Complete wast of time. Very rushed, lazy, orthodontal work. Extremely disappointed with the result they provided. They don;t do much of anything; you might as well go get regular braces. Not worth it. Awaiting my refund

This experience with smile direct club has not been the best. My dentist informed me that the quick movement that the retainers cause has caused my gums to recede, and for my gums to occasionally bleed.

I got my scan for the trays done in person with a doctor so I thought it would be way better than an at home impression kit. Boy was I wrong. They scan me wrong and none of my trays fit. When I tried to get help they told me to legit cut my trays. And would take weeks to respond to emails.
