Fast and Inexpensive Shipping and Returns

Nordstrom has set a standard for excellence with both their shipping and return policies. For starters, standard shipping is free. If you are looking for Two-Day or Next Day Shipping, there is a cost of $15 and $25 respectively. On average, they state on their website items will arrive at your address within 3-6 business days after your purchase. This shipping policy is one of the best when compared with other online clothing stores. Not to be outdone, their return policy is done on a case-by-case basis giving users a personal experience. Once you have returned an item, your method of payment will be accredited. You are also able to return products when purchased online in a Nordstrom physical store. Accounts are typically credited within 14 days. There aren't any limits on returns or exchanges.

It is difficult to find something bad when shopping with Nordstrom. It seems some customers had a hard time applying their Nordstrom Rewards to their alterations. Even though some customers were assured that their alterations were "free", charges for alterations later appeared on their credit cards. Also, for the Nordstrom Rewards to kick in, customers had to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to be a Level 2, 3, or 4 member. Customers seem to want a better membership program, one outside of their store credit card.

YES! Hands down, the best department store experience out there for anyone willing to pay for higher quality goods. Prices are higher, but their anniversary sale each July is fantastic with just about the entire store on sale. If you're a card member you get early access. Nordstrom is known for their customer service and is even studied by college students in business classes across the nation (look it up!). I've known people who buy shoes at Nordstrom so when they wear them out or get tired of them they can return them for new ones. Nordstrom resells used, returned shoes - ones in decent shape I've seen at Nordstrom Rack (I've only seen a few here) and really used shoes I've seen at Last Chance in Phoenix. Their website and app are both beautiful and easy to navigate - never had a problem. I have a Nordstrom debit card (connects to my debit account, like Target's RedCard) and I get gift certificates each year depending on points earned.

They are by far the best company I shop from. They have free shipping always and you get 3 samples with most purchases. Their prices are a little steep but quality good. Their customer service I rate a 10 as opposed to HSN a zero. They do not charge late fees if under certain amount and they accomadate to your wishes their inventory is huge. Can't say enough good things about them.

I love Nordstrom. Not only do they always have unique, fashion-forward products, but they seem to always be willing to go above and beyond for the customer. I bought a bag there about ten months ago that I was really excited about - and at its price point, it was definitely meant to last for years to come. However, after only six months the hardware started to come off, and after ten months I decided there was something wrong with it and I took it back (luckily I had kept the receipt). They refunded my money, no questions asked, even though it had been almost a year. I'm a fan.

Nordstrom is my absolute favorite place to shop for jeans and clothes for my teenage daughters. They love the fit and the quality, and I love the prices. While Nordstrom does have higher end products, they also have many products that are reasonably priced for the quality. They also have savings programs through my Nordstrom card, where I get money back to spend on purchases made. I also love to shop at Nordstrom Rack, where prices are even lower. It's my favorite place to look for designer clothes, bags, perfume, and shoes at half the price. With three teenage daughters, we spend a lot of time and money at Nordstrom! I love the way the stores are set up, and the simplicity of the displays. The products are always top quality and we never have a problem if we need to make an exchange or return. The customer service is the best, and the associates are always kind and helpful.

When I wore a white shirt and tie for two years as a missionary, and the white shirts that I chose were from Nordstrom. I bought 10 shirts, and wore a white shirt each day, for two years. That's each shirt, worn roughly 73 times each, walking the streets of Texas and New Mexico (sometimes the dusty or rainy streets). And I'm still wearing some of them today. VERY good quality shirts.
