I switched to T-Mobile about three months ago only because it was significantly less expensive than Verizon. T-Mobile has great customer service.

The speed isn’t as fast as Verizon, but it’s much better than it used to be. I love my plan, which offers unlimited data.

I was a long time client of T-Mobile - for over 20 years. It got more and more frustrating the more money I paid for services, that some terrorist could go and buy a burner phone at Walmart for cheaper than what I was paying. Somebody... was getting $45 / month phone plans, while us hardworking people were paying through the nose. T-Mobile walked away from its clients a long time ago. Now, they no longer protect your privacy and they charge you up the yin-yang, while a bunch of losers get free phones. Thanks, T-Mobile... for the memories.

The system is reliable, and the rates are what they say. The sales people constantly try to push you into plans you do not need, and things you do not want...such as a smart watch.

I used T-Mobile cell phone service a few years ago. The price was excellent but was not very happy with the coverage. The signal was good within the city but was quite poor in the outskirts.

Pretty solid, a few hoops to jump through now and then but you will get that anywhere you go im sure. T-mobile Tuesdays are amazing lots of cool stuff coming from there.

T-Mobile has by far the worst customer service of any phone carrier. They are never prepared for new releases which creates back orders for up to months after a phone's release date. Their Network coverage is garbage and even when you do have connection it's rather spotty.

Reasonable rates.... needs a bit more discount for long time customers, but good overall. Also, good job on the expanding covering nationwide over the years!

The one and only mobile company I've had. I travel overseas at least yearly and the service is good there without additional charges.

The absolute worst phone company to be with. If you have a issue with their service or any other problem - and you're upset and frustrated, they never actually commiserate with you or apologize or act sorry and at the end of the call even if the problem is not solved they act all cheerful saying thank you fo using T-Mobile. I grew to hate using them. It's the primary reason I switched from that company.

I have been a customer of T-Mobile's in the past. I found the service to be very spotty at best. Hopefully since they have combined with Sprint there will be notable improvement all around.

I think the extra services like insurance it is too expensive, plus there its no signal in most of the areas, so you have to use wifi all the time, so why we have to pay for unlimited services

I had moved to a little town a month after my child was born. I could not get service in my home. I would have to go outside and walk around to try to get service. I requested to end my contract due to T-Mobile not having towers by me. I had a newborn so it was important to have a working cell phone. I wrote a letter explaining why I would like to end my contract and was denied. They messed up my credit and I still owe them $700.00.

Don’t do prepaid , I had $250 in account before I move to xfinity, customer service in India said I’ll get my money back and no need to do anything to close my account, waited 3 weeks for refund only to find out that they can’t see any trans action on your account after 3 months and There’s no way for retail to pull up an account for prepaid. I lost $250 and Indian girls never got my account and phone plan correct, it gets tiring I make calls twice a month .

Service is good took 2 stars off because no discounts for long term customers? New customers get all the good deals and free phones! I would have to open up a new line with a new number to be able to get good deals!

Decent service for the price. I just hate when you in a store it takes an hour or more just to be seen. The billing is pretty straight forward. If you are in a rural town your service may not pick up.
