In Louisiana there services are a nightmare. Not LTE or 4g. They have same slow services as sprint. Make me think they already on sprint network. IM moving over to better network.

Horrible service, prices, customer service, phones are junk and if they screw up they refuse to do anything to help the customer. They only care about money and have total disregard for the customers happiness

I simply hate this company and will be whiching after my contract expires. Always a hidden fee, calls drop frequently, it cannot receive all of my text messages for whatever reason.

I think I have been given the run around, transferred to different departments when an agent does not want to help, not listened to, hung up on, and after two weeks still have no resolution to my issue.

Decent service but they make you work for their help. Fairly cheap for their good service. Although you may still experience drops near your home.
