The website was really easy to find exactly what I needed. So far I’m happy with my internet services and customer service has been great.

Good value for the product they provide. For the gigabyte internet service, it is about equivalent to AT&T service for internet. The customer service is lacking in responsiveness and quality.

Just horrible customer service and responsiveness. They defaced the entire neighborhood sidewalk as well as my driveway. Painted markings left everywhere. I managed to get them to repair my lawn after installing a new cable ($1200 worth of new sod), but customer service even in the executive offices is absent.

I have had good experiences with Xfinitys customer service. They have good quality service. I do think it is slightly over priced though.

Prices aren't that cheap and servivea can be a bit better. Internet never truly reaches the speed they say tou should get but, overall acceptable.

This is the worst company I have every worked with. They straight up lie about data usage. The google wifi mesh system tracks data and is 300gbs less than what Comcast claims. Now they want to charge me for going over my limit and its so rude.

Xfinity has continued to charge us extra for things we never signed up for. We continually have to call and cancel packages that have been added to our monthly fee which is annoying and unprofessional. That being said, the internet still works great.

Their internet service goes out from time to time at my home during crucial times. The wifi will randomly cut out in the middle of me doing an assignment.

Xfinity Internet is a okay internet service. At times our wifi goes out and is a bit funky, but over all it gets the job done what we need.

We have tried many different internet providers and Xfinity is definitely the best. Definitely faster.

Overpriced. They have kind of a monopoly where i live so it’s either pay too much for decent internet or save a little money for crap internet. Tolerable

I can truly testify that X-finity has the fastest internet and does not go out when it pours outside.

I AM SO GLAD I CAN USE GOOGLE FIBER AND NOT THIS GARBAGE. The customer service is terrible, the internet is lackluster. Overall, I really can't say I've ever had a great experience utilizing comcast or xfinity from an internet or a cable standpoint.

Xfinity has been the most reliable I have found. I haven't loved it completely because I think it's overpriced and slow for what you pay for.

xfinity is definitely the best service in my area, but the price has raised twice in the year plus that I have been with them, which is discouraging.

Overall a good experience, but we have had some issues with really slow Internet which doesn’t work well when you are trying to do business.

Xfinity is so overpriced. They also have terrible customer service. I think they have great internet, but not for the price they charge. If you have other options, I would look elsewhere.

pretty expensive, and customer service is a bit ridiculous. it may be the only xfinity service i keep, only because i hate the other options

Reasonable service offered at higher prices. Customer service often means talking to someone else around the world whose first language may not be your own!

We have had a few issues with comcast from time to time. But our service is usually great. Just not very good on communication skills.

I am in a love hate with Xfinity. When it works and I am getting 300 down I am happy. When we have random outages, or when I do a speed check and I am getting .06 down (no joke, it happened) it sucks. Problem is I have no choice, only Xfinity is available in my area.

We have been customers for quite a while but there are very few other options in our neighborhood for internet providers. For the amount of money, we pay the upload and download speeds are pathetic.

Internet goes down just about three times a week, if not more. It's very frustrating to come home and not have internet access. When it works it works well, but the outages are too frequent.

We have bundled the Comcast Xfinity with our TV and internet together and have found this to be a rewarding experience as the service for both is helpful and effective.

I think a big part of us not liking our experience with Comcast is that maybe we just don’t have good WiFi? But we’ve called to have them come out and fix it at least 6 times and it still doesn’t work super well. Pretty frustrating.

The internet was fine but customer service is horrible. I only spoke to customer service 3 times and those 3 calls were probably some of the worst experiences I've ever had with a call center.
