Ordered in the morning and they couldn't find the place and then said it was delivered but wasnt and then the flowers that were delivered weren't what i ordered down to having no vase. They offered to upgrade and resend them but by then the office would be closed. Talk about a birthday surprise ruined!

My best friend ordered a Funfetti daisy bouquet for my birthday. I received white lilies mixed in with some awful greens! She was furious, spent an hour on the phone with them. They said they would make it right and sent another bouquet. They sent gladiolus, not the Funfetti Daisy bouquet. Horrible, Horrible company!!!!!!!!

Paid extra for delivery before 11am and delivery was made to my wife's school at 6:56pm and they can't verify who flowers were deliverd to so that my wife can claim them. FromYouFlowers.com just states that delivery was made by 6:56pm. They won't even answer me in reference to the extra paid for early delivery, just that delivery was made.

I ordered a 285 dollar arrangement for my brothers funeral. It wasn't even close to what I ordered. They forgot to put the banner on the flowers and the flowers look like a 10 dollar cheap of crap put together by a 5 year old. The worse stay away . Do not waste your money on buying from this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers for my daughter for same day, the took my money, said OK, then didn't deliver. So they are doing it the next day with an upgrade. Nothing, this service is horrible, please check the reviews before ordering. I just don't get how they can stay in business, what a let down.

Absolutely garbage company! I ordered flower at 8am for an important matter my girlfriend. I paid $5 for expedited delivery within 4 hours. Now is 6:30Pm and she's off the work still not delivered yet. I called customer service and they tell me will not be shipped today and the florist is not available. Horrible service and so disappointed.

I ordered one candy basket and they delivered two and charged my Paypal account twice. One basket was like the picture on their site. The second one was half the size. They offered to pick up the second basket as long as it was untouched. Right!!! It was delivered back stage to a community theater to 12 yr olds on opening night!

I am convinced this company is a scam. I have never in my life dealt with a company whose customer service is non-existent. I ordered two bouquets and neither were ever delivered. I am in the process of trying to get my money back from my bank. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They need to be brought up on charges of fraud.

Got the same runaround as so many other reviewers... product not delivered same day because they "couldn't find a florist"... so how's that network of 20,000 florists working for them? It has to be someone affiliated with the company who wrote this glowing piece, because there are literally thousands of online complaints about them.

NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH! I placed my order and chose the same day delivery option. The delivery didn't take place, and nobody bothered contacting me to inform me thereof. I sent a message to Customer Support the next day inquiring about the status of my order and so far I haven't heard back in spite of their one hour response time policy.

The flowers received were not what was pictured. The flowers in the picture show at least 3 roses and 3 lillies & the other flowers. The actual flowers delivered had 2 roses and 1 lily with more greenery than flowers.
