We placed our order early in the week for our Mother’s Day Flowers. It was scheduled for Sat. or Sun. But it never showed up. We even had someone stay home both days so we wouldn’t miss the delivery. Then they called me at 4pm on Mother’s Day and said they weren’t coming at all! My wife’s Mom flew to CA from Hawaii for MD and we ending up not having anything to give her. My wife and I felt horrible about it and since they told us so late we couldn’t find anything else for her Mom but an apology for using “From you Flowers.com.” Also English wasn’t the first language for the two support people we talked with and they kept saying they’d deliver them towards the end of the following week when our Mother would have been back home in HI for four days by then! They never seems to understand why that wasn’t a solution. If your delivery is at all important to you then I’d definitely try a different company.

5/1/19, placed 2 online orders for flowers. “Pushing Daisy Bouquet” & “How Sweet It Is”. Neither arrangement had ANY of the flowers the advertised bouquets showed. The Pushing Daisy Bouquet was suppose to have only daisies. There were only 5 (small and hidden) daisies through out the entire arrangement. The remaining flowers were mums and carnations. The second arrangement, How Sweet It is - had NONE of the flowers or color variations in the advertised bouquet. I am really wish I could share images on Consumer Affairs to show how inaccurate my orders were. I called to complain. There was little offered to resolve this issue. The Customer Service Rep offered a $15 gift card to use through their company. I explained I would NEVER order flowers through them again. At this point, she hesitated, but offered a 20% refund. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had. I usually just shrug off bad shopping experiences or customer service. But ForYouFlowers.com is on an entirely new level of bad. I would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone.

They ruined our daughter's birthday! Their "100% Guarantee" is false advertisement. We sent flowers to our daughter who is away from home for her birthday for the very first time as she is at college. This company did not deliver her flowers but instead sent us a computer generated email telling us she would get them the next day. The email came at the end of the business day so we had no ability to see out another florist for a delivery that day. They offered to refund us the delivery fee and then 20% of the total cost. Trust me, the money is NOT the issue-it's the fact that her birthday was ruined!

This was a flower purchase for a employee who is taking leave for a family death. I paid extra for both next day and before noon delivery. The company did not deliver flowers at all today and had the nerve to send me a email stating they confirmed it was delivered 4/24/19. Today is 4/23/19... How can you confirm a future delivery happened? When I contacted them both by phone and email for a service they can not provide now there response was to give me a 5 dollar refund on a 77 dollar purchase. The flowers cant set at the office for a person who is gone the rest of the week. They fabricated a delivery confirmation.... seriously it's not even the day they claimed confirmed delivery. They will not be able to provide the service I requested, in the time frame they promised and need to refund my entire cancelled order.

Sympathy basket ordered. Confident because only good reviews are revealed. Immediately charged and promptly got a call the order needed substitution. Before agreeing I asked for a picture by text or email of the ornament. Refused. This carried on an entire day by emails and phone calls. I offered 3 solutions. I had picked another florist & arrangement, they could give me a florist to pick an arrangement, or they should allow me to go to another vendor. Fast forward 10:30 p.m. & no word as to what was happening. I call to cancel as services were next day. Chesca offers 20% refund and a commitment (I questioned 3 times) that the order would arrive EXACT and on time. Flowers were delivered on time. Family arrives & the arrangement is nothing like what I had ordered. Another call needed to be placed. Keep in mind these service representatives are some that are not easy to understand but I reach JP this time. She 1st tells me there is no immediate supervisor then after checking reference material while I hold she returns to say protocol is to have the supervisor call you back. She will "lay it in a supervisor's chair." How would I like to proceed? Now I await a refund 3 days from now if that is even true and Grandmother's funeral will be but a memory. Total fiasco when you need it least. Those lucky ones that get the arrangement they order are lucky. For service alone, I will never be a repeat buyer. Buyer beware.

Ordered European floral garden (Deluxe). It shows a packed arrangement with at least 3 sunflowers , tulips, green poms and purple flower accents throughout. My friend sent me a pix of what she received. Two sunflowers , red carnations, a few poms and little else.Looks nothing like photo from From You Flowers. I was embarrassed as this was disgustingly thrown together, did not look professional! And the water was filmy.I will never use this company again. They need to be sure the florists they use are top quality and don’t extremelt cut cirners for more profit. This was delivered to Bullhead City,Az. The Fliwers fir you co. Gave me a 30% refund. Still cost me$42.Could have got a full refund, but they would confiscate bouquet and bother my friend. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Now I’m wondering about another sympathy bouquet we sent to a funeral last March. How tacky was that I wonder???

Recipient never received flowers. I sent them for her birthday and was extremely disappointed she didn't receive them. I called to ask why they weren't delivered and was on hold 30 minutes. The lady said they would have to call me back. It's five days later. I'm still waiting on a return phone call and my niece is waiting on her flowers. Today, I sent an email requesting that the order be cancelled with a full refund. The order was cancelled and I'm waiting to see about the refund. I won't ever use this company again. They push services they can't fulfill. Therefore, my niece received nothing for her birthday which I'm very embarrassed about. From you flowers is a scam.

On 02-25-2019, I ordered a "Surprise cyclamen" with a birthday balloon, and a box of chocolate. I paid $98.53. Guess, what I received. The cyclamen was really surprise, because i could hold it in my one hand, it was smallest what I'd ever seen. The balloon was bigger. No chocolate. I called them immediately. They told they give me back $10 for chocolate. The 88 years old lady's birthday doesn't matter (for this company). So, I paid $88.53 for a handful cyclamen and a two handful balloon. Yes, next time I will use another company, and seriously suggest it to everyone. BEWARE of this company!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. We were totally ripped off after purchasing a "DELUXE" arrangement for our sick mother. What arrived was FAR from deluxe and looked absolutely nothing like the photo online of what we ordered. Not one thing in the arrangement was correct and it was at least half the size it should have been. They actually SPRAY PAINTED leaves instead of including the promised Dusty Miller. What a freaking joke. It was a hideous arrangement. We received a full refund after escalating our case through customer service but will never use them again. I reviewed the arrangement on their website, in order to warn other buyers, but it was deleted within 24 hours. I would have left it alone had they not done that, but now I will find every review site that exists to attempt to warn people and prevent this from happening to them.

I was mortified with what was delivered (LATE) she had to stay at work later to get HALF the flowers I ordered. Poor excuse for a flower service touting customer satisfaction. I feel ripped off and embarrassed on my 28th wedding anniversary. I will never use this company again and frankly I think I deserve a refund. Or at the very least some kind of compensation for getting insulted when the flowers finally arived late and being half the amount of flowers advertised. I paid over $71.00 for 7 roses and 6 carnations. When the picture showed over 25 flowres from just one side. If you value your hard earned money and chairish the person your trying to express your love to then do your self a favor and use another company any other company.

WATCH OUT!!! I just found my long lost big sister after 44 years, and this was her first birthday for me. I ordered flowers thru this company, and scheduled it for a Sunday. It allowed me to do so and confirmed. I purchased the largest version of the bouquet offered. The day of her Birthday I get an email that they cannot deliver on that day, but will the following day with an apology, as well as "an upgrade" to the size of my order. I was furious obviously, as if they couldn't do it they should not have allowed me to book it. I would have found someone who could!! When she did get the bouquet, I swear it was smaller than a half gallon of milk. Tiny!!! $73 dollars for that and a few balloons? Don't order from here. It broke my heart.

To begin, I was INCREDIBLY disappointed by their service. Last Friday, my Fiancé was home sick while I was stationed in Mississippi on military duty. I wanted to send him something to make him feel slightly better so I chose an arrangement from this company to be delivered in Lexington, Kentucky on THAT day (Friday). I placed the order around 10am that morning and paid extra for promised delivery that afternoon. Around 3pm I checked the website and it said that it was changed to the following day because the company couldn't find a florist to complete it that day, without any notification from the company or a choice for a refund. So I quick chatted and requested a refund THREE times and was basically ignored each time. I was first offered a 20% refund which was definitely not worth not having it delivered to him that day. So I requested a refund again and was offered a 30% refund, an upgraded arrangement and a refunded same day delivery fee. Still not worth it but I was already very frustrated so I agreed. The next day I got an email saying that there was no florist in my area that was able to create the exact arrangement that I ordered so they were going to have it changed to something similar, again without any choice or an option for a refund. ALSO, it had not been delivered by noon that day which was ridiculous considering I ordered it the previous day and was promised delivery on that day. When he received the arrangement, it did not have the upgrade which I was promised. Lastly, I never received the 30% refund I was told I would get, I got 20% instead. I'm so irritated that its not worth trying for. Again, I have never experienced a business as unprofessional or unfair as this business has been to me and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery from Fromyouflowers.com, however, I got an email saying my flowers were delivered. My friend lives in a building with a doorman and nothing was logged in. So I called today (12/27/18) and they said that they will resend the order out. Fromyouflowers' website says delivery should arrive by 6 pm. I called around 7:30, still no flowers....Are you kidding me? So I just called a few minutes ago, it TOOK ME 20 MINUTES ON THE PHONE....why? Seriously? The customer service agent kept calling me "Sweetie." I did not like it at all, but I ignored it. After being on hold for a long time, I finally just asked for my money back. I should not have to keep calling to find out where the hell my order is. It wasn't cheap! It was almost $70! Also, during the 1st call this morning, I did not get a email confirmation about the re-order. In total today, I've spent over 30 minutes on the phone trying to find my flowers. I just asked for my money back. As we were concluding the call the phone customer service agent continued to call me sweetie. He went on to tell me how much he liked my voice and to call back anytime. It is very unprofessional and felt uncomfortable. The way he kept talking to me and saying how much he liked it was weird. Do not comment on my voice and tell me how much you like it. Do not refer to me as “sweetie!” I don’t know you nor do I care for you to speak to me like that. Do your job and thats it! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is, due to the fact that there's no option to give 0 stars. I ordered an arrangement on 10/14/2018 and paid the $4.99 expedited fee only for the florist to call and say that their driver won't be in until after 2:30 pm. By that time the person I was sending them to would have been gone. I called customer service and they stated that they would refund the $4.99 and they would deliver again the next day. I stated to them that they need to call my cell phone instead of the person receiving the flowers, since they would be in meetings at work and I would receive the flowers myself. They stated that the phone numbers were updated and the driver would call me, but what did they do ? The called the person receiving the flowers and the call wasn't received ... I just gave up and called customer service and requested a refund. I would never order from this company again ,.....

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered from this website because it said same day delivery. Not only did it not arrive on the day of order, when I spoke with customer services I was told each time I called that it would be there within a set time, finally arrived and the product had cheap replacements for what was in the photo. I understand they do not guarantee it will match the photo, but come on, at least have the company you contract with have quality products, not Dollar Store looking crap. Customer service was terrible. Will never order from here and will never recommend this crap fest of a company. I wish I had read the reviews first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Tried fromyouowers on two occasions. January of 2017. They failed to deliver the flowers on time AND called the recipient and not only told her what they were sending her, but also read the card to her. Barring sending her a picture of the arrangement, I can’t imagine what else they could do to ruin the surprise. The other company I use recently couldn’t deliver same day so I tried fromyouowers again. I ordered a Premium arrangement and they sent the regular one, a $50 difference. They offered me a $15 refund. I lost it. Two weeks later, they finally get the right arrangement to deliver and AGAIN, call her and let her know she is getting flowers. I will go to Publix and buy a cheap $20 bouquet and pay a homeless fellow to deliver them before I use this waste of a company again.

I ordered two bouquets to be delivered a day apart. When I checked the order email for the first, I noticed that the website had messed up on the name of the recipient and actually had my name instead (I'm certain I entered the correct name on this). So I had to call and get that fixed. Also, I ordered for 2 balloons on the first arrangement and only got one. I ordered 2 balloons on the second arrangement and got NONE! This is a big deal for me.... not about the money so much, but more that my recipient missed out on the uniqueness of getting a bouquet that has balloons attached to it. This really upset me because I was really looking forward to her getting that and lost out on it TWICE because of the mix up by the florist. As far as the delivery time is concerned, both arrangements were delivered right at the end of the time frame that was given to me. The reason this is an issue with me is that it was consistent on both days that they are delivered at the last possible moment, which I just don't think is a good practice. I called the service line to voice my concerns and kept being put on hold for over 7 minutes. I called back multiple times and finally just asked for a supervisor to call me back. I was told I would be called back in 45 minutes. I never got that call, so I had to call the following day. It was just too many bad moves on their part.

Completely unreliable. Placed an order of balloons yesterday for delivery today. Paid an expedited fee to have delivered by noon. When item have not been delivered by noon I reached out to the company to inquire about the status. Their response at that point point was simply that it would not be delivered by noon… Of course they had NOT reached out to let me know it was going to be delayed.... I had to make the inquiry. it ’s now 3 PM and the item still has not been delivered… The business closes in two hours. Customer service has been giving me the runaround. Their reply is simply that they didn’t guarantee the item would be delivered before five. But isn’t that what the expedited fee is for? And they can’t locate the delivery either way. What is delivery for a 50th birthday… That day won’t happen again. Not like I can make this up tomorrow.

This has been a horrible experience. I placed an order for same day delivery on a Tuesday. I received an email that the address did not exist. I called immediately, reconfirmed that it WAS the correct address and contact phone number. They stated that the order would be delivered the next day (Wednesday). On Thursday, I asked if the recipient had received the gift, but they had not received anything. I did not get any type of notification from the company. Called again....they said it was going to be delivered that day (Thursday). Today is Saturday, and I just found out that the gift was never delivered. I am calling to just get a refund because I honestly don't want to do business with this company. Very disappointing, especially since it was for a child.

I ordered flowers because they were advertised to be same day deliver within 4 hours. The receipt i was sending them to was only at her location for about 5 hours before leaving out of town. I placed the order and immediately following i had a customer service person call the florist to make sure the 4 hour window was valid. i was advised they would be delivered within 4 hours. After about 3 1/2 i called again and asked the status because the recipient would be leaving in about an hour and the whole point of these were for her to enjoy them for a little while before she left. I was told they were in route and should arrive any minute. Finally at about the 5th hour i found the recipient had left and no flowers still. So i simply call customer service back and request a refund. To my surprise the company had no issue with the payment method i used to pay them for these flowers but now they want to give me a hard time giving me a refund because the card is in my husbands name. I informed them i am an authorized user on the account but the supervisor Jordan didn't seem to really care. He unfortunately made me feel like this is the only way the company can make money is by arguing over a $60 refund because they have vendors not holding up to their delivery promises. After seeing how many complaints this company gets i am not surprised by their behavior.

Ordered flowers to send to my girlfriend in California (I live in NC) back in May without any issues. Placed an order last night for flowers (To the same name and location) and received a missed call from the company stating the order was on hold and to contact them. Called and spoke to someone that transferred me to their "finance" department who asked me all of the normal verification questions but was then told that the "bank" would have to fax them card verification (And I explained that there was no bank attached to my card but whatever). Called Amex and he called them via 3way conference to try to get the issue resolved. Was transferred again (only waited about 10 minutes this time) to the finance department and the lady there began to rudely overtalk me and the gentleman on the phone stating that she could not speak to me with a third party on the phone (which is complete ridiculousness) and promptly hung up on us. I called back to cancel the order but was told it will automatically cancel within 48hours so we'll see about that. I rarely leave reviews but this was the definition of ridiculousness and poor customer service.

I am very unhappy with the service I received on this order. It was a birthday order for my daughter who was at college and away from home for her birthday for the first time. I gave the address of the university with the dorm name and my daughter’s phone number. She did not receive it on her birthday and no one called her. When we inquired, they said no one was there to receive it. That was obviously a lie because no one can get into a dorm without calling someone and no one tried. The flowers were ordered 4 days ahead of time. The flowers were not delivered until nearly the end of the next day - not what I ordered. I believe the florist didn’t have the flowers ready at all the day they were supposed to be delivered. I have learned to call a local florist to get what I need delivered on time. A local florist would have known how to deliver to the college and would have done it on time. I have never dealt with a florist local or online that didn’t realize that birthday flowers with a date of delivery are meant to be delivered on the birthday. In addition, I paid $10 extra to have candy delivered with the flowers and it was never delivered.

I ordered a sympathy spray of flowers on 4/4/18 to be sent to the family of a very close friend's mother who recently passed. The order was placed on 4/4/18 with a requested delivery date of 4/5/18 to the funeral home. The funeral was scheduled for 4/7/18 so I assumed that this arrangement would arrive in plenty of time prior to the services. In fact I received a confirmatory email stating that the flowers were indeed delivered on 4/5/18. I attended the funeral which was several hours away from my home and did not notice any arrangement that looked similar to what I had ordered. But given the sadness of the day, I just chalked it up as me not paying close attention to all flowers present. The red flag went up however near the end of the service when the funeral home director read off the cards delivered with all flowers and my family's name was never called. Again I convinced myself that there had to be a good explanation; that perhaps the flowers were so large that they were not delivered to the church and were left either at the funeral home or already at the grave site. I would later find out this was not the case. Trying to be respectful of the family's grief, I waited a couple of days after the funeral to check with both my friend and the funeral home to verify whether they received these flowers. I was quite disappointed to learn there was no record of the card or the flowers. On 4/10/18 I contacted From You Flowers via their 1-800 number and was told that the flowers were reported as being delivered. When I disputed this, the customer service representative called the florist and she was told that the florist was out at that time and that I would be contacted once they had reached the florist. I called the company again on 4/11/18 since I hadn't received a return call and again the representative called the florist. The most shocking part of the story is that the rep came back to the phone apologizing for the non-delivery, only to say that the florist admitted she had never delivered the flowers because she had too many orders to fill on that day. When I asked why not A) contact me to let me know this, B) why was an email sent to me confirming delivery and C) with a requested delivery date 2 days prior to the funeral service, was there not enough time to at least deliver the flowers on either 4/6 or 4/7, the only response I received was so would you like us to deliver the flowers now? I was livid and my immediate reply was "I don't think that's going to do a whole lot of good at this point given that the lady is dead and in her grave and the family has departed!" ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for any of your needs. Perhaps they are in the wrong business, given that the nature and timeliness of flower delivery is everything. I was offered a full refund (after I demanded it), but the sad part of this experience is that despite my family's presence at the service, my friend's family will never know the thoughts and prayers that were extended to them prior to that ever-so important day.

It was my daughter birthday and I ordered SAME DAY flowers, chocolate, bear and balloon. I paid 100 dollars for it. She ending up just receiving the flowers and balloon. I called the customer service and I was told that they could give me 30% refund and they would not delivery the rest of the items. BE CAREFUL with you order and make sure the person got what you ordered and paid for it. I paid 15 dollars just for the freight and I didn't accept the refund option because I wanted my daughter get the bear and the chocolate. So, FROMYOUFLOWERS just gave me the option of just delivering the remaining items on the next day after 18 minutes on the phone. If you want to trust and save time it's better go to another website.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are a nightmare my ordered flowers for my anniversary and the order came a day late because they forgot to put the delivery address in the system. As the driver was out delivering the flowers they could not find my job (delivery address) so I called and they had the address wrong. As I am on the phone I had to repeat the address to the guy 3 TIMES because he was not paying attention. I then became extremely frustrated and ask for a supervisor and sat on the phone for over an hour waiting for one. If you want good quality service DO NOT go here!!!

I have had a terrible experience working with from your flowers. I received an email from the company saying that they were sorry that I cancelled my order. When that was never the case. I never said that I wanted to cancel my order and have now been made aware that my order, originally schedule to be delivered on the 15th (you can check the receipt it does present the same information) is now going to arrive on the 20th. Furthermore, I did originally put a delivery address that was not valid. However, the day after ordering these flowers I not only sent an email giving the order number and correct email address but also called your company to make sure the correct address was put in by one of your phone operators. I was told that my order should arrive on the 16th then. Now I receive this email from your company saying that my order was canceled. I also received a voicemail which I could not understand in the slightest. I then called your company and got in touch with yet another phone operator and she said that my order was not canceled but was to be delivered on the 20th. This makes me frustrated because I did pay extra for my parents to receive this package on the 15th. The mixed information that I receive from your company is very unprofessional and quite confusing. Today, my mother and father received the flowers that I paid $60 dollars for. The online picture of the bouquet was gorgeous and I could not wait for them to see them. When they send me pictures of what they received my heart dropped. It looked like flowers that I could get at a low quality grocery store for ten maybe even five dollars. Unfortunately, this is the second negative incident I have had with from you flowers. For one of the flower bouquets I ordered from the past never got delivered to my sister on her birthday. I called the company when this happened and was told that he bouquet was out for delivery, but it never came.

I ordered flowers from this company to send to my grandmother on the 1 year anniversary of my grandfather’s death. 75 years they spent together – this last year has been horrible for her. I ordered the flowers 5 weeks early to ensure there was no confusion and expressed the importance of the order as I made my purchase. The flowers were never delivered. When I called to figure out what had happened, DEVASTATED that on the one day I needed these flowers to be there, they didn’t arrive, the agent I spoke to said that she had no idea where the flowers were and would “have to look into it.” The call ended. The afternoon on the following day, I still had yet to hear from the company so I called again. The man I spoke with told me that he could deliver the flowers the NEXT day and quote “late flowers are better than never.” YES, he literally said this to me. And he still tried charging me for the flowers! The best he could do, he told me, was to offer me 20% off my next order. I demanded that my issue be sent to a manager immediately. Robyin, the supervisor, called me and apologized for the error. She refunded my money and sent the flowers that I ordered to my grandmother that day (a day late), free of charge. She also offered me a $50 credit towards a future order in an attempt to make things right. I was assured I would receive a call when my grandmother’s flowers were delivered – I did not. I called the following morning and Robyin confirmed they had been delivered. Again she apologized for the lack of organization and for the supervisor who did not call me when they should have. Two weeks later, I decided to use the credit to send my best friend flowers on the anniversary of her father’s death. It is an important day that we cherish and celebrate to remember the most important man in her life. I contacted Robyin personally and placed the order through her. I was paranoid about the order and attempted “tracking” it multiple times on the website, before being informed that the tracking wasn’t like UPS etc, and that the tracking would only be updated once the order was delivered. I was assured by Robyin that the supervisor on staff would call as soon as my best friend’s flowers were delivered. I never received a call. While being in touch with her all day, I knew my best had not received her flowers yet. So I started making calls, desperate to not end up in the same position as before. FromYouFlowers couldn’t locate the flowers, claimed they had been delivered and that there was nothing they could do until the following day. By this point, I was IRATE. I took the situation into my own hands and contacted the apartment complex where she lives and was notified that the delivery person REFUSED to take the flowers to the apartment and upon being notified that the front desk does not take deliveries, they STILL refused and left the flowers. I was able to track down the flowers through the handful of people I spoke to at the apartment complex and then BEGGED the front desk to deliver them to her. They had to send an employee of the apartment complex to my girlfriend’s apartment 4 buildings away and be short staffed while she did so. When she finally received the flowers, she took pictures and sent them! And would you believe it?! The flowers I ordered were NOT the flowers that were delivered. She didn’t know the difference and I wasn’t about to tell her, so I left well enough alone. I contacted FromYouFlowers and let them know what happened and they actually had the audacity to blame my flower recipient for not receiving the flowers because “she wasn’t home.” Unfortunately for them, I was on the phone texting and speaking all day and knew for a fact she had never left the apartment. This company is incredibly disorganized and they have a heinous disregard for the clientele they serve. I'd like nothing more than to forget this entire ordeal ever happened. Two days of extreme importance - not just to me BUT TO OTHER HUMAN BEINGS - and this company managed to ruin both of them. Flowers a day late does not make sentiment - it makes forgetfulness and lack of caring. I am horrified by the treatment by this company and I will never do business with them again.

very frustrated and disappointed. The site seemed to be reliable, but just illusion. I made a purchase, which was duly paid and authorized by the credit card, the store simply canceled my order and demanded to talk over the phone. I live in Brazil, and I was giving my fiancee in the USA, and an international call is difficult, but I tried and in the automatic answering service that asked me to enter the order number, they said it was canceled and hung up. By email only received the same automatic messages by bots. And so far they have not canceled the purchase on the invoice of my credit card. I bought it at another store in Orlando, and it was all simpler, faster and cheaper.

Such a scam! Can't believe I fell for that! Look out!! I ordered an birthday gift for my father in law. It said 50$ or something and free shopping but provided me a special coupon code for 20% off. Than when I wanted to pay suddenly they had 15$ for handling and 4$ more for same day. They asked for the phone number so the recipient can get it as conveniently as possible... At around 16:00 I got an email that order wad delivered. I never heard back from my father in law so I called to check and of course not only no body called him, but didn't deliver anything. I called them and they hung up. Second and third time told me they are checking this with the store and will call me back and refund me in the meantime 20%, which of course they never did. They also never called me back! I also sent an email and got the same response, that they see it was delivered and will check and call me back. Next afternoon I got an email that said they are happy to inform me that the order was successfully delivered yesterday! Thank god I paid with PayPal and called to them to cancel the order and wrote to those scumbags that I activated my insurance and demand a refund. At this point I already got an email from PayPal that they managed to get my money! Any way, "From You Flowers" answered that they want to talk with me on the phone and asked for the phone number, unbelievable! They had it on the initial order and on the 3 phone calls and email I did the day before when they promised to call me back and never did so. I answered them that and told them that I already got an confirmation for the refund so they called and said they'll refund me the money.. DUH! Surprisingly it didn't stop them sending me an email today, 3 days after, and saying that the order was delivered successfully few days ago. I don't know what's worse, that they are obviously a scam or that they are a group of idiots that don't know what's going on! I know that I would never got my money back if I wouldn't use Papal! Stay away from them!

On their website, I typed the message I wanted on the card accompanying the $89 bouquet of roses I was sending to my sweetheart. There were no misspellings on my entry. I have a copy of the receipt to prove it. This company apparently does not have a program that imports the message entered on the website into their card printing program; instead, somebody enters it by hand, and that person seems to be functionally illiterate. The card had a number of horrible misspellings and one word was even split in half! This is not what I paid $89 for! I care about the message on the cards that accompany the bouquets I send. I was humiliated! I am a college professor, but it made it look like I failed high school. I tried their service once, but they have lost my business for good.

I ordered some-day deliver for flowers on Friday 10/27 for my anniversary. They were supposed to be delivered before 6pm but never came. We delayed our plans to leave for the weekend, just to wait for the flowers, that still didn't come by 7pm. When I called customer service, they told me they couldn't get ahold of the florist, but that they would reschedule my deliver for a Monday the 30th, so that the flowers didn't sit outside all weekend to freeze. I was also told that I would get a complimentary upgrade for my trouble. I was never offered to cancel my order and have my money back even though I paid extra for my flowers to be delivered on my anniversary and they never showed. They were delivered some time between friday at 7pm and sunday at 3pm. They also froze and were killed some time between then. I never got my replacement order on monday, although I got a conformation that I did. No upgrade as promised. No refund for my same day delivery fee. No rescheduled delivery as promised. Just unkept promises of making the situation right. I am so unhappy that I paid $50 for LATE, DEAD flowers.

Probably the absolute worst experience I have ever had with ordering flowers and with customer service! They advertise "same day delivery" all over their website, and it is a total scam! I ordered two bouquets to be "same day delivery". They did deliver one bouquet the same day, however...they weren't the same flowers I ordered! I picked purple and pink roses. They sent red roses with pink carnations! The other bouquet was never delivered. I didn't receive any update or email stating why they weren't delivered. I have called customer service 2 times and both times they said they couldn't figure out why the flowers weren't delivered. When I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund they said they couldn't cancel it without knowing why they weren't delivered! So now, I'm out 50 dollars! After paying almost ten dollars extra for the expedite shipping fees! DON"T ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I had 12 long stem roses with a vase and chocolates etc send to my fiancé for her birthday. that is apparently a special package deal that they put together in certain cities only. if your not in that city, well the result is a mess. my order was sent from So Cal to Vegas. the flowers were wilted, petals turning dark, the chocolates in the box looked like melted turds, the vase couldn't hold 1 flower properly, let it try and hold 12.. good luck. I did call customer support, but they can't do anything quickly, it would be another 3 or 4 days and that doesn't change what happened on someones birthday. They did agree to refund the purchase, which at least the minimum they could do. all this internet buying is easy from one side, but these product suppliers for things like fresh products have me concerned. they need to provide more options for the customer

"I placed an order for flowers on May 27. It was urgent and time sensitive situation so I picked an arrangement that was eligible for same day delivery and paid two additional charges for upgraded delivery. Theoretically the arrangement was supposed to be delivered before noon on May 28. Well it wasn't. At noon, because I hadn't heard from the recipient, I called to see if the flowers had arrived. Nope. So I went online and tracked the delivery only to find that the delivery time had been "changed to Tues, May 30" ... 48 hours after the upgraded delivery time. Did this company bother to email or call me to tell me about the delay? Nope. Did they automatically refund the charges associated with expedited delivery? Nope. When I called they acted as if my desire for some sort of notification about the delay and an automatic refund of the money associated with expedited delivery was crazy and asking too much! Then they put me on hold for, and I'm not kidding, 20 minutes while they cancelled the order. They then explained that they couldn't send notification of the cancellation for 48-72 hours. Really? Like I'm supposed to trust this unethical company? Then I asked for a supervisor. It took another 5-7 minutes for that person to answer the phone. I explained my concerns to her, and the first thing out of her mouth was, "I don't know why the customer service person even talked to you because the order isn't under your name [It's under my husband's name, but paid for with the card in MY name], She shouldn't have talked to you at all: clearly a BRILLIANT strategy to de-escalate a tense situation. In the course of my ridiculous conversation with her she had an attitued never apologized. She just tried to explain that why NOT notifying me about the delay so I could make alternate arrangements, and not refunding my money was acceptable. She also seemed to think it was perfectly fine that they couldn't send a statement of cancellation/refund for 48-72 hours. Ultimately I hung up and called American Express and contested the charge. Interestingly, posted my experience on Facebook. Within 30 minutes 3 of my friends said that they had similar experiences and that they had to fight for their refunds. I then looked on line and it seems as if their game is collecting expedited delivery charges and not delivering in a timely manner. I am a professor at UCLA and many of my students have gone on to law school. I've put out an open call to them to look into the possibiiity opening a class action suit against From You Flowers for all of the expedited delivery charges that weren't delivered on time!!! I imagine some law firm will make a small fortune some day, so it might as well be one of my students, By far one of the scammiest, unethical, and rudest businesses I have has the misfortune of dealing with."

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for a mother who was spending her first Mother's Day after the death of her daughter. My order was placed three days in advance of Mother's Day and was guaranteed to be delivered on Sat or Sun. Words are inadequate to express my extreme disappointment when I called the recipient on Sun night and discovered the ordered flowers were never delivered. I was never informed of the inability to deliver. When I contacted the From You Flowers, I was told "we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund". I wanted the company to send the flowers, even if several days after Mother's Day, along with an apology to the recipient that the ordered flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. The representative told me they couldn't do that. I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for >30 mins before the call dropped. Tried again - same thing. Emailed - response 'sorry for the inconvenience', 'we issued a full refund on --". Again, no response to my request for the flowers to be sent along with the apology, no response to my request to speak with a manager. Its as if they have an "auto reply" to the email complaints. Unfortunately I didn't read all the other reviews before placing my order. Those reviews confirm my experience that this is the worst online flowers company on the planet. I encourage you to avoid doing business with From You Flowers!

I ordered flowers for my mom , who was going threw a horrible time. They were to be delivered the next day, Friday. They were not! Come to find out there is no phone service for them on Saturday or Sunday, in addition their email does not work! So frustrated, I got up at 6 am Monday because they are in NeYork. Was told they would redeliver them the next day. Tuesday comes and it is still not done! I was promised they would upgrade the flowers and send an appology letter, And just to make sure I did not mess up, I had them double check the address just to make sure I am not to blame. So I get up at 6am again to call, and Im told Im so sorry I will resend your flowers and have some one email you and you do not need to call us back ? (what) It is Wednesday and none of the above has happened! It is even worse that I I have had to call them everyday for 5 days! I am very displeased with this company! I will be contacting the BBB on Thursday.

I placed an order for a Get Well bouquet for a friend in the hospital and the bouquet looked absolutely nothing like the pic I ordered. It looked more like a mason jar full of weeds someone picked up on the way to the hospital. I complained and they apologized and sent me a $10 voucher which I used on April 16th to place a Mother's Day order which was to be delivered 5/12/17. Almost a full months advance notice. 5/12/17 came and went with no flower delivery. I sent an email at 5:30 am on 5/13/17 and again received an apology and an assurance for a free upgrade and delivery today. I agreed since Mother's Day isn't actally until 5/14/17 then got another email stating my delivery was scheduled for 5/16/17. I sent them an email with a refund request if they can't deliver today and haven't heard back. I tried calling and have now been on hold for 48 mins and counting. This is a horribly unprofessional company. I will never use them again and I highly suggest anyone interested in using a reputable company look elsewhere.

Ordered a same day delivery. It came alright, as the 17th stop (the driver told me) in the trunk of a car, so you guessed it, the flowers were all dying. Wilted to the point of curled daisies. NO arranging whatsoever. They were the right flowers but all slammed in the vase not all randomly arranged in a pretty open umbrella shape. Nope. Looked more like a kid pulled a handful of flowers from a garden and all same height, slammed them in a vase. Customer service got pictures, upgraded the arrangement and guaranteed delivery the next morning. Nope. Called customer service, was told they would be delivered by 4. 4:30 after the person getting them had left for the day I called. So sorry, their "delivery van" broke down. Ummm delivery van, broke down. UMMMM you mean car? Because that's how they came yesterday, CAR. We will get them to you in the morning. DAY 3. I want a new florist delivering them, do you understand the words coming out of my mouth? THIS FLORIST SUCKS. If you are going to deliver them again it better be with someone else. If they aren't delivered in the morning by 11am refund me, this is costing me time and time is money and I can go to a real local florist and get them myself and KNOW they are good. We will see. NEVER AGAIN. The company itself is good, the customer service people were nice but they have chosen the bottom of the barrel florists to do business with so their business is going to suffer. Upgrade your florists From You Flowers!!

“WORST SERVICE EVER! Placed an order on Tuesday for Delivery Thursday for 15 overpriced Tulips in a plain glass vase for about $52.00 deliver times from 9AM-6PM. Also ordered a Fruit Basket total about $120. Flowers never delivered, talked to Brittney at customer service around 8pm who said that the girl I spoke to on Tuesday (Amanda) canceled the order and never put it through again. Mind you she said canceled and They still took the money out of my account. Brittney apologized that they messed up the order, then proceeded to place the order through and told me that the flowers would arrive to the recipient by Sat. Friday I receive a phone call from customer service to call them back, when I do call them back they tell me that they can't deliver the flowers on SAT. because I didn't pay the extra shipping fee for Sat. deliveries. (ON AN ORDER THEY MESSED UP) Demanded to talk to a supervisor and got Andrew. I was irate at this point and he placed me on hold 2 times for several minutes a piece after I told him he better find a way to get flowers out ASAP after I was told the day before they would be. When he finally got back he said he would find a florist in the area and see if they can do a Friday delivery if possible, if not then they would get to the person by Sat. If there are any issues getting flowers out I will give you a call. Saturday rolls around about 4pm. No Flowers. Called customer service again and asked for a supervisor the girl told me she was a supervisor (her name Tisha) she said the flowers won't get to the person til Tuesday, and I lost it. I demanded to speak to her superior, and she put me on hold. When she came back she said she could offer me a refund on my order, I was livid, I demanded to speak to her supervisor again and she then transferred me after saying that she would since the call was getting "escalated" beyond her ability to help. Talked to her supervisor (I think his name was Dion?), found out that Andrew never actually did anything after he hung up the phone with me on Friday. After reaming him out for now several days of phone calls and frustration, stress, and disappointment; Demanded my refund, could care less what they now did with the week old flowers that were probably wilting by now, and I asked if I would be receiving an email confirmation for the refund. He told me absolutely.... Its now 11:11PM Monday, I have not received any such emails. ( I'm aware that any refunds to my card will take several days to process) I work Clothing retail customer service, I deal with people face to face rather then over the phone. If I did half of the things this company has done to me in a matter of days, I would not have a job. This is truly the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ADVISE YOU: I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Do NOT use this company---"FromYouFlowers.com" I ordered a "standing white spray" on a Saturday evening for a funeral the following Monday. I paid the "expedited delivery" fee to get the flowerd delivered in 4 hours. They failed to deliver, so I called the next day to insist that the flowers be delivered for the viewing that afternoon. They apologized for not getting the flowers delivered in the 4 hours as promised, but assured me many times that the flowers would be at the funeral home in time for the viewing that afternoon. Again, they failed to deliver, so I called back and insisted that they get the flowers delivered in time for the funeral service the next day at 10:00 AM. They assured me in the most emphatic manner that the flowers would be there in time. You guessed it---they failed again to get the flowers delivered. They had a different excuse every time, but in the end my two step-children, whom I had raised from a young age, must have wondered why I let them bury their father without so much as an expression of sympathy. FromYouFlowers is, quite obviously, a company that will make any promise they think will calm you down, but equally obviously WILL let you down, and in the most important of circumstances. I regret that there is no way to give them a negative rating, a 0 rating is SO MUCH HIGHER than they deserve after all the lies and broken promises. RUN...run as fast as you can to their competition, nobody should have to endure the disappointment and eventual humiliation I endured at the hands of these shysters!!

Decided to order my mother flowers, it was my little brothers birthday who passed away a few years ago. I ordered this beautiful arrangement that had big beautiful open purple roses, smaller pink roses, and smaller purple flowers. Do you think that showed up? The arrangement delivered were 6 small purple roses with a few lillies, and tons of green leaves. Looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I paid for. The delivery driver was in a normal car and plain dressed. My mother had no clue who was at her door. When she finally got her flowers she was happy, but I was left disgusted with the picture she sent me. Embarrassing is the only word that comes to mind. A $12.99 bouquet from the grocery store would have been more pretty. I called the company to complain and was offered a $20 gift card towards another purchase, umm no I don't want anymore of your bootleg flowers. After 10 minutes of arguing they then offered 50% off my order. Not good enough for this one. I asked for my whole amount of money back! Guess what they said! They have to go back and pick the flowers up! Ain't that about a slap in the face. I settled for the 50% off to not embarrass my mother only to have $15 returned to my account. How $15 is half of $60 I would never know. In a nutshell these people take your money and deliver crappy flowers. Spend a little more money and go to the more known companies. Do not buy from them!! If you do, Don't say I didn't warn ya!

I ordered flowers for my uncle's out of town funeral two days before the visitation. I received a delivery confirmation email the day of the visitation and was very surprised to arrive and not find my flowers. I immediately called From You Flowers and they asked if I had called the funeral home. I was standing in the funeral home. They put my on hold while they tried to get a hold of the florist but the florist was not available. I was issued a refund as it was too late to send them. Then a lady from the funeral home, who is also a local florist , called all of her florist friends to see who had the order. No one did. Then a florist called and said she had just received my order with the cancellation immediately behind it. From you flowers lied and was just trying to cover themselves! My order was never wired! I should have looked into the company first as bad reviews are everywhere. I'm not sure how they're still in business.

The damage has already been done. I ordered a nice bouquet for my grandma's funeral. I had rush shipped hoping it would come the same day. Unfortunately that couldn't be fulfilled and nicely told it was going to be delivered first thing tomorrow and got my rush shipping refunded along with a $15 credit. Here is where it got bad. I had originally wanted it delivered Wednesday, but I did not get the flowers until Saturday afternoon. I had to constantly call them every day wondering where my flowers are at. When the flowers finally came they were the most embarrassing set of flowers I have ever seen. They were nothing like the pictures and I was judged by my whole family. I called for a refund and only to get a 30% refund. No refund in the world could turn back the humiliation I received from the flowers I purchased. I went ahead and disputed 100% refund with my bank. I will never order from this company again and urge everyone else to never buy from this company again unless you want to be disappointed and embarrassed... worthless company.

I was sold on the same day delivery option. However, instead of a call to tell me that it was unable to do same day, they sent an email a short while later that they have rescheduled it for another day. I then called to cancel and they placed me on a very long hold to get me a cancellation number (they offered this, not something I requested). When they returned, they offered me a free upgrade. I refused and was placed on another long hold. This time they returned with another offer. The aggressive selling nature was ridiculous. I said that they are wasting my time, I must make other arrangements. The lady then snapped back and said she is going to put me on hold to cancel. After several moments, she returned to say they were canceled but no cancellation number was available. I will not be surprised if I have to dispute this charge with my bank. I say avoid this company.

Just like so many other reviewers, I had a terrible - almost laughable - experience with FromYouFlowers. On 2/7/17, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my wife's workplace on Valentine's Day, and of course paid an additional charge for holiday delivery. I started getting nervous late in the day when my wife hadn't yet texted me a thank you for the flowers. I soon found out she never received them. I e-mailed the company asking for a full refund, and received an e-mail reply that the delivery had been made according to their records. We waited until the following day to make sure (maybe the ordered was received by the front office and not delivered to her?), but that was not the case. I e-mailed again, and was instructed to call their customer service line. I spent 20 minutes on hold and eventually hung up. At the end of the day (2/15/17) my wife finally received her flowers, and of course everyone in her office assumed I forgot Valentine's Day and was trying to make up for it. Also, some of the roses were dead, and the arrangement was not nearly as nice as was portrayed in the online photo. I called again the next morning and finally reached a less-than-friendly customer service rep after another 11 minutes on hold. You would think that a flower delivery company would understand the importance of delivering flowers on the specified date, but that does not seem to be the case. She offered me an insulting 20% refund and a $10 gift card for my next purchase, which I balked at. There will not be a next purchase. After disputing the charge with my credit card company, I was finally issued a full refund.

I have ordered flowers three times from this company in the past six weeks. All three times the orders were delivered late, in two cases the flowers were delivered an entire day late (the day after your birthday and the day after your anniversary just doesn't have the same effect). Giving them one final chance, I ordered a dozen long stem red roses for Valentines day. They were ordered three days in advance yet they weren't delivered until 6pm of Valentines Day after my girlfriend left for the day. A co-worker called her to let her know the flowers arrived and that there were only 10 roses in the vase, not 12. I'm done. I recommend that you call a local florist directly for better service and pricing.

SCAM, STAY AWAY. This company is a terrible excuse for an organization. 0/5 if I could. I have not successfully connected with costumer service on the phone, which is available "24/7", for almost a week now. This company finds all of the lowest end florists around the country that are trying to make the ends meet, and gives them a few bucks for an order in their locale. They not only rip YOU off, but they rip off low end shops to the point that these florists can only justify taking their scraps to make your lovely floral medley with. Even if it's just scraps, you'll be lucky if they're at all fresh! First of all, this is just awful and pathetic. Second, getting flowers for someone is typically for a special circumstance, like a birthday, OR A LOSS. Doing business like this and not standing behind it, which is what I'd expect you to do because you know you're product is awful, is despicable and disgusting. When I receive my money back, I will at least have a tiny amount of respect for your organization. I honestly don't hold that in high hopes, however, in which case I will be having my credit card company rescind your fraudulent charges.

Valentine's Day roses I ordered for my girlfriend through their website, never arrived. At $90 I thought it was a Med-to-High price but decided to go ahead with the order anyway. 2 days later on V's Day flowers never arrived. I was embarrassed. Tried to call and could not get through. Sent an email and they responded with not an apology for non delivery but for their phones not working. They had 1 job to do and they failed at it. They withdrew the funds immediately from my account. I've called regarding a refund but have not gotten through to anyone...nor have I received a confirmation regarding my cancelation and refund of my order. F***FromYouFlowers
