  • Extended Battery Life
  • No Hidden Fees
  • Medical Alert Pricing
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
  • Optional Fall Detection
  • Medical Alert Connect App
  • 24/7 Certified Monitoring Centers

Medical Alert offers equipment at no charge with no activation fees and no long-term contracts. The systems are backed by a lifetime warranty and, at the touch of a button, can connect customers with SIA-certified monitoring professionals. These emergency responders work at a UL accredited, 5 diamond certified emergency response center available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each Home Medical Alert System includes a base unit and 1-2 waterproof emergency buttons with a wrist or pendant option.

Options to Suit Every Lifestyle

Whether you’re seeking security in the comfort of your own home or you're looking for something to support your Mobile lifestyle, Medical Alert has you covered.

With all products, a simple push of the panic button connects you instantly to a highly trained emergency response operator who determines and sends the help you need — anytime, anywhere. So whether you've suffered a serious injury or simply want to notify a caretaker of your whereabouts, help is standing by.

All of the systems come with a backup battery so you’re protected in the case of a power outage, and each wearable system is incredibly lightweight and waterproof, so you can even wear the emergency buttons in the shower where accidents frequently occur.

Home System

Medical Alert's Home System has a two-way speakerphone alarm base that works with or without a landline, and it includes lightweight wrist and neck buttons. Just press the help button on any system and an operator will respond immediately.

Setting up the Home system is simple. You plug the base station unit into a wall outlet to power it up, connect the phone cord (if your system requires a landline), and then turn it on. That’s it.

Mobile System

Medical Alert's Mobile System is made for those who want the guarantee of help wherever they are. The system uses GPS technology to identify your location if there ever is an emergency. It includes a handheld mobile system, lightweight bracelet, lanyard buttons, carrying case, charging cradle, and cord. Just press the help button on any system to reach an operator.

The Mobile System is also extremely easy to set up. Just make sure the mobile system is fully charged. Once it’s charged, you’ll want to test the system by pushing the emergency button.

Extended Battery Life

The Medical Alert System's battery life lasts up to three years and if it is ever low, it is easily replaced. There is a backup battery that works for up to 72 hours on Home Medical Alert Systems. The Mobile system battery life lasts up to 36 hours before needing to be recharged on the base unit.

No Hidden Fees

Unlike many alert companies, with Medical Alert, you won’t be hit with any activation, installment or equipment fees. You also won’t have to sign any long-term contracts. This is a great contrast to some other companies in the medical alert industry that rope customers into long-term contracts that can cost hundreds to buy out of.

Medical Alert offers a 30-day, risk-free Money-Back Guarantee. So if for some reason you aren’t satisfied with its service, you can cancel without penalty and without paying the first monthly fee.

Medical Alert Pricing

Medical Alert is one of the most affordable medical monitoring system companies on the market. You can pay a monthly fee, or you can opt for a semi-annual or annual plan, but you’ll get the best rate if you pay annually:

  • Home (Landline) — Starts at $19.95 per month
  • Home (Cellular) — Starts at $29.95 per month
  • Mobile — Starts at $39.95 per month

Optional automatic fall detection is available for an additional $10 monthly fee. This will be tacked on to your original monthly cost. Medical Alert also offers a protection plan for any product for just $1 extra per month.

If you order today, you’ll get FREE ground shipping and one FREE month of service with any annual plan.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If for some reason you aren't satisfied with Medical Alert's services, you can return your devices for a full refund–no penalties, no fine print. And, since there are no long-term contracts, you can cancel at any time. This can provide peace of mind to customers that they can try Medical Alert's services risk-free and can have a trial period to decide if the medical alert service is the right one for them.

Optional Fall Detection

Medical Alert's emergency services include optional fall detection on any medical alert system. The automatic fall detection technology will detect a fall if you are unable to press the button. The advanced technology is built into a special pendant and can be added to any plan for just $10 a month.

This unique feature is ideal for those at risk of falling, having a heart attack or seizure, or experiencing a medical emergency that might result in a fall. It provides peace of mind not just to the user, but also to his or her family members.

Medical Alert Connect App

It's not uncommon for medical alert companies to have caregiver tools, but Medical Alert takes it a step further by providing its own free, easy-to-use caregiver app. The Medical Alert Connect App is available for all Medical Alert customers. Whether you're the medical alert user, a loved one, or a caregiver, you can use the Connect App to check the medical alert system status, its contact list, as well as the system's testing schedule (the test schedule is when Medical Alert will regularly test the system to ensure it's working properly).

The app allows for multiple users, so if you have more than one medical alert system, such as for a spouse, you're able to use the app for both systems. The app sends instant notifications if a system is in use and also specifies whether it's a test or if it's an emergency. You can also contact Medical Alert directly through the Connect App. Lastly, the app has location monitoring, so you can locate the system and its user(s) at any time.

24/7 Certified Monitoring Centers

Medical Alert offers 24/7 professional monitoring by highly trained, multilingual, SIA-Certified operators. The company has full redundant, U.S.-based, UL-certified monitoring centers, and provides coverage in all 50 states as well as Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

In the case of an emergency, the SIA-certified operator will dispatch the appropriate help for a customer's situation. Just press the emergency button on the medical alert device and the base station will send a signal to the monitoring center.

The Bad

  • Lost or Damaged Equipment Fee
  • No Activity Monitoring

Lost or Damaged Equipment Fee

Medical Alert offers a protection plan for any panic button and alert system to ensure fast replacement of parts. The protection plan is only $1 extra per month, which is on the cheaper end when compared to other medical alert companies who typically charge $5 extra per month.

No Activity Monitoring

Medical Alert's monitoring service does not include activity monitoring, although most customers prefer the simplicity of the unit if they purchased them for safety. The units also don’t connect directly to a smartphone. So consumers who want to track loved ones have to download an app, but the app is free to all customers and it includes GPS tracking. You can read Medical Alert reviews below to see if this negatively affected past medical alert customers.

The Bottom Line

Medical Alert offers a full suite of affordable, easy-to-use products designed to keep you safe at home and on the go. Medical Alert offers optional fall detection, an invaluable service through which a highly trained emergency response operator is automatically notified of a fall even if a user cannot push the help button.

Medical Alert products are lightweight, waterproof, and extremely reliable. The company has quality customer service and affordable prices, making them a great choice for those looking for safety, security, and ultimate peace of mind

This is definitely a brand to be given top consideration when looking for a personal emergency response system. Read Medical Alert reviews below to see what customers have to say about the company.

I've had excellent service from Medical Alert. I've never actually needed them, but occasionally I hit my button by mistake and they always respond. I feel guilty thinking I am bothering them, but they have never made me feel this way. - Even though I have rated them very high, I recently had a situation where I was mistakenly charged double for a new medical alert. I called them and they credited the $50.00 overcharge. However, I was charged $54.50 and and to date I have not been refunded the $4.50. I realize it's a small amount, but it's the principle of the issue. They overcharged me and they should refund me for the full amount.

I got this product for my mother who has fallen out of bed a couple times. Once she started using Medical Alert, they would dispatch me when she didn't respond right away to them in an emergency. There was one incident where my mother pressed the medical alert button when I was out of town. I didn't hear my cell phone go off, so they went and called the very next person on her 'list of people to contact'. They've been very patient and quick to respond! It's a very lightweight device, and there are many options for her to wear it. She can wear it as a necklace or as a wrist bracelet. They give us peace of mind, and it's nice to know that they can get there faster than I can in an emergency.

I think they were the first company that contacted me, so I took it. I've seen other companies advertised, but I decided to stick with Medical Alert. I guess the price is okay, I have to pay every month but it's fine. I have the device that you have to push to call them and I just got the new necklace that's supposed to detect when I fall. I'm satisfied with the first one, but I'm having problems with the necklace. I haven't even touched it, I just sit around with it under my shirt, but it has had a lot of false alarms. I've had 3 calls in the last 2 days. I don't want to hear from them that I need to be more careful or things like that. I think it was last year when I actually used it. I fell in the kitchen and pushed the button to get help. Two men came out right away and took me to the emergency room.

When my wife passed away last year I was looking into a service like this. I had all the information, so I thought that getting it would be a good thing for me. It has been a good deal so far. Shortly after I got it I fell outside and hit my head in the driveway. I wasn't hurt badly but I used it and they came for me and took me to the emergency room. I also accidentally bumped it when it was in my pocket. They called me and asked me if I was alright and I just told them I was. They are really good. At some point I lost the receiver or some other bit of the thing, so I called them and I got another one in the mail. When the snow melted I found it on the ground and it still worked so I just sent it back. One of the things I'd like them to change is the range of the medallion. You can only use it to talk to them if you're within a certain range of it. If I were to fall in a different room in my house, I would basically have to yell for them to hear me. Because of that I basically have my medallion and the receiver on me all the time.

I have a back injury so I don't really walk more than a few steps at a time. I knew I needed something like this. I was looking around at various ads and found one at a local drugstore for Medical Alert. I called, got the information that I needed, and signed up. They've handled all of our interactions professionally. Lately I've had some problems with the button because it's very sensitive. The other night, when I was ready to go to bed, I put it in my nightstand drawer. I dropped it maybe 3 inches on something off and it just went off. I had to answer the phone to let them know that I was ok. The other night I had it in my hand, just resting there, and it went off. I made my way to the base unit as quick as I could to tell them it was not an emergency but what came out was this robot voice that would only take yes or no as an answer.

I read an advertisement in a magazine about them and looked them up online. It seemed to have all the things that I needed, so I got it. Customer support gave us answers to the questions that we had in the beginning. On a typical day I wear my device overnight. I have a care giver come in the morning and I go through my routine. I shower and then put on the bracelet or the necklace on for the day. I put the bracelet on my right hand rather than my left hand. Sometimes I have it on all day long since it's not a problem for me. The button is very simple to use and the information and explanations that they give you are easy to follow. I can check on my computer whenever I get charged. I receive my invoice and it's always right. The only difficulty that we've had is that the machine needs to be plugged into the wall. I live in a condo and usually these buildings don't have that many wall outlets. I wish that device was somewhat smaller too. Even though I'm in a rather large condo I still have limited space. The device takes up a full table. Still, it has worked for me, I'm quite satisfied.

I live alone and didn't really feel confident on my own, that's why I got one of these. I went with Medical Alert because they have a GPS system so, no matter where I am, they can send me help. Now I feel safer when I'm at home or when I drive. The devices are compact and they don't take up a lot of space. The pendant is very handy. You can wear it around your neck and if you fall it will alert someone right away, you don't even need to push the button. Luckily I haven't had to use it. Unfortunately, I've been having some false alarms because I jump or push the button at night while I sleep. I wish there was a way to cancel the alarm for whenever that happens. On those occasions it sometimes takes them a minute or two to come on the line. Still, it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have the equipment. If I need it, help is just a button push away.

At the time I looked at two different companies and since they had the best plan I went for it. I'm happy to have it in case I fall in the shower or something. I live alone so someone will be able to reach me and help me as long as I have it. I haven't had to use it but I always have it on me. I use the bracelet when I'm in bed and put the necklace on when I get up in the morning. There have been a couple of times when I either bumped it or dropped it and they responded right away. It's a bit too easy to bump the bracelet and set it off but I guess it's better for it to be too sensitive than to not be sensitive enough.

I had been falling a lot at the time and decided that I needed something that could help me when that happened. A lot of people don't realize that you can travel with it. You can just let them know where you're going and that's it. That's really nice because I can take it with me wherever I go out on Christmas. This year we went to Vegas and then to Florida, it was a nice trip. It doesn't cost that much. They have helped me a lot so far, everybody is very polite. Once I accidentally bumped the device on my neck against the counter and set the alarm off. Their people were here right away and even called me 3 times just to make sure I was alright. Now my sister and mom have one too. I feel safer with it knowing that there's someone right there ready to help.

I've had it for years. Every time I've used the Medical Alert button they've been here in no time. One time I fell right outside the door of my house, between the garden and the door, and couldn't get up. I pushed the button and even though the base unit was in my bedroom they were still able to hear me. I could barely hear them, but it was enough and things just went beautifully. They sent out the paramedics and they arrived very shortly and picked me up. They have always been there when I need them. It's a good system. Talking to my girlfriend who has a different system I realized that they're all pretty much the same when it comes to how fast they get to you. Right now I'm trying to decide if I should get the one that can go with you anywhere since my husband travels sometimes.

I got it because I wasn't allowed to leave the hospital until I got some kind of system like this one. Since it had the best reviews I decided to go with it. On an occasion I was trying to reach something and had no support or anything. I ended up falling on my back and had to use the button. I got a good response. I've had some false alarms and other times when I call them to check in, but I've only really had that one emergency. The device is easy to use, it just sits on my neck and I have no problems with it. It's good, it gives me security and I know that if I need help they'll send someone.

I had a medical alert system for years but it was tied to the house's phone line. I couldn't go beyond 100 feet away from my home. I looked around and they were the ones that met my needs and requirements so I went with them. I'm 85 years old, so I don't get out much, but I do go out occasionally and because of that I wear the fall detector around my neck. At first I was concerned about the GPS system since I wasn't sure it was going to be accurate. To test it I actually drove 15 miles out of town and pressed the button. They called me right away and told me the address that I was calling from. I was very pleased about that. Whenever I accidentally bang it against something they are always there right away to check on me. One time when I went out to check my mail, the neck piece got caught on the mailbox. I didn't realize it and it fell to the ground. When I saw it I picked it up and went back into my apartment only to realize that they were calling me. They wanted to make sure I was fine since the button had detected a fall. That made me feel very confident. Even though it was an accidental drop they were right there. The one time I actually needed them to send someone they paramedics were out there almost immediately. It's comparatively more expensive than other 2 services that I looked at.

They were the ones that I learned about first so I just kind of went with it. It's just there, if I need it I just use it. Over the years that I've had it I haven't had to call too many times. I had a very bad beginning with them though. It had been about a month since I had paid for the service and I was still waiting to get the device and everything. At night I fell off the bed and just kind of laid there on the floor from 4:30 in the morning until 2 o'clock in the afternoon. I couldn't move, get up, or get help. In the end my daughter came and helped me and took me to the hospital in an ambulance. I got a concussion and three stitches from that fall. The very next day I got a parcel on the mail with the emergency button in it. I'm not sure why it was slow at coming, but it would've been useful if it had arrived just one day earlier. I would've had help right away rather than laying on the floor for hours. I've had no problems whatsoever since then though. Their customer service is very good. They always explain everything to me, even if I call them by accident in the middle of the night. They are always there when you call them and talk to you for as long as you want to talk to them. I'm satisfied with that.

I live in this apartment building for older people. It's nice and about twice a week I go to the dining hall and talk with others and everything. They have activities like movie nights and such. I also occasionally have doctor appointments and shop around a little. Because of that my daughter thought it would be good to have, just in case I need it. I've never had to call and sometimes I get confused with the buttons and everything. Still, I feel like it's always there and it gives me a feeling of security to have it. I know that it'll always call the right phone numbers on its own. I think it's the best, especially since my daughter wouldn't get anything but the very best for me. She takes very good care of me. I feel confident about the service, even though I really haven't had to use it. Sometimes when they call I don't always respond or don't cooperate all the time, but that's because I'm very hard of hearing and I get confused sometimes. I'm happy about the whole thing. I don't have negative comments about it. As long as I have my little button to press I feel confident in being able to help myself.

I checked them out and they seemed to have the best price. If you call for anything they help you out. On an occasion I became dehydrated and didn't realize it. When I tried to get up, I just slid out of my bed and fell. I pushed the button right and they came and got me right away. I ended up in the hospital, but I was ok. They're very thorough and I'm just completely satisfied with that. I had the one that detected falls but I didn't like that one at all. It seemed like it just went off on its own if you moved even a little bit, so I sent it back and got the regular one. It goes around my neck and it has been great. I haven't used it that much but I'm really liking it so far. I feel safe having it in case I need them here.

I called several places and Medical Alert was the best value service that I could afford. Fortunately I've never had to use it, I guess I just happen to be lucky enough. The pendant is too sensitive. It has gone off a couple of times when I lean over to put the dog's dish down and things like that. I don't know if I'm moving to fast or what, but it always thinks I'm falling. One time the alarm went off accidentally and I never noticed. I had a lot of company at the time and I didn't even hear the phone ring or them calling me. Since no one answered, they sent an ambulance and the police and they came. So, even though it was a bit of a problem, it showed me that it works. They are easy to talk to and I haven't had any problems with them.

I got Medical Alert on the first place because I fall down from time to time. It's basically with me all the time, I put it on when I get up in the morning and wear it all day. When I go to bed at night I leave it on the side of my bed. On an occasion, my daughter's doberman knocked me down by accident. I hit the corner of the door and split my head wide open, I managed to push the button and they responded. I got help within 5 minutes, which was pretty great. I think that anyone who is handicapped or elderly should get one, it's a safety precaution that can help you if you have an accident. It probably saved my life.

We saw it advertised and decided to get it for my husband. So far he hasn't had any falls or accidents, but we have talked to customer service on several occasions. We had the lights go off for a while, and they called us since they were not getting a signal from the thing. They were concerned and wanted to make sure we were ok. They know if the device is not in good working condition and they call us to fix it. So far they've been nice and they've also helped me when I needed to get an upgrade for the device we had because it was dying. They're very good people and I'm sure that if we ever need them, we would be ok. It's amazing to know that they are there for us, and that gives me some relief. I think that anyone that needs it should get it, it's not very expensive and it gives you security.

I'm 89 years old and I live by myself. I do everything on my own, from cooking, work on my yard, and everything that a person would do from day to day or week to week. That's why my daughter and her husband decided to get it for me. I haven't used it, but I punched it once by accident and it went off. The person I talked to was very nice, and I appreciated her help even though it was just a mistake. I do wish it was a little bit cheaper, since I'm on social security and it's hard to get the money, but I manage. In any case I'm glad I have it because it gives my children peace of mind, and I know that I can contact them and get help if I need it.

Before getting it I had fallen several times, so my son and daughter-in-law researched it and helped me get it. It is very easy to use and customer service was helpful with setting it up. I haven't used it since I got it, but I've had a couple of surgeries, including a complete knee replacement. My family likes that I have it because sometimes they are out in the fields while I'm here alone. It makes me feel safer too. I wear the one on my wrist, and I've set it off sometimes when I lean against it, but they have been very nice when I tell them it was a mistake. The price may be a little high, but it's not too much. Besides, it makes a difference to have it and I'm glad I do. Doesn't matter how much I have to pay for it.

I got them because I liked the fact that they notify the ambulance quickly if my mother falls or something. My mother is very active so if she has to go shopping, has a doctor's appointment, or a therapy session, she wears the wrist thing. About 3 or 4 months ago, at maybe 4 o'clock in the morning she wasn't feeling good. She had chest pain, so I suggested she push the button. After she did, the person came on the phone quickly, and an ambulance was there within 15 minutes. They took her off and she went to the hospital for the emergency. So even though she doesn't really have a lot of falls on a typical day, I still feel safer knowing that she's using it.

I'm very pleased with it I had a couple of accidental activation on it and the people who has answered those had been very kind and are glad that I'm okay. I had been dealing with another company and one time I needed them and I pressed the button and I got no answer. A friend was here with me and she ended up turning off that thing and calling 911 on her phone, also the fact that I can take this with me anywhere I go and know that if I press the button somebody's gonna answer me were with the other company if I was away I couldn't do that I would have to depend on dialing 911 on my phone if I could get through this if something happened so this is good that I can do this with your company and I couldn't with the other company.

Very good service. I live in NC and my mother lives in NH. This was the best company I found after researching many. Set up was extremely easy. Even when my mother lost her bracelet, they replaced it free of charge. I feel much safer knowing my mother has her bracelet on. Plus having the fall detection aspect of the device was what she needed most of all. Now that she's monitored I can breath a sigh of relief knowing that help won't be far away.

They are very prompt to speak when I punch the button whether in the house or outside the house. Have had to do that several times and help was on the way very quickly. One time I had fallen in the yard. They got no answer from me so they tried to call phone number listed and got no one to answer so they sent the EMTs and quick response Fire Response.

Haven't had a problem with the device that wasn't corrected. In addition to the last review I would like to say we were out and visiting an aunt for the day. My mother had a fall and I called the medical alert people to get her assistance. They were able to call EMT to come and assist her to her feet so we could finish our visit. Again they deserve 5 stars. Thank you for all you do.

I had only had Medical Alert 4 months, when I fell in my closed garage on 11/13/2019. My left hip was broken, and i could not get up. I pressed my Medical Alert bracelet. They contacted my daughter in Dallas, Texas, my niece locally, and within 20 minutes the responders were here. They were able to use the hidden key to gain entry, found me, and got me to ER. Without the Medical Alert, who knows how long it might have been before I was found!

My 91-year-old blind mother falls frequently, and when she cannot get up, she simply pushes her button and within minutes the EMS team arrives and helps her up and make sure she is OK. Before she had the medical alert, she fell and laid on the floor all night long next to her bed. I never want this to happen again! The device allows my mom to live independently for as long as possible.

They were very very helpful in making sure that if something should happen that they could get into the house. They set us up with a lock box and all of those things in the interior. So far, it's been a rather helpful tool for her and gives her a degree of comfort. So we are pleased. They do stay in touch and they want us to stay in touch and when we get negligent, which we often do, they will touch based to find out if everything is okay.

It just dropped from my bed to the floor and it dialed Medical Alert. So I know that it's very good if I fall. It's going to go off. The customer service are so so nice. You never get someone that sounds like they are tired or upset because we drop the medical alert and it goes off. They ask if the person is okay and that they are authorized to use it. Then they ask about yourself and if the person that you live with is okay. I just felt really really special.

My device accidentally alerted the company and I did not hear the device in the other part of the house and help was here within 10 minutes of when the alert apparently went in. I don't answer the phone if I don't see a name or number I recognize and therefore didn't get the call from Medical Alert. My son called as you had notified him and his name showed on the phone so I answered his call. Now I know that a call from Medical Alert will show up on phone as "Rap Resp" so will know to answer it if it happens again.

It gives us, (the family) piece of mind in the event of a fall. However the person who is benefiting from the service believes it is a waste of money and refuses to wear her bracelet. Her family is grateful that there are several buttons in her home in the event of the inevitable fall. She believes we should cancel the service because she has never had to use it! Very frustrating for family who live a good distance from her.

They are quick to answer your questions. I am simply put out of one thing. I did not even have the device for two months and was informed that I had to get another device for around my neck to do different things. I think because it was so new I should have gotten it to begin with and not made to pay an additonal $40.00 for it. If this happens again I will simply cancel it. It is not as if I am senile because I still drive to and from work and work every day!

Very easy to use and I find it very efficient. I did a lot of research on other brands and companies before deciding on Medical Alert. I have the GPS because we do a lot of bike riding and I wanted security if something happened. I feel confident if I have an emergency that they will be on top of it. When I do my tests they are right there. Anybody I have interfaced with has been more than courteous and they take the time to explain stuff. They are always there when I pick up the phone.

Medica Alert is always helpful with answering questions and walking me through things. I have always been satisfied when I have questions. I know they are there if I need them. I feel comfortable having it because I am a widow who lives alone. I wear the bracelet all the time. It is expensive and hard for me to keep up but I feel I need it in case of an emergency.

it's worth the amount of money you pay for it. I am very happy with them. I use it in the mornings when I go for my mile long walks and when I run my medical appointments and stuff like that. It works and anytime I have accidentally dropped it or do something I shouldn't, it goes off and they are there. They have great customer service, they call and make sue verything is okay and the device is working.

I've had this sort of system before for years but I just moved so I had to get a new one. I found their ad and I thought I would check them out and I was very impressed. I know it is there if I need it and that's very good. I accidentally pushed the button one time and they called me back right away to see if there was a problem. They are a little expensive.

Easy to carry around the apartment and the main unit is right there in the middle so it's convenient. I wear it around my neck when I am at home. Once I accidentally set it off when I was sleeping and they were very attentive to see if I was alright. Sometimes I think the microphone isn't loud enough when I am in the shower but I was able to communicate with someone when I tested it.

Response time is really good and the device is really loud so my dad can hear it really well. One time my dad fell out of his chair and couldn't get himself back up and the paramedics came and were able to get him back in his chair. The people are always helpful though I have had to call for different reasons and I do have to wait quite a while because they are pretty busy.

They are prompt and always courteous. It is easy to use and convenient and not very expensive. My family got it for me because I am by myself and they wanted to make sure that if anything happens, somebody would be able help. One time in the middle of the night I bumped the unit and people came to my door and they were banging on the door and I answered it and said I was okay. It's nice to know that if something happened they would be here quickly.

Recently I had to use it because I was having breathing problems and I pushed the button and got wonderful service immediately. The are very responsive and kind. They are very kind when I have accidentally set it off and accepted my explanations. The machine is handy and very comfortable, you don't even realize you have it on. I would recommend it highly.

I had accidentally called twice when I first got it but then I leaerned how to use it and I've no problem since then. I had to replace one of the buttons because I accidentally pulled it off and I got top service and I'm very pleased with the new card they have on it. It's very easy to use and stays close to your body. When I was firsting wearing it and I wasn't aware of exactly where it was, I leaned against the kitchen counter and pushed the button and before I could do anything the ambulances were here.

I haven't had to use it, but it's been contacting me because of my seat belt or anything like that but I wasn't aware that it was causing it to go off. They have contaacted me when I hit anything with it thinking that I had fallen. It has come to my assistance even when I didn't require it. The minute anything happened everybody's on alert and ready to come.

It's very reliable, and it's easy to charge. The charge lasts more than 48 hours, so if you're going away you don't need to bring all of the charging equipment with you. I've tested it and had to get used to the sensitivity and response because it was a little bit unnerving. It started to ring, and I didn't realize it was happening because the button got pressed when I was leaning over. But, it was an immediate call and response.

I'm so glad I had this when I fell in the kitchen. I'm eighty-one years old and I couldn't get up, but I had the medical alert hanging on my neck so I punched the button and right away they called my daughter and my son in law. They came and helped me.. I think it's a good support system, they answered right away when I needed them. I'm just really happy I have it because I live alone and this gives me the confidence that I can stay by myself and if I need help, help is available.

I had an experience when the button was pushed accidentally and the EMT's came to my house. I was embarrassed, but glad they responded so fast. The EMT's told me not to worry about it, cause it happens all the time. When the button is pushed there is someone under your call and they'll take care of you. I'm on a fixed budget, retired and live by myself but this is very important to have even though it's kind of expensive.

A year ago I fell, it was a wakeup call for me and I knew it was time to get a medical alert system. They sent me a new one just recently that that I don't even have to touch the button if I need them. It alerts them if you are having a heart problem or if I fall. It just knows I'm having a problem. It's a little expensive for a senior citizen on a limited income.

They respond even when I push the button by accident, they responded right away, it has just been great. The people I have talked to on the phone are very pleasant, helpful and understand what I'm talking about. They did a good job explaining my GPS and how it works. I feel very secure and that's my main goal. With this device I have access to the police, medical and the fire department. so I'm very pleased with it.

This gives us comfort that we have something to push in case we have an emergency. My wife has it on all the time, she wears around her neck and the button is easy to use. When its goes off for any reason or accidentally we get called right away and they are on top of it. Its like any other insurance policy you want to own it but you don't want to use it.

I usually put it on when my husband plays golf and I'm here alone. I'm a disabled person and a medical alert is good for me. This is a really good idea for people when they get older and have a tendency to slip. I like the wristband better than the pendant. The pendant gets in the way but you don't even know you have the wristband on. When I had a problem with the monitor, they easily sent me a new one. I like the security of having this.

It meets my budget, and I can afford it. The staff is nice and patient, they aren't in a hurry and will talk and laugh with me. This device can detect any kind of fall. When I accidentally dropped my device they immediately checked on me, asking, "are you alright, are you okay?" I love that it makes me feel secure and that you are watching out for me.
