Back with One Guard and confident of their service by experience. Bad move on my part! You get what you pay for, I've been told. Joanne Kempton took care of my first claims with dispatch and I'll be back to full function by the middle of the week.

Really wonderful customer service. There have been a few times I should have used my plan. I recommend calling anytime something breaks to see if it’s covered (for example your dishwasher). They will try to fix it but if it is not fixable they will replace it!
