It took a while to find a repair person in my area willing to deal with the paperwork involved in submitting a claim. I only received about half the money needed to replace my cooktop.

Two claims over 3 1/2 years and both denied - In the first claim I was offered a compromise (why offer a compromise if the denial said it was absolutely not covered?) _ The second claim was denied after initially accepting the claim - I feel Choice just denies and the sees what happens and see if they get any complaints) - Choice does not care about policyholders, only if they can avoid paying anything

They dispatched a HVAC person who had several bad reviews. The repair person said the repairs did not fall under the "normal wear and tear" Choice Policy. After further investigation I discovered I was overcharged, AND the tech did not repair the A/C unit. I further had a second technician who ultimately repaired the unit. CHOICE did nothing to help, no did they apologize or cover ANY of the cost. I would never get a home warranty policy as I can see that they make every effort to say that the repairs are not covered.

To slow to respond to anything. It's been over a month on my dishwasher repair. Technician was out twice replaced board, still doesn't work. Scheduled two appointments with no-show, or call. They requested a new technicianWith no response. It's just been a long journey and I'm still waiting.

I have contacted them regarding a blocked shower drain twice. I have been sent information regarding plumbers scheduled to take care of the issue. Both plumbing companies were not aware of my appointment nor did either of them have any business with Choice. So now I am still with a slow drain that I will have to have fixed with my own plumber.

I had a claim earlier and it went well this time no one has carried the ball to see that I got taken care of. Also had an oven claim that no one had addresses. I would like to get this taken care of as as possible. Please help me get this done.

The worse ever. Have been without our freezer for 6 weeks now and counting. Lied every step of the way. Finally agreed that our freezer needs to be replaced. Then they off me about half of what I need to replace it. Then they tell me it could take 4 weeks until they give me the money. I got locked into a 3 1/2 year contract (paid in full up front) and no refund.

I've had several claims denied due to baseless reasoning. I perform routine maintenance on all of my major equipment. However, there are times that they will still fail. The claims that are denied were done so based on claims that the items would not have failed if proper maintenance had been done.

It took a little over 2 months 3 different tech companies, 4 parts and countless days off work for visits and re diagnosis trying to get my washer fixed then they finally decided on payout and I'm still waiting on my gift card to be emailed which should take no time but yet 2 weeks later and still nothing and no working washer. I've put hundreds into the laundry mat for 3 months now that I could have just bought a new washer instead of having this warrenty!

Poor customer service. Authorization Dept. customer service rep was very RUDE! Services deemed necessary for repair by company's preferred venders were denied. It appears that the professional opinions of the vendors isn't valued if something needs to be repaired or replaced. I'm paying monthly for nothing! Contract does not cover most items in need of repair or replacement.

If you put pool coverage in your options how about could bring the equipment. I've had my pool for 4 years and now that the cylinder exploded in my face causing a crack in the case of the pump‚ you guys don't want to cover it? What do you cover, water???? I'm beyond angry since I added my pool so if I have something happen with the mechanics you would fix it.. shame on me. I'm looking for a new and better warranty company that has some pride in their word when it comes to fixing things. Shame on you guys!!!!

Difficult to get in contact with a person who will discuss claims. When I did , the agent yelled at me claiming they paid one of them .
