I have 4 properties with you covering several years each. Look me up. I've made only 3 claims total and 2 of those claims were not covered. At this time I am researching other providers and their coverage. Once I have found the provider that has better coverage and responds better, I will be calling for a rebate on all 4 contracts.

this company is a fraud. I made a claim on a leaking waste drain. It was covered under section D, par 8. The drain was cracked, not due to freezing, or roots. My claim was denied because they could not see the crack in the photos sent to them. Don`t waste money with this company. they will find an excuse to deny in the fine print.

CHW came w great talk of how they cover most things in the house but from my being a customer for the past 3 years this was a waste of my money-nothing is covered except for minimal stuff which does not require home warranty! Never again!

Not a good experience. We have had to pay 3 different service fees for the same issue. We will not be renewing. All the technicians have been great and I have gotten their cards to do business with them separately. The warranty company is not good.

I discussed my problems with Choice Warranty in an email. Your company has does nothing for me and have declined both claims because of technicalities. I paid for a Home Warranty Product and have been given nothing. I am going to ask for a redress of the total contract price that I paid and want nothing to do with Choice Warranty ever again.

Send wrong repairmen. Then state not covered under warranty. Clearly states septic service and pumping up to $250.00 but was told not covered. When this service expires I will be going back to American Home Warranty who I have used for 20 years without incident. Choice Home Warranty will not be my choice any longer!

Disappointed with company all together. I don't understand why have a warranty company that don't cover ANYTHING. Every single time it is the same thing. They send someone to your house for them to walk in and say the warranty company wont cover this part. Waste of money

Choice Home Warranty always find a loophole or a way out of paying for or replacing anything. They term of normal wear and tear does not cover anything. This the repeat service I receive from Choice Home Warranty the MAJORITY or 99% of the time I submit a claim.

My understanding when we purchased Choice was any problems with appliances would be fixed or replaced. I AM VERY UNHAPPY that my double oven which can’t be fixed will NOT be replaced and you are allowing me $699 to replaced it myself. IT WILL COST $1,300 - $1,700 to get an elec self cleaning elec double oven. This is unacceptable

Hardly ever used this warranty in 8 years and now that I needed my AC repaired, they denied because the AC condensor was not 15 years old only 13. Took my money for all these years, plus money on another property and told me to go to H____ when I needed them. A terrible scam, company not worth their word at all.

I am a dissatisfied customer and will not recommend this company to anyone. Do not like all the loopholes and excuses Choice comes up with to deny a claim. Choice should trust the expert opinion of the technician who shows up versus their in-house technicians. Refund policy is also predatory. Designed so there is no point to refund once you've had any time/calls.
