The best price I found, seasonal discounts. The pleasant service consists in quick feedback, fast delivery, the convenient personal account and tracking your results by a doctor.
I hope HyperByte really works, because it looks pretty simple=))
What should improve: When you upload your photos, I would like to receive feedback from the doctor( whether the treatment is going according to plan or you need to change the plan).
If my treatment will be successful, I will definitely buy it for my wife.

Some of the best things I love about the Byte team is how sleek, clean, professional, and convenient everything is. When I received my impressions box, I was so impressed by the packaging and I continue to be impressed in many aspects. I’ve been speaking with my Byte professional and he has given me advice and answered my questions every step of the way. Byte was one of the best investments I’ve made and I can’t wait to see my teeth in a few months!

My experience with Byte aligners has been great so far! I’m about halfway through the program and my teeth look so much better already! There is very little discomfort, mainly the first day/night of a new aligner, which just tell me it’s working.
If you stopped wearing your retainer like I did, check out Byte. Short-term commitment to get your smile looking great again!

7th week of my treatment.
I really enjoy it! I see already changes in teeth moving and as bonus they got whiter with Byte cleansing foam. Aligners are clear and almost invisible when I wear it. And NO any discomfort. That was uncomfortable only at first week but then with hyperbyte device I don’t feel any pain more. Very satisfied with Byte and highly recommend it!

Byte is easy and convenient- everything can be done at home and I found that everything including the website is easy to map out. Customer service is kind and responsive and I love that contacting them is as easy as sending a text message. There are several payment plans available which I found really helpful as I’m steadily trying to build credit. I’m really thrilled with this company and I’m glad I decided to fix my smile with them.

The Byte program has improved my confidence in my smile. I was hesitant about how much the aligners would affect my daily routine, but I'm now 8 weeks in and can't even remember why I was so hesitant to begin with! The result has been very encouraging thus far and I am looking forward to the finished product. The aligner's carrying case was difficult to open for the first two weeks or so, but now its no concern at all. Great company!

My experience with Byte so far has been amazing. I wore braces as a teen and I stopped wearing my retainers so my teeth had shifted back to how they were prior to braces. I am now almost finished with my Byte treatment and my teeth look amazing. They honestly look just as great as they did right after I got my braces off when I was younger! The customer service is great. If you have any issues they respond quickly and are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Byte!

I'm halfway through the treatment plan and everything is going great! There was a lot of customer service contact in the beginning to get me started and to make sure all was going well. The packaging of the aligners makes it easy to understand and keep on track with the plan. I didn't like using the hyperbyte, it was an odd feeling for me, so it's taking a little longer to get through the plan. I don't mind that I'll be in the plan for a longer period, as I find them easy to wear and notice the weekly progress.

Fantastic customer service. If adjustments are needed to a current treatment plan there is a minor delay between (back/forth) shipments. Company strives for ultimate satisfaction of the consumer - and is evident. Much more reasonable cost when compared to other options (braces or other aligner systems). Extremely satisfied customer. Highly recommend!!!

I looked at a lot of different aligners, and Byte was definitely the best deal! Their team even found out that they had a cheaper pre-negotiated rate with my dental insurance company after I had paid, and they refunded me the difference. I've always had an easy time getting through to Byte's customer service, and they're extremely helpful and friendly.

Incredible. The attention and care that they give you is genuine. They actually care to help you. I messed up the impressions 2 times because my mouth is small. Byte was understanding and sent me new impression kits. Sabrina helped me throughout the entire process. They even text you instead of communicating by email. My teeth are noticia le straighter and I’m only on week 3 of my 14 week treatment plan. I can’t wait for my end resultsz

10 weeks in and already seeing a HUGE difference! I was skeptical of the nighttime treatment plan (only 10 hours of night wear for a few months and I can have straight teeth??) but I already see my teeth finally aligning and it seriously couldn’t be easier to follow! The whitening serum keeps the trays nice and clean while whitening my teeth and the HyperByte takes away 99% of the initial pain when you first pop them in. I couldn’t recommend Byte enough!

I wanted to straighten my teeth and fix some crowding before my wedding. I went to a local orthodontist and the price was 3x of byte. So far, my Byte experience has been amazing. I was very hesitant to start my treatment at first, but I now have zero regrets. The team that helped get things started were excellent. They were very friendly, easy to get ahold of, and very generous as well. They sent us an early wedding present from the Byte team when they found out our wedding date was quickly approaching. I’m 4 weeks into my treatment plan and have noticed positive change. I’m looking forward to the remainder of treatment.

I'm almost done with my treatment and my experience so far has been wonderful! The hyperbyte tool does an amazing job at curbing any discomfort when you switch your aligners every week, and friends and family have told me several times that they can never tell when I have my aligners in because they truly are clear. When my teeth didn't move exactly as they were supposed to, Customer service got a new impression kit out to me right away and sent me a new set of aligners to finish the treatment. All in all, I highly recommend.

I have been really happy with Byte! It was easy to make impressions and once I sent them in I got my treatment plan and my aligners arrived earlier than expected! I have only had mild discomfort when switching to new aligners but other than that there have been no issues. I didn’t even need to file them down. The byte bright whitener is amazing, I’m a heavy coffee drinker and it has whitened my teeth immensely! I’m so excited to get the smile I want.

Really pleased with the process from start to finish. The kicker for me to try BYTE was the cost vs traditional dentist; my teeth are already 'straight' I just had a tiny crossbite that drove me crazy (no one else has ever noticed) it just seemed silly to NOT try BYTE. Anyhow, I started noticing a difference the very first week, which is pleasantly surprising. I'm on week 4 now and cannot WAIT to see whats to come. No pain or anything...I have no complaints.

From the day I got my impression kit, that made it incredibly easy and conviniet to start from the comfort of my home, to the treatment itself, that is uncomfortable at times ( obviously :) my teeth are moving into their new place ) , to incredible customer service, the best marketing and packaging. Byte has been a true revelation! I'm finishing up my 5th week and so far the process has been very smooth. The HyperByte has helped with any initial discomfort with the new aligners, which for the most part has been minimal. Even my 6 year old daughter who can be very attentive didn't know that I had the aligners on. So having the aligners on has been a comfortable feeling in more than one way. The Customer Care Team has also been very nice. They have reached out to check in, and have been very responsive to any questions or concerns. So far, 5 out of 5 stars!

I had been thinking about invisible Braces for a long time, I finally took the byte when I got a promo for a discounted kit. I decided to do the impression kit to get a better idea of the work that would need to be done. My main concern originally was a tooth up top, which was more cosmetic. The impression kit showed me how crowded by bottom teeth really were. The process has been super easy and I’m about 4 weeks in and can tell a difference. No regrets here.

I chose Byte because it seemed like a better value and shorter treatment than other teledentistry options.
The treatment includes the HyperByte vibration device thought to lessen discomfort from realignment and BrightByte whitening and cleansing foam that makes everyday cleaning as convenient as a water rinse and few pumps of the foam. The treatment also includes the first set of retainers, that would otherwise have to be purchased separately. I also chose Byte because they offer a lifetime guarantee as long as you purchase a new retainer each year.
Getting started was a little difficult, however, because the treatment plan was based on photos I uploaded into the system, instead of more precise imagery collected in a clinic. I went through about a month of text and email with their team before a lead clinician prepared a plan I was satisfied with. Even figuring in the lost month, the total planned treatment time would still be a month shorter than the closest competitor!

This is by far the best whitener I have used. Within a few weeks the ‘shade’ of my teeth (according to their chart) changed about 4 ‘shades’ lighter.
I’ve used whitening strips, solutions for whitening, the blue light system, etc. None of these made a noticeable difference and some caused teeth sensitivity.
Super happy with results!

Byte has strengthen my teeth in 2 months! I’ve compared different aligner companies and I chose byte due to it’s Hypebyte technology to speed up the process. I wanted to improve my crooked teeth before the wedding, and I was worried I would not have enough time if i chose other aligners. If you are not confident in your smile, you need to try Byte. As I am getting older, my teeth began to separate and my canines started to protrude out. I saw an advertisement for Byte and I tried them. So far, I am very pleased with their product. It is very easy to get started. Once you send them a mold of your teeth, they send aligners to wear each week. Mine came in a box with Step 1 through Step 15. So easy to follow and they are there to support with any questions or issues. Great Company!!

I love that Byte includes everything you need in one shipment. I also liked how well they worked with me to finance my treatment. The multiple options allow me to pick what works best for me. The process is half the time of other treatments with minimal pain each week when you change your aligners, but that is expected. I am so excited to see my teeth at the end of the process as everything has gone so smoothly up to this point.

Byte is awesome. I chose Byte for a few reasons 1. It fit my budget 2. My initial impression kit was sent to me quickly and super easy to use 3. The customer service is outstanding. At the beginning of my aligners the initial pain was hard to manage. I reached out to the support staff at Byte and they were empathetic and ready to help me through the process. I’m on week 9 of 15 and the change in my teeth and smile is huge and so exciting... I would recommend Byte to anyone.

The process to get started is amazing easy and seamless! Being assigned a personal customer representative to help through the initial processes is super helpful! It was a great experience to get my impressions and get my plan in place to start the treatment. I would give 5 stars, but as soon as I paid and received my aligners, customer service seemed to disappear. It’s a little disheartening and makes me feel like they really are just worried about getting your money, which I understand they are a business… but when you present with having such fantastic customer service and don’t continue with that same level of service after payment has been received, it can become frustrating.

Ray, thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have not heard from anyone since purchasing your aligners. Once making that purchase, you should receive an email confirmation as well as check-in emails about every 2 weeks to make sure you are progressing as projected. They are working!!!! Only 2 weeks in and I see such a change in my smile that I can only imagine how it will look and feel at the end of my treatment. The foam is nice and is really helping to whiten my smile. They are comfortable to sleep with always firm but never painful or uncomfortable. They're a little hard to get off the 1st 2 days but after that they start to get easier to take off. Once you start a new week and you feel that firmness again for me, is so exciting. I sleep like a baby with them on. Thank you so much byte!! On my way to a smile I will love to share with the world!!

So far it has been great experience with Byte and excellent Customer service. I am about to finish my third week of treatment and I can see the difference, initially it was little discomfort but the Customer service team really helped me. The whole process of Byte is very simple and less expensive compared to other aligners. I am satisfied with byte and I would definitely recommend this product..!!

Really satisfied with Byte’s customer service. Help to promptly answer any questions I have and keep me posted with tips and next steps in the process. Also great value for the treatment. So much more convenient than going to the dentist’s office and they ship the aligners very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to straighten to their teeth.

The program was easy to start and has been an overall positive experience for me. The pamphlet and video instructions for making impressions are clear, and keeping up with my night time aligners has been very easy for me. The convenience of being able to wear aligners only at night has allowed me to keep my daily routines and activities exactly the same as they were before. The byte advisors and customer support team are extremely helpful in answering any questions I have and respond quickly. I would recommend this program to anyone that is looking to improve their smile.

The care team at byte has been exceptional! From the beginning to the end they have been responsive, professional and given me a seamless experience all virtually. I have enjoyed the opportunity to be able to text them and email them with quick response times. In addition, the 3-D images provided prior to my aligners being made was great and helped me see what the end product would look like. If you were looking for a experience that is seamless, approachable and convenient Byte is the site to use!

I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. This process is quick and easy. The best part is the hyperbyte. It speeds up the process of movement and I have found it relieves a lot of the aching from your teeth moving. The brightbyte whitens your teeth without tooth sensitivity. The retainers themselves are comfortable and easy to follow the plan. For the price of this program it is well worth it!

The entire process was great. The first person I spoke to when inquiring about Byte was very helpful and made me feel comfortable about going with their brand of aligners. The impression kit was quickly delivered to me. I thought I would not get my actual aligners for another month, but I also received them fast! I started to notice a difference in my teeth around week 6. Customer service has also been great and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend to anyone who has been on the fence about getting aligners for straighter teeth.

Although I have not yet finished my treatment, from start to now I’ve had nothing but an incredible experience with the customer service of Byte Me. I have already experienced such a transformation within my teeth and the progress is still not yet done. Compared to other aligner/brace programs, this was 100% the best financial choice for anyone looking for a straighter smile.

I have been using byte aligners for 10 weeks now. Total period is 21 weeks so am half way through. Best part I like is their customer support. They go out of way to help from the time I thought of ordering the impressions kit. I was very surprised when their emailed me from time to time to check how its going. We rarely see this kind of customer support. Coming to aligners, they are easy to put on, hyperbyte makes you feel comfortable when the aligners don’t sit right especially when starting with new set. So far, it has been a pleasant journey and would highly recommend byte.
