Really disappointed that Choice warranty is not covering anything on this AC repair. We are ending up replacing the system on our dollar. This is why we have a home warranty - so that if big systems break they are taken care of by the warranty. Not happy

Only offered $349 to replace a gas range. Had to call to get it raised to $500. Still does not cover the cost of a new one. The policy cost $583, they could certainly have covered entire cost. Would not recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend choice home warranty, poor customer service, no timely response and way too long of turn around time, issue still not resolved and sending me link for rating service? Please complete unfinished claim before you ask us for feedback. Thanks

I would give zero stars if allowed. I truly wish I had read all of the complaints about Choice Home Warranty before deciding to go with you. You routinely deny valid claims and try to get around making any kind of restitution to your customers. You are TERRIBLE.

To many issues and not enough space to go into detail about the awful way it took CHW TWO WEEKS to have my water heater replace. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for home warranty. If I could rate this company one I would.

Claim filed in August. No one came till Sept. A compressor is broken in a stand alone ice maker. Will the repair be completed in 2020? No one has called to let me know if the part has been located.

So far they have proven very inept, sending a Heating & Cooling company to diagnose/repair a kitchen oven. By his own admission the technician knew nothing about the oven. It has been three weeks and still no diagnosis and no repair.

I will be canceling. I will not pay for a service that barely covers the cost of repairs and works with contractors who don't follow thru. My case was "escalated" to a customer representative who I left a voicemail with yesterday and emailed twice this morning that I have not heard back from.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been placed on hold only to be disconnected more times than you’d believe. Just happened to me and I am just fed up. Have two outstanding claims: one started on 7 July (dryer) and the other 4 Aug (refrigerator). Can you imagine being without these two critical appliances for that long?

They are not good at returning calls. (Stay on the line!) I waited over a week for a air conditioning repair-which they then denied. I have been waiting now for a review. It was a $265.00 repair. Denied. I will NOT be continuing this service, I feel misled, lied to and not dealt with in a professional manner.

Bad handling of claim and poor selection of HVAC company. HVAC company said my HVAC couldn't be fixed and said I needed a whole new system. Choice rejected the claimed and when I submitted documentation for the appeal, no response. I eventually had another company come out to look at my system and got it up and running in 45 minutes.
