After placing my order for the kit I was contacted by my personal customer service representative who helped me with any questions I had and assisted me through the process. Once I received the kit I thoroughly read through the steps by step booklet which is very easy to understand. Doing the impressions didn't take long and was very easy in my opinion. I have major issues with crowding and everything about Byte seemed too good to be true to fix it. 6 weeks, really? When every orthodontist said 2 years minimum and over 3k? Well, Byte has delivered. I’m 15 out of 23 weeks in and I can’t believe the progress. My teeth are whiter and straighter and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Byte’s customer service team has been so responsive, accommodating, and kind. Truly 11/10. Can’t wait to see the end result!

I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Byte but the selling point for me was their incentives for military personnel. The process has been fun and very easy so far. I'm almost half way through my treatment and I already see changes in my smile. Super excited to see the final result. I have already recommended Byte to a few friends. I was having trouble with a painful bite that resulted in sporadic dull pain when chewing and sometimes talking. The process is really smooth. There's definitely a little bit of disconnect between communication between you and byte. You get a lot of automatic messages and the reps aren't always on the same page as the automated messages but I ultimately always got through. I'm currently negotiating how exactly to keep my teeth in place without spending $400 a year (the warranty/guarantee is only valid if you have bought yourself new top and bottom retainers every 6 months...). I'm thinking about inquiring about a permanent retainer from an orthodontic location. So, definitely a bit more work to d yourself but way more affordable and very happy with the experience.

The byte experience has been a great one overall! It took longer then originally planned to get my top teeth straight based on the first assessment with my first set of molds turned in BUT they are definitely getting straighter and I’m looking forward to the end result. I’m about half way through and can tell such a dramatic difference so far and so grateful I found byte! Been using the Byte at night aligners for about 8 weeks and they've worked great to correct my happy smile. Definitely can see the finished results happening. There is a little discomfort with a new set each week, but it's minor and fades quickly. Wearing these at night and not having to worry about eating and drinking is a huge benefit, well worth it.

After I sent in my teeth molds, I took a handful of pics, made a payment and was informed my aligners would arrive in 4-6 weeks. They came in 2. This actually works. I completed my treatment for bottom teeth 3 weeks ago, still have 6 weeks to go for top teeth. I'm still waiting for retainer for the bottom and remaining 6 aligners and retainer for the top, 3 weeks later! Customer service has been responding to my emails in a timely manner and I'm waiting for them to be shipped. I must say that I am very pleased with this product after wearing braces for nearly 4 years, spent nearly $6,000, and didn't replace my retainers after they wore out. I was back to my old ugly smile. Byte aligners are fast and easy and the Hyperbyte makes the aligners comfortable as you teeth shift slowly. I Love Them! Can't wait to finish my treatment and show off my new and improved smile 😁

So far my byte experience has been great! I’ve tried Aligners before through smile direct and they didn’t work very well for me. I love How easy they are to take care of and they are very durable. My Byte aligners have improved my smile considerably! I saw visible results in both alignment and whitening in just a couple of weeks, and the HyperByte tool makes fitting a new set each week almost completely painless. Sometimes there’s a bit of pressure or tension as the teeth adjust to the new aligner, but it’s very mild. Far better and quicker and easier than braces!

I love how simple Byte has made this entire process to be! All the aligners arrived on Day 1, wear them at all times except when eating and brushing, use the Hyperbyte vibrator for 5 minutes daily, and switch them out every week! It's so easy! I've had Byte retainers for 15 weeks now. It has been such an easy process from beginning to end; from when they send the package to get your teeth molds, to when they send you your retainers and explain thoroughly how to use them. I was also offered the night time only retainers which helped since I've still been working and I have more time at night to focus on Byte. The hyperbyte has been great, too. It really has made the process less painful! The customer service is on point! They always get back to you so quickly whether you have questions about getting a new hyperbyte, any insurance issues, reordering more whitener, etc. I am happy I decided to go with Byte out of all programs!

Overall it has been a very good experience so far with Byte at Night. Impression kit done at home with no doctor visit. Got slingers only 2 weeks later. Byte advisor is a salesperson, not a tooth expert, and can be a little pushy. That being said, I asked for a modification to my treatment plan and she got it done almost immediately. I have had no pain or discomfort, and my family doesn’t even know when the aligners are in my mouth even though they are pretty thick. The only part I don’t really enjoy is taking the aligners out.

Getting used to the trays in my mouth didn't seem to take much time at all. The customer service is very good - I have received prompt responses to all of my questions. After two independent dentists told me I needed to change the structure of my teeth I chose to give Byte a try. I’ve just completed my first month of the Byte 10-hour nighttime program. The retainers are very comfortable and I am beginning to see/feel my teeth shifting already. What I loved about the company was that the kit they sent to take your molds was easy to use. If I had any questions I would contact the Byte help desk and someone was always there to help me out. They also provided tutorials of how to do the molds online. However, towards the end of my treatment my top aligners didn't fit as well as my bottom aligners. I contacted the help desk and told them what was going on. I took pictures of my aligners and they immediately sent me another kit to retake my molds. I was surprised about how quickly the box came! I can't wait to see my new smile and can already see my gap closing day by day.
