Comcast in my area is definitely the fastest ISP in the area. And they know it so the aren't quick to help you. The product is good but the service is lacking. They also are the highest charging ISP out there. I'm looking elsewhere because of that.

I'd give a zero if possible. Cancelled installation several days ahead, tech showed up anyways. Sent away at the door. Began receiving bills. Took months to convince them that we never actually had service. Started getting notices after they "cancelled" service we never had that we needed to return a modem we never got. Company claimed I had to "prove" I never got it. I asked them to show where I signed for it. No response. Spent hours fighting them. Finally thought it was resolved after they sent us to collections and I disputed that and it was dismissed. A year later got a new collections notice. Had to file complaint with FCC. That finally seems to have worked.

I love my Comcast Internet when it is working properly. However, when my internet isn't working, dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare. I get hung up on, redirected by their automated system, and put off for days till a tech comes or doesn't come. Unfortunately it is one of the only services available by me, but when it is working it is great!

Comcast was pretty good when we had it. It was pretty reliable. The cost was a bit too high for the speed we had and when we moved they didn't service our new neighborhood so that was disappointing.

The product is great. The company is shady. Price isn't great. Really don't like that they are the ones with the best internet because I don't like the company. I hate that they are part of the dirty dozen companies, but my apartment only uses this company. Customer service is bad.

Mostly enjoy the service. They are the best for internet but are more expensive than competitors. I think, however, more people are there bring to other tv choices like Hulu tv, sling tv and others similar.

The company is a liar, they told me my premium monthly service should be a lifetime the price never changes. Now in December 2021, they raise the price. So are Comcast Xfinity customers please check your statement they have raised the price on you too.

The internet is fast does not lag. The price is reasonable with other internet providers. Use can use a lot of devices at one time.

They try to talk about the weather in your area when all you want to do is pay the cancellation fee. First guy said I could pay it after 24 hours of canceling. The next lady said it could take 30 days for them to figure out the prorated amount. It’s simple math people. It shouldn’t take a month to run some numbers.

Great customer service, not good wifi service. I loose connection at all times of the day. Have gotten a new modem, have had everything tested. I work from home, this interferes with meetings with customers. Unacceptable.

Internet is fairly reliable but far from perfect. The monthly data cap is the worst customer service move of all time. I hate this company for that but coupled with a 2 year contract, there is nothing I can do.

We had a terrible experience. They would not set up internet for our apartment due to the prior tenant having an unpaid bill. They told us someone would have take financial responsibility of that unknown persons bill before they could set us up a new account.

I've been with Comcast since 2000 never had experience as bad as today's internet service. Ever since they passed the law for the internet users, Comcast went downhill. I can't wait for Elon Mask internet service, its probably far better and reasonable price than Comcast ugh.

Considering we’re currently going through a pandemic and a lot of the US population is now working from home, internet service and quality needs to be better. The prices are high when you take into account that you’re paying for the internet not to work, then paying more on your phone bill because you have to use your hotspot.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Everyday for the past three weeks my internet stopped working because of an “outage” when I call I do not get to speak to a person and they just hang up. I will be switching providers immediately. I refuse to continue paying to not have my internet work.

TERRIBLE!! Internet constantly goes out and when we call customer support we sit on on hold for 2 hours. Then we have to wait about 4 day for someone to come and check it out. We've gotten new routers like 5 times and the internet still goes off and on all the time. When it goes it , it goes out about an hour and 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

As soon as people tried to cut the cord and use Comcast only for internet service and switch to streaming, Comcast started limiting traffic, so now I have to pay them an additional $50 a month for unlimited service. Now that Vodafone and T-Mobile are introducing broadband service, they are suspending the unlimited charge.

Worst internet service I've ever experienced. I've only been a customer for less than a month, I've yet to experience a week of continuous service. I've called numerous times, I've even been sent a new router:modem, no difference. If I had not already paid, I would have already dropped this service provider.

They are a huge company with a lot of experience, but I am not a fan of their billing tactics. They start yellow and then jump your bill up super high. At least in my experience. Not a fan.

They're the worst! They advertise things they can't deliver on. I just upgraded to 1k Mbps and it's slower than what I had before, but with a increase and I'm dropping from $30 zoom mtgs right in the middle of shelter in place work. If there was a guaranteed better service I'd drop these guys like a bad habit. They STINK!

@Xfinity has become terrible. It started out good but looks like Comcast influence is taking over. Three routers but connection keeps dropping. 15 hours with customer service. They keeping bouncing my calls and sending me in circles. Just the marketing slogans "got you covered" is not sufficient.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. The call center sold me 2 landlines and the installer said thst comcast can only install 1 landline. 4 people later I finally get the contract canceled but now it's going to take 30 days to get my deposit back. According to the supervisor , they have to get the money from the Federal Reserve.

They where great for the first few years. Many years really. But then they just started jacking the prices up and not really caring about the customer. Now we’ve left them and have a different company.

They offer great speeds but value for money ratio has always been an issue especially with new companies emerging in this market.

This was the only option I had a few years ago and it was terrible. The only good thing was that a worker could come out to my house and test the connect and speed.

Terribly inconsistent service. Always rotating between offline and online. It's not a hardware problem (we have a new router and modem, and they replaced the cables coming into the house). If I paid a percentage of the bill correlating to the time my wifi has worked then I should be paying about $1 a month. A waste.

Customer service and care can improve. The service was fine when I had it but once I ran into personal problems not financial. My bill was paid in full. But, I was charged for equipment that I returned and it I'll affected my credit score.

I would give lower if I could. Ever since 2008 we’ve had Comcast. It’s our only option in the area and it’s horrible. Internet cuts out constantly. We’ve used three different routers and every time our service doesn’t work they blame the routers no matter how often we switch them.

Customer service is horrible, trying to cancel an account is an even more horrific experience. I tried to cance my account on the first of August and they charged me for using the internet until October so I was charged for multiple months after I sent the router back and called twice to cancel.

I got charged for internet months after I had cancelled the service. Customer representatives agreed that I had been incorrectly charged and that I would be refunded. After three different phone calls with representatives, all agreeing that I would be refunded, I have yet to receive a refund.

Internet isn’t terrible, but as soon as you run into any even minor problem with your service expect a multiple hour conversation with the support staff asking an entire array of dumb questions that don’t pertain to what you need done at all. Would be a 4 or 5 star review if customer service was not completely atrocious

The service at our place is really poor the connection breaks every day at least 2-3 times when I have really something important to work. This is not expected from a service provider like Xfinity. I am really not happy with this and needs work on this. Xfinity needs to fix this ASAP and give assurance that this is not gonna happen again.

Worst service ever, I'm paying for 1 Gbps and I'm getting normally between 100 and 200 Mbps, sometimes I get 10Mbps! I use my cellphone as a hotspot and it goes faster. Awful I got the Xpods the sell....Totally useless, I have a TV 1 foot away from one of the pods, but it's connected to the box downstairs so I get a terrible service

The internet drops a lot every 30 ish minutes. I have had xfinity for about 9 months and just as I am going to need a new contract the internet starts dropping and going out at Radom. They are probably trying to get me to pay more for better streaming and what not. Will I’m not they will be lucky if I stay with them!

Excellent. Only improvement would be price. Their corporate taxes have been reduced. They should pass it on to the customers.
