I'm on week 8 of a 13 week aligner set and everything is going well so far. I can definitely see the difference in my teeth. I always change my aligners every Tues evening and for about 24 hours they are a little uncomfortable, but feel fine after that for the rest of the week. It is a little annoying to take them out and put them back in after eating, but it is worth it to be done in 13 weeks. Overall, this is worth the money and time. Hopefully my teeth will continue to shift and move like they should and I will have a much better smile at the end!

Byte has been awesome and has delivered great results so far! I'm only about halfway through with my treatment plan, but the pain has been so minimal, if any, and the fit of the aligners is perfect! Each week when I switch them out I see results within days. I can't wait to see how the end result turns out!
One con I will say, though, is their customer service team has not been the best. They messed up my payment and so decided to credit me (which is great) but the credit took nearly two months and CONSTANT follow up with their communications team. Everyone kept re-directing me to someone else. It felt like they were purposely dodging me to try and get out of the refund they promised. Eventually, I did end up getting the money credited but not sure it was worth the hassle dealing with them for their mistake.

Would never give a positive review of a less than stellar product. This product deserves props.
I am on week five , of 10 weeks for top teeth and 21 for my bottom.
It is shocking the improvement in a little over four weeks of night treatment.
I’m not sure if any adult every needs to pay triple for an orthodontist again.
I was trepidation’s. Not so much now.
I am excited to see end results. God Bless this company. So appreciative.

Just started my byte treatment plan. The whole process in getting started has been super easy. Customer service has been fantastic so far, they have been quick to help and stay in touch via email and text message. No complaints at all. I wasn’t totally for sure about my treatment plan and the specialists even went back in and made a few tweaks to make sure I was completely satisfied. Lots of options for financing. Even the packaging is nicely done with thorough instructions. I’m so excited to see my end result!

I have been using Byte for 5 weeks now. The process has been extremely easy and communication has been great from the impressions to receiving my aligners! My aligners have fit perfect every week and my teeth are clearly moving as they should! I would definitely recommend byte to anyone looking to straighten their teeth! My aligners fit comfortably and the foam cleaner they give you to put in them also whitens you’re teeth! Everything has been so convenient, I wished I would have done it sooner! I only have to wear mine 17 weeks!!

I absolutely love my Byte aligners! I actually love everything about Byte! I'm a graphic designer so I have mad respect for their packaging design and advertising. It's just brilliant. I think their customer service is spot on. And of course, the product works and is easy. I ordered the night Byte's so I only have to wear them while I sleep. It's very convenient and I'm loving my results. Just make sure you don't switch your aligners to the next one, until your teeth have fully adjusted to the current aligners and there are no gaps between your teeth and the aligners. That's my hot tip!

I use to think I had an OK smile, then over the years I started to lose that confidence. From the start of beginning my process with Byte I knew I was in good hands. If you have any questions or are confused by anything they are there to help you in a moments notice. It says a lot about a company when you don't feel like just a number to them, but they treat and make you feel like you've been friends for a long time!

Ever since the start of the process, I was very impressed by the customer service throughout. I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner and everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful. The aligners themselves are amazing! They're super comfortable and they're truly invisible! Also, Byte is also the only aligner system that offers "Byte at Night" so you can wear your aligners only at night! Perfect for people with busy schedules like me :)

I began my Byte journey in Oct 2020 with 14 aligners top, 16 bottom. I kept each set in at least 2 weeks as I didn’t want to rush the process. Unfortunately, around the 8th aligner I noticed a crack and also that there were halos in some areas that were just not filling in. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied and requested current photos. After these were sent and I filled out a clinician review, they decided it would be best to do refinements. I stayed in my most current set throughout this process for about 8 weeks. I received my new aligners yesterday and plan on restarting tonight. So far, I’m satisfied with the customer service I’ve received as they are attentive and courteous. I’m hoping my teeth start tracking again and that I can finish the process out without any more issues as I’m looking forward to finally having straight teeth!

I'm halfway through my 11 week treatment program with byte. My teeth were pretty sore the first week, but every week after has been fine. I don't have any extreme pain or discomfort with the byte aligner or when eating while they are out. I'm able to talk clearly and no one can even tell I'm wearing the aligners. All I would ask for is possibly sending the kit with two bottles of the aligner cleaner/whitener because it's hard to know when to order another bottle due to not knowing how fast orders get shipped. Team members reach out consistently to make sure your questions can get answered if you have any concerns. I'm excited to see how my teeth look when I'm done!

Love that I don't need to take time off of work to go into an ortho office to do the molds or for check ups. Did my molds at home with easy written and video instructions and then they sent me all the aligners at once. They all fit according to the weekly schedule- and customer service is super responsive. Im on week 9/15 of the night aligners and can really see a positive difference! Almost there 😀

We were sent our impression set right away, did the impressions after rereading the instructions, which is necessary because the timing is critical. Three weeks later we had our aligners. My son is 19 and has been diligent about following the steps correctly and we see tremendous results. His smile is no longer crooked, and his self esteem is much better. All in all the process went very smoothly and I recommend byte aligners.

The only issue I've had is some spacing between my front teeth during the course of the treatments. The team has been helpful and is working to get it fixed.
The aligners have been great. Other than bad pain the first few days of my first set, I hardly notice they're there and my teeth are SIGNIFICANTLY straighter.
Wonderful and responsive customer service as well!

I was really impressed with the customer service of this company. The ordering process was easy and someone always responded via email or phone when I had questions. I did have an issue where I had to get new aligners because my teeth were a little more stubborn in moving for the last week of treatment, but after notifying them, they immediately corrected it. So thankful I went with this company, it was worth it!

I'm about 2 weeks into my treatment, and my experience so far with Byte has been very positive. They do a great job answering questions upfront, and it's easy to follow the instructions for molding the aligners and using them once they arrive. Customer support is also very responsive. I looked at a few different options for aligners and liked that Byte was an at-home option and that I could choose nighttime only for my treatment, as my job would make it difficult to wear aligners all day.

David Jetsupphasuk ,
I am currently in the middle of the byte treatment and overall am satisfied with this company. The whole process of doing the impressions and putting on the aligners was very well explained. The Hyperbyte did kind of help with the discomfort of having the aligners in your mouth which was nice. Aligners came packaged well. And so far treatment has been going pretty well. I do wish there was more availability to schedule a follow up with a clinician. It seems like every time I check the next available date is a month later from now which kind of sucks. Customer service via email is great though, but I do wish the specialists would reply back within one day. But again, overall, I am happy with how things are going with byte!

Anthony Gauvin ,
Let me start off with, I was told it would be 4 years of braces to "straigthen" my smile.. and an astronomical price. I put then off for 10 years of my life. Mom couldn't afford it, blah blah blah etc. Years later and I find myself with an almost perfect smile ( only 6 weeks left) and at a fraction and i mean fraction of the cost. BYTE, I can't thank you enough. The Customer Service, The Product and The Company, have all been nothing but amazing to me. Again thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENED letting everyone I know about this.

The Byte Advisors are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I've had multiple questions throughout my Byte journey and my advisor has been there every time to help me out. I started out with questions about the process which were promptly answered. After I purchased my aligners, an Advisor reached out to me several times to make sure things were going well. When I got to the check-in point, my Advisor again talked me through the process. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

So far I am 10 weeks into my byte At-Night treatment plan. The process over all was a lot less complicated than I was anticipating. The at home impression kit was very easy for the end user to complete. It was well organized and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into it. My adviser after my impression kit was very helpful in selecting the right treatment option for me and was able to adequately answer any questions that I had.

I cannot rave about this company more! I am so pleased with my results and how fast my smile became normal again. I had braces in high school (10yrs ago) and recently had twins and during my pregnancy my smile suffered, I was so blessed to find BYTE! And the best surprise ever is, not only are my teeth already getting straighter, they’re the whitest they have ever been! And with twin boys I LOVE my coffee, and the bright byte is perfect for those tough stains!

Byte has a very easy to use at home system for taking and submitting impressions, with clear, detailed instructions. The aligners come neatly packaged, and them Hyperbite is comfortable and easy to use. I give the system 4 stars because my 15 week treatment has turned into 30 weeks. The initial aligners did not straighten my teeth as original promised in 15 weeks, and I had to repeat the impression process and wait another 2 months from beginning to end for my new set of aligners. I think this process should be expedited for clients currently undergoing treatment. I had to wear the same pair of aligners for 7 weeks while waiting for my new treatment set to arrive. Otherwise, so far I am happy with the Byte process and product, and look forward to a pleasing outcome.

Byte has truly changed my smile in just 10 weeks so far! I was one of those "wore braces and didn't maintain the retainer use" and I signed up for byte at night. The process has been so easy, convenient, and effective and all in a matter of a few months! Overall, the process has been seamless, although I do experience discomfort when switching out the aligners each week, but with the Hyperbyte, it really cuts down on the pain. I still have a couple weeks to go, but I'm so excited to see my final smile. Thank you Byte!

Byte has helped my confidence a lot even though I’m on only on week 5 ! At first the treatment is a little painful and takes some getting used too but the hyper byte helps with that a lot along with the byte whitening that comes with the treatment helping your teeth become more white & straight at the same time. If your thinking about getting aligners id go for byte!

What I like best about byte was how easy it was to sign up , make my molds at home, and make my payment arrangements. Also, the aligners and the whole kit that they came in is neat and tidy. I truly haven’t anything negative to say of my experience so far. The first set of aligners made one of my teeth sore for a few days then subsided. Other than that, I’m pleased and am already noticing a difference. I am looking forward to my straightener, more balanced, whiter smile when I’m done!

A specialist messaged me shortly after I purchased my impressions kit. I was able to ask any questions before I completed the impressions and was helped regarding smaller size trays. After my impressions were mailed off, a Byte advisor messaged me and answered all all of my questions. This advisor even had the clinical team contact me for clarification on a question I had regarding my teeth. Overall I have received great customer service from Byte!

The byte experience has been First Class from the start. And as a designer, can I say enough great things about the product packaging and materials?!! (No... no I cannot.)
They’ve clearly thought through every step of the process – painstakingly – and their periodic updates and check-ins only confirm that things will remain that way for the long haul. BIG love... bigger fan.

I’ve been using Byte at Night for four weeks and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far! The aligners came very quickly and the system has been so easy to use. I’ve especially loved only needing to wear the aligners at night as opposed to much more restrictive all day aligners that I’ve tried in the past.
I am 1/3 of the way through my treatment & my teeth are already so much straighter! I can’t wait to see my final result & would recommend this system to anyone looking to perfect their smile!

I was on week 4 of my treatment and was worried when I noticed my teeth were shifting a lot (they felt wiggly slightly). I emailed the support team and was talking to someone on their clinical team within hours. They answered all my questions, even had the clinician personally review my progress with photos and details. They gave me recommendations based on the progress so quickly and with so much care. Amazing service!

When I first started Byte, the whole process of ordering the impression kit and getting my aligners was quick and very easy. I love my results and customers service has been super nice. There are 2 reasons for not giving solid 5 stars. The first is I was never told they only send out 15 trays at a time. Once I was finished with my 15th tray I thought I was done and tried to order my retainers. That is when they told me and I had to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my remaining trays. Treatment on my upper teeth ended at 12 weeks, so it has now been 2 months wearing the same upper aligner. Which bring me to the second reason which is the retainer. I have tried to order it on the website for weeks and it wont let me. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and have gotten no actual help until the last woman (Britney C.) I talked to today. She was very helpful I appreciated her help and sincerity very much. All in all, Byte is great and works amazingly, however the process of ordering continuation aligners and retainers is a bit stressful.

I chose Byte because it had one of the best prices for invisible brace options, a whitening system came included in the cost, and there were before and after photos of someone on their website with teeth just like mine. I'm currently in week 4 of my treatment and I can already see a difference in a few of my front teeth. The best part is, the last week of my treatment will fall on the week of my birthday, so I'm getting the gift of straight teeth this year!

All-day aligners: The impression kit was very straightforward and you do two sets in case you make a mistake. The aligners came in a reasonable amount of time. Each new set feels like a smooth transition and even the tighter fitting aligners feel fine after using the ultrasonic mouth piece. My only complaint is ~1 of 4 of the sets need to be smoothed down so they don't cut my tongue, but it takes about 30 seconds and they even included a file so not really a big deal for me.

The Byte process has been amazing! I haven’t had to leave my home (during a pandemic mind you) and I still get to have the opportunity to straighten my teeth!
I was skeptical at first, but the process was and has been smooth and seamless! I also have to admit the bright byte foam cleanser is hands down amazing! Compared to others the flavor is so clean and minty and my teeth have NEVER been whiter!
I strongly recommend anyone who has been holding back to give Byte a try! You won’t regret it!

On week 5 of my Byte aligners and I highly recommend them! The nighttime aligners make it easy for me to be consistent! I was given all at once which was nice to have a visual of how much longer I have to complete my smile journey! They fit comfortably without having to file the edges! The hyperbyte has also sped up the process for me to see a difference in my smile already increasing my confidence! Customer service is the BEST! Quick to respond and extremely helpful! Thanks guys!!!

From the VERY beginning- Byte has been an incredible company to work with! The first agent I spoke with, Brittany H. was SO knowledgeable and personable to help me decide which system was best for my lifestyle. She answered every question I had and offered me a personal number to call if I needed anything! Juan P. Was GREAT to answer my texts quickly and fill me on my treatment plan. It’s been 8 weeks and WOW!!! The progress speaks for itself and I cannot wait to see how my final smile looks! I would recommend Byte without a doubt!

Now that Im old, I was afraid to go to the dentist and receive braces. But doing research I have come across byte! The process was easy, and it was in the comfort of my home. I am halfway done my treatment at 12 weeks of wearing them and I already see a difference! I am smiling more with confidence! Also their customer support are amazing and easy to deal with!

So far in 3 months, I find using Byte nighttime aligners easy to use and very little discomfort. I can already tell my teeth are moving and beginning to look better! I chose the nighttime aligners so I wouldn't have to continually take them in and out during the daytime. This plan has worked out for me very well. I suppose the thing I like least is waiting for a contact email but that usually happens within 72 hours. Sometimes I am just inpatient.

I had researched about a lot of teeth aligner companies and finally went with Byte because of its most number of positive reviews. And, I'd say that I'm very happy with my choice. I can really see the results. The gaps in my teeth are almost gone. Their team is very responsive and they regularly checked in with me about my progress. I'd surely recommend Byte to anyone.

Byte has been super professional and timely throughout my treatment! Towards the end I noticed my teeth seemed to be moving in a way that wasn’t right. So I reached out to Byte and they issued a clinical review. After determining my teeth are a little stubborn they sent me a new impression kit. Shortly following an entire set of retainers arrived for me to start in. I’m loving my teeth more and more every day!

Im so happy that i made the decision to get aligners! When i was younger with braces, i didn't stay on top of wearing my retainers like a should have and basically all my progress was lost. I'm getting married soon and was worried about all the photo's that will be taken on that day so i wanted to make a change! Luckily i came across Byte aligners and my smile is back to being straight and bright! I'm so happy with the progress and can't wait to show off my smile at my wedding! :)

I am 5 weeks into my 6 month treatment. Love that I only have to wear my aligners at night. So far every set is tight the first few nights, but by the time every week it is to change to the next one- there is no discomfort. Everything is packaged well and there have been no need to file down or adjust any aligners and no digging into gums. So far having a great experience!
