You push the button, and they call to ask if you are okay. As soon as they know you're not okay, they send someone to you right away. I tested it once and they were at my door within five minutes. I like how they treat their customers so well.

They are much cheaper than what I have found elsewhere. I love that they're so prompt and a nice company to be with. I love the device because I can either carry it in my pocket, on my wrist, or around my neck. It's very handy. When I push my buttons, they respond very quickly.

Every time I call with a question, I always get an acceptable reply. I have found that the chain around my neck is a little but too long. The button with swing and call because of it. I went on a walk once and when I came back I found fire trucks outside of my house because it had called them and I couldn't answer the phone.

They have contacted me on several occasions to see if it's working. I think the necklace needs some improvement, I have trouble trying to undo it. I recently got the fall detection one, but I have not used it a whole lot because they told me not to wear it at night when I am sleeping.

I've found it very useful. One time I fell in my garage and hit the back of my head and it was very good that I had the medical alert with me so I could call someone. The device has never failed me, every time I've fallen. It is expensive but worth what I pay.

I needed some type of system that could help me in case of fall or injury because I live alone. They have been able to answer all my questions that I've had and to assist me to any way that I needed. When I went out of town recently, I didn't know if I should take the entire equipment with me not, but I took it with me and during the process, I lost it. Customer Service was so good and they were able to tell me exactly where it was. I hadn't lost it, but left it in my car. With the info that they have they can get your family aware of what's going on with you.

I'm not nervous now, I feel safe with it. I'm in the house by myself so I wear it all the time. I wear it outside around the yard and in my home. I have one that I wear at night and another to wear during the day. I'm afraid of falling so I have it, and wear it all the time. I feel secure with it.

We knew we needed the protection and it's a dependable system and company. I have set it off by accident twice and my husband and I were very pleased that medical alert alerted our son within a few minutes that something was wrong. I sleep with it during the night. I find it the device very heavy around my neck.

I fell and hit the back of my neck and I couldn't get up. Medical Alert notified my son and the ambulance. It didn't take very long for them to get to me, maybe 10 minutes and then they took me to the hospital. Its dependable. and I like them very much.

I haven't had the opportunity to use the device, but anytime I have a problem with the device, they are extremely helpful. Any issue I've had, they call back to check and see if I have more problems. They are extremely professional, and very patient. I value their assistance. They support testing once a month to ensure the device functions well.

I've had this product for quite a few years. I was out in the hall one time, and had an accident. I fell out of my electric chair and nobody heard me. I pulled out my medical alert device, and that's the only way I got help because nobody heard me and I was all alone. I have no problems with their customer service or product.

I like the system, but it's a little too sensitive. I put it on the other day, and all of a sudden everything went off and they were asking me if I needed an ambulance. Now I'm very careful when I take it off or put it down because I don't want to alert anyone.

My daughter helped me decide on a medical alert system and we went for them. I wear it around my neck but I've only used it when I set it off accidentally. My balance isn't very good; I have to use a walker since I fall a lot. So, after my husband passed away, my niece got this for me. A lot of times the alert goes off on its own, it's very sensitive. I got it because it can be used anywhere in the country as long as you take your monitor with you. They've been pretty good so far. I have both the wristband and the necklace, so I can wear any of them if I want to. I've only ever used it by mistake. One day I was out when I leaned against something and apparently I pushed the necklace's button by mistake. The life squad came out right away, but I was alright. It costs me about $120 every 3 months but it's worth every penny.

My wife and I are old enough that we're beginning to worry about falling and such. We trip easily and my wife has actually fallen and broken her neck, so we decided to get it. We've had it for about 4 months and we wear the buttons 24 hours a day. The button is very sensitive but I'm really happy about that. My daughter picked it for me. I mostly have it so her and my kids in general will have peace of mind. Otherwise they wouldn't let me live alone. I've never used it on purpose, only by accident. That's mostly because the one that goes around your neck is very temperamental and goes off too easily. They always respond right away when that happens though and they're very polite and nice.

We looked at the options on the internet and decided to go with it. I'm not really happy with customer support right now. I've never had to use it yet, but I do wear it all the time in case I do need it. I cannot really hear anything on the button. It doesn't really do me any good if I can't speak with anybody without having the handheld whatever thing you get. Unless it happens to fall with me it really wouldn't do me any good to press the button. It went off once but I didn't hear it. Several minutes later they called me on the actual phone to see if I was alright. I used to have a different one where everything was from the device, you could talk to them and hear them from that thing.
