Haven’t had a good experience at vasa. Always very crowded. Once waited 20 min for a pair of dumbbells (would have used 5-25lbs and it took 20 min for one to come available) and it was 1 pm on a Thursday!

They are popular enough for me to use their gyms, but I had a personal trainer and then my appendix burst and they kept charging me for it. Then they sent me to collections and didn’t budge at all in understanding my situation, before that I was happy to go and use their facilities. Now I only go if there’s a basketball game to play.

Not a fan. Went in to get a membership, and the customer service was not good. Everyone there was a typical gym "bro" and wouldnt give you the time of day unless you looked like them. Very true to the stereotypes given to this gym.

Way too crowded!! The place is huge and it is always packed. Great instructors but classes are over crowded. Hated the environment. Kind of bugged that it costs $40 to cancel my membership.

i really like the zumba classes. but i dont like the dirty bikes and the smell. they need to hire mature front desk and sales team. i am glad i had a free to try it out for a few weeks and decided not to sign up.

Highly dislike all the extra fees and prices continuing to increase. Also, dislike all the emails and text messages. Even though I opted out of all that they’d till sent me daily messages and it was very horrendous. My experience just wasn’t great, the workers are very immature and we’re always talking down on a previous customer. That’s why I stopped going to Vasa and started going to private owned gyms. And when I wanted to cancel they tried adding on more fees. TERRIBLE!! No thanks!!

I've been to Vasa a few times with my friends. Their equipment is new and really nice. It has been really crowded the couple times I have gone and the front desk staff was pushy and not the friendliest.

Don’t ever upgrade your membership because they won’t ever let you downgrade but they’ll make you think that they changed it. Make sure you check how much they’re charging you each month.

Worst costumer service I have seen. I am actually a friend of the owner and I know they are trying to fix this but they have not made enough progress. Billing system does not work and they will constantly create issues.

The price is nice but it is crowded most of the time. They don’t enforce the rack your weights rule which annoying. Sometimes they don’t open on time.

Vasa has gyms. Fine. But they have hidden fees after hidden fees. I was told about a $50 sign up fee, but not a $50 'maintenance' fee. I was not told about early cancellation fees and then when I waited for the early period to pass to avoid the fee, it only went down 50% as there was a regular cancellation fee. Will never go to Vasa again.

The one I joined must have been really old. The sound system was always breaking and the bathrooms were scary. My kids was also scared of the daycare because of the "mean" kids.

I had a membership here for 10 months and I decided to change gyms to somewhere closer but I asked them to cancel my membership over the phone because they said I could do it that way, but then I got an annual fee on my card so I called and they told me I had to go in to cancel. I would’ve gone in if they would’ve told me that. I am not happy.

I once went to a cycling class and because of injury I had to leave class early and the teacher called me out in a negative way for leaving the class in front of everyone. Totally unprofessional. The facility is adequate and personal coaching was good but I couldn’t believe that instructor in that class!
