I don’t like the experience I have when I go to Vasa. I’ve tried to go several times and have never liked it. The facility is alright but the people, including employees, are not inviting.

Vasa gives you a good price but I haven't loved it there. Often, the equipment I want to use is out of order and it takes weeks to get it fixed. It is crowded and can be intimidating.

Great for the price, and you can usually find a promotion going on to get a good deal. Their facilities are nice and clean with convenient hours.

Love having a $10 monthly fee I just don’t like the initial set up fee or the yearly fee. They are both a little steep!

Vasa has saved me winter after winter so I can continue training for races! Can't beat the price each month either!

Some of the locations are kind of dirty, but they seem to try and take better care of the equipment than Gold Gym used to do.

Vasa is not very accommodating. And very dishonest. We had some problem with our bill and never knew about it until they sent us to collections. Not call, no voicemails, no letters, no emails. Terrible!!!

The gym in Saratoga Springs is too crowded, they don't have the same equipment as the larger Vasas in the valley, and there is ALWAYS broken equipment.

The gym equipment is very nice but I hate the environment. It's obviously something that they can't fix but I hate the environment there, it makes me feel so uncomfortable so I never go anymore.
