Nordstrom customer service is by far superior. The prices at Nordstrom are on the more expensive side, but if you want to be treated well the extra cost may be worth it. Also, their return policy is exceptional.

I go to Nordstrom specifically for my pants. I know I get a good quality for the price I am paying. I do like to check Nordstrom Rack for other things as I feel like Nordstrom is sometimes overpriced.

Although Nordstrom makes you feel high class when you are in their stores, I don not believe the quality of their clothes makes up for the price. I can buy similar name brands at much less expensive prices. I now go to Nordstrom Rack if I am looking for something that comes from Nordstrom.

Just recently ordered shoes from Nordstrom.com the wrong size and wrong type of shoe was delivered, I had to return them to the nearest store location wherein the employee was asking me “why Im returning the wrong type of shoe” A week later Im still waiting for the correct shoe model and size to arrive, unfortunately the store location did not have the same selection as online.

Shopping online with Nordstrom is just as good as in store. You get the same red carpet treatment. Be careful, you have to act fast on a lot of stuff, it sells out quick and you don't realize it until it's too late.

I have had a lot of good experiences with Nordstrom but the last purchase I made, it said there was only 2 left in stock and so I hurried and ordered it and then a few days later I was notified that my order had been canceled. That was frustrating as I was very excited about the product. Overall, they are high quality, but pricey.
