If I could rate you 0 stars I would. My air conditioner broke and 39 days have elapsed and still no resolution. I continue to get the run around with Choice. They do not have qualified technicians and put limitations of what they are willing to pay on the technicians they do have. There is no accountability and their customer service is POOR.

Very unhappy with the quality and integrity of service providers sent to complete repairs. The last person sent to complete work on a faulty oven thermostat was not truthful about his work, Did not fix the problem and removed a part from our oven that we want back, but the company is unreachable, never answers the phone.

I used to like best the quality of service provided by contractors but not since sometime last year or so when I found out that it takes, at times, 3-4 different contractors to get the right diagnosis of what is wrong with my air conditioning system.

Tech was fabulous. Coverage sucks. I feel like i am paying way too much when my issues arose. I was told a $65 fee. Now I have to pay over $350 for a hot water heater. Its BS that I don't even have a say in what is being ordered.

Horrible experience! From start to finish! Warranty wasn’t what I expected severely undercut in replacement for a replacement! Only offered $299.00 towards a replacement of a washer! Washers start at $500.00 in California! Some insurance! I’ll b changing to a new warranty service provider!

This company is a SCAM. They will not cover HVAC failures regardless of technician's evaluation. I have a failure with a repair estimate of $1900. The techician identified the problem as normal wear & tear, but Choice denied my claim. They madeup false data to justify denial. They then offered me $350 to resolve the claim--what a JOKE!

Too much hassle to get them to replace a appliance that has been worked on over a half a dozen times that needs replaced. And all the "hidden" reasons of not covering something is ridiculous. Why even have it if you have to replace an appliance with no help from CHW to pay for it. I have replaced 3 items now with no help from the warrenty.

Waste of money, they will do anything to avoid helping out a failed system that when purchasing the coverage the rep said anytime a system fails it will be fixed or replaced unless it was caused by lack of maintenance. A electrical surge and burnt wires is not lack of maintenance and disqualified any coverage is BS.
