Good company, I have recommended them to others because it has be overall positive. They tend out technicians to help and they usually solve the problem. Everything is covered for a fair price.

Everything is efficient and doesn’t take long. My washer broke and we couldn’t get the door open and the guy came then ordered a part and came back a week later and installed the part.

Most of the time I would rate customer support high but one time it was poor. Representatives are good most of the time and some technicians are good but some are not. I think there should be a list of things they will not cover, it should not be in the very fine prince somewhere in the corner. It should be clear on the website.

I have been really impressed with the company. It is easy and quick. The contract companies actually do the work. I have used it twice for the refrigerator and some electrical issues and both times it was easy and quick.

It is very difficult to get them to respond in a timely manner. It seems like it takes them a while to have get a repairman to come out, it takes 2 to 3 days. We have used them numerous times for different appliances and they were able complete the tasks, whether it is a repair or a replace.

The two times I’ve called them, they were pretty good. When the air conditioning was freezing up, I called and the next day I got a call back and the service tech was here the following day.

Quick to process claims and they have no problems doing follow calls if needed. Service from Choice Home Warranty is excellent. Some companies that they contract with are not good and they should not use them.

Choice is easy to deal with. It is easy to do everything online. I’ve never has any issues with them. Every tie I’ve called for service, they’ve done the repair. Most of the repair people know what they are doing.

Choice Home Warranty is average. Nothing has been exceptional. I’ve had good contractors and I’ve had bad contractors. I needed my ceiling fan dealt with. First I got an email saying they were having a hard time finding contractors in my area so I started shopping around but then they made the appointment and the person the picked never resolved the original issues.

Always answer right away and by the next day you get somebody coming out. The last time I used it for a plumbing issue. I left them once but I came back because they are the best company out there.

Excellent service. All the people are very polite and professional. They are very good people. I did not appreciate that I had to pay for the visit when it is supposed to be free for the first year. They said it would be free the next time. They were here within 24 hours for that call.

It is definitely a huge benefit to homeowners. It is affordable. They do a really good job with their customer service, though sometimes it is a little hard to get information. The did end up replacing my AC for me.

Well the customer service was good but your policies leave a lot to be desired. For example repairing my AC System it shows AC Systems covered. When you get down to it only part of the system was covered leaving to pay over half of the charges. I could have paid for the repair with my regular AC guy for just a little more. I am not sure I agree that you have picked reputable contractors based on my experiences so far.

Customer support does a good job. I have a good experience with a couple of things like the heating system and air conditioning and the water heater. One time the vendor didn’t solve the problem. It can require research to get the problem resolved.

We’ve paid a lot of money for it and I don’t know if it is going to pay off. They do give good service. They return calls and work quickly and efficiently. We had a great guy come out to fix the problem with our air conditioning. It was a big disappointment that our stove range was not covered.

I had more work that needed to be done that was a big mess from the previous owners and CHW would ONLY fix one issue when the entire area needed to be done. Had a major water leak, been their over a year, CHW paid for the plumber but the wood, cabinets, sealing off mold was left for me when it was all connected. Previous homeowners paid $1,000.00 for a home warranty and it was $500. for plumbing and they wouldn't pay the rest. Very disappointed A good company but was told they wouldn't exceed the $1,000.00

There is nothing that is perfect but from what I hear about other companies, Choice is okay. They got us who we needed in an okay time and they fixed it okay. They have sent technicians that don’t know what they’re doing but they’re usually okay.

Honestly I am lucky that choice worked with this one company. They went above and beyond and he was absolutely outstanding. For the most part I get good service with choice but there have been two times that the service had been horrible and the problem was only temporarily fixed and I had to have them come back out and pay another service fee.
