. Everything came as advertised.

After my wife passed away and I had to live by myself, I decided to get it just in case anything happened. I haven't had a reason to use it, but it has been good. Customer service has always told me everything I need to know. I've never seen something like this before, but I like it.

Since I'm home alone a lot and I needed a sense of security, I decided to get it. The people are very nice and informative, but you do have to be set on hold for a long time before you can talk to anybody. The wristband that I have is actually very cumbersome and not comfortable.

They were very nice and helpful when we were setting it all up. We have the central system that we can use to talk to them and they'll call the police or an ambulance for you. We're very thankful that we have the service.

Fortunately I haven't had to use it yet, but I carry it with me whenever I leave the house. The neck piece is very comfortable. I did have two or three phone calls when I tested my machine and everybody was polite and quick to answer me. It has given me a good feeling of security, I know that I can get help pretty quickly.

I have both the piece that detects falls and the wristband one but I'm not very happy with the fall detection button. You have to put it on and off every time you lay down. Since I can't walk a lot because my heart rate goes up and my oxygen goes down, I have to lay down a lot, so it gets annoying to have to put it on and off. I also thought I'd be able to sleep with it, but apparently I can't. So, if I get up in the middle of the night, I have to remember to put it back on and then take it off when I go back to sleep. The wristband part works just fine though. Other than that, I had a few issues with getting the lock box and other things in the beginning. With the lock box, I thought it was free but it wasn't. Then it seemed like it wasn't working so they swapped it a couple of times.

When I accidentally pressed the button I tried to go and turn it off. They still ended up calling my wife even though it wasn't an emergency. Still, it seems to be doing okay. I hope I won't ever need it, but I have it with me anyways.

I got the device about a month ago because of the features that it has. I'm a little bit confused about the fall feature but that is it. The device has a good battery life and GPS. The customer salesperson and the customer service staff are great. Everybody is really informative and knowledgeable about the product.

I've had the device for about a month and it's very convenient. On a typical day, I wear it like a Fitbit on my wrist. The only hiccup I had was one night in bed I rolled over it and apparently set it off. The device in the other rooms started making phone calls and they called to see if we needed help. Because of that I don't wear it to bed anymore. Aside from that, everybody on customer support has been helpful.

My mother-in-law lives by herself and we were afraid that something would happen to her without us knowing. The alert and response were very quick.

It's simple to wear, and the person we bought it for doesn't have to worry about getting a hold of somebody if an emergency were to happen. We've done security checks, and the operator always answers to make sure everything's okay. They've been very courteous and attendant to what I would say. The only feedback is maybe have someone answer the phone quicker when the necklace is pressed, because it sets 4 rings before someone answered the phone.
