Vasa has the worst up front/hidden fees. Every vasa gym I’ve been to is always super crowded. Good equipment, but the fees are ridiculous.

If there were another gym that had racquetball courts, I’d go there. It’s over crowded and the dressing room is poorly ventilated and stinks.
