$9.99 a month is a great deal for someone like me who just wants a treadmill and the occasional free weights. I think the machines could be upgraded a little more often but they do get used pretty heavily.

Close to me and branches all over the state with easy access. Fee used to be good with unlimited guest pass but now it's limited to 2. Some gyms are cleaner than others and equipment broken. Need quicker attention to those.

Vasa is one of the better gyms with the newest equipment. I never feel judged while working out there. It is really busy at the first of the year but all gyms are. It slows down and is easier to get equipment later.

I just got a vasa membership and this is the nicest gym I’ve ever been to. It has a pool, basketball court, gym, track, and a ton more. I take my boys here to work out and play basketball and we all have a good time.

Been a member for over 5 years, gyms are great, depending on the locations, some are definitely better than others. I like to smaller ones sometimes, they're closer and more convenient to my place of work, although sometimes they get crowded. overall good experience.

The current VASA that Is closest to my location is awfully small. A bit overcrowded at times. Although the equipment is good and clean, it's crowded. Wish I didn't have to wait around for my turn as lots of people are also all trying to use the machines.

I enjoy going to the gym. Vasa makes it easy for anyone to go to the gym at different levels. You can pay for everything or just pay for access to the treadmill. I love that they have a child care option too.

Okay. I feel like their marketing is a bit misleading. there are a ton of set up fees they don't tell you about. But after all that it's fairly affordable. I'm pretty sure there is a cancellation fee though. I've only had a membership once but will probably not return.

I have only been to Vasa a few times, but what I have seen the facility is fairly good. There was a variety of exercise equipment. Even with the early morning busy hours, there was a lot of extra equipment that I could use. There were wipes so I could clean before and after equipment use.

VASA is a great workout company, but my brother has a pass to go in but they wouldn’t let home in. He’s gone before but lately they haven’t let him go in. This is really bad for he’s the strongest person I know. VASA is a good place just sometimes they screw things up. We paid for that pass fair and square and they won’t let him in!!

consistently horrible service across locations. Too cheap to have in house finance. Not military friendly. Hidden fees, terrible service, make things as difficult as possible and constantly have broken equipment. Everything has hidden fees, their trainers are underpaid and under trained, and their 18 year old front desk staff is terrible.

Keep charging me after I met with a manager BEFORE the membership, before cancelling, and after canceling; plus emailed back and forth with a worker for a while. VASA does not have Integrity and will rip you off for their own gain. Their mission is money, not public health. Be weary.

I don’t think it’s right that employees can take their Kiddos to daycare while watching other kids because they get to occupied with there own child instead of watching all the kids equally. The employees are basically getting paid to watch their own kids.

Horribly customer service. No communication and when you do it has to be through email only. Try to cancel membership and they bill for an additional month. Sent to collections instead of contacting customer. Will NEVER use them or recommend.
