We found OneGuard after issues with Old Republic. Couldn't be more pleased!! They are very responsive, easy to work with and, so far, only one service company has been less than amazing. The one there was an issue with - OneGuard sent out another company immediately - and they were great! They have a good selection of plans - and have a very professional customer service team. We've had a few claims and they have continued to insure us - unlike some companies that cancel you if you actually have claims. Very, very pleased with the pricing and the service.

OneGuard was under contract with us for 2 different homes and for the period November 2011 to July 2018 when we moved to a new home. Just FYI, OneGuard took over our previous home warranty company, ServiceOne, whom we had been with since November 2007. With one substantial exception, we were very satisfied with OneGuard's service for the full period. About every 2-3 years I researched again to see which was the best company. This company was always the best in Arizona for rates and service. During this period we had the following repairs: -Garbage disposal replaced -Sprinkler timer replaced twice -Refrigerator repaired -Refrigerator cashed out (paid residual value, which was fair) -AC unit repaired -AC unit replaced -Evap cooler repaired twice -Dryer repaired twice -Washer repaired -Semi-annual AC unit checkups for a reasonable cost. Our one complaint occurred in Jan of 2018 when I our premium evap cooler needed repair. The technician from a company whom I had never dealt with before, missed the appointment. Instead of rescheduling like he said he would, he called the following Monday and said he would be there in 10 minutes. I was finishing up substantial routine maintenance at the time and the sides, top and cooler pads were off. After spending almost 30 minutes diagnosing the issue, he informed me that he was not allowed to repair the unit because it was disassembled and I would be responsible for the repairs. Long story-short, I quoted the contract to them and threatened consumer and legal action if they failed to repair it. When the manager reviewed the case, they immediately sent out another technician to assess it, and then immediately repaired it. I cannot be certain of course, but I believe that the technician just did not want to take the time to repair it. Since his girlfriend (I later found out) was the dispatch on that day, he attempted misquote the contract in a manner that let him deny service. . I believe this was a bad technician anomaly because we had no complaints at all for the years prior, nor the 6 months after before we moved. Since we have a new home, we will not of course have a home warranty until at least after 5 years. Should be 10 years, but the workmanship of new houses in Arizona is sooooo shoddy. Anyway, when things start breaking down, I will again do my due-diligence and research all companies and we will certainly consider OneGuard equally along with the others and we recommend you do the same as well. Had this one issue not occurred, I would have rated them 5 stars. Anomaly or not, it is their fault for hiring a dishonest tech.

Great company. Only had them for one contract but they were professional and were Covid protected! They repaired my kitchen pipes and My clean outs in my plumbing. I’m glad I had this contract they were professional ,prompt ,and kind And very good at explaining what to do to keep the problem from happening again. There was a small service fee but it saved me a lot of money.

Reliable, great customer service. Had another company before but they cost more and were unreliable.

I think that if you have high end appliances, and they need to be replaced, they should be replaced with a comparable replacement, not a standard, builders gtade product

Overall, one guard provides services when needed but I often find there a loop holes and often end up paying out of pocket due to non-coverage.

I have waited 3 days for a call back from "my acct. representative " to voice my bad experience with your HVac Waranty service last weekend! I ended up hiring an outside repair service to get my unit repaired and a non working fan motor replaced.

There was good response time from OneGuard and the contracted vendor. Vendor did and excellent job.

Very easy to get a service call set up on line, always give me great options and can use repeat vendors

great customer care and not trying to cheat like Choice warranty or other companies that I used in the past.

I've had some Terry service from dome of their vendors in the past but my latest experience for two separate service calls has been very good.

They are prompt in raking care of any problem I've had. Each problem has been resolved to my expectations.

Having a horrible time scheduling for a 2nd opinion. Has been going on for weeks, costing me $50 a day for a temporary a/c unit for my tenant!! I'm about to CANCEL my policy. Still waiting now for part and scheduling. Going on 3 weeks. $650 OOP so far....

Company provides reliable product and service, but price continues to increase that it might not be possible to keep service.

Timely responses. Great service from the vendors they use. Great price for for the full service warranty.

We rate them a 3- Star because on two occasions that we used One Guard, both times I was not 80-100% Satisfied with the service. Good work but not Great!!

Always take care of me when needed. Never had to wait more than a couple of days to get issues fixed.
