It should be absolutely criminal for a company to impose hard caps on internet when they know that everyone is teleworking and virtual learning. Was a customer for three years... I will NEVER do business with Xfinity again.

Great service for decent price for new customers. Once contract is up, cost goes higher than it’s worth.

Charges that could not be substantiated. I believe they charge just to make more money. I shared this information with the State of South Carolina, but my credit was still impacted.

Have a 2 year contract with Comcast Xfinity. They LIED and rased there rates even though they told me my rates were locked in for 2 years. Know I am stuck in a contract I have to honor but they do not.

It was so bad I shut it off and am going without. After I shut it off, I no longer had internet but they kept billing me. I had to go to the store and loose my mind in front of everyone in the store

I love the internet speed, I just don't like the prices and that you may have to get services you don't want in the bundles

Intermittent service at best. Trying to compete with other internet providers with outdated, overloaded cable. I would recommend you explore other options or other providers if you can.

My experience has been frustrating to near unacceptable and unpleasant. It is hard for me to come up with anything good to say about Comcast and I'm a person who much prefers to dwell on the positive.

There just an average company because there is no alternative competition to challenge this company to do more than the minimum.
