We have had T-mobile for many years. The only problem we experience is lack of service in areas around us due to lack of existing towers.

We got a great price on a family plan and their product support is wonderful whether you go in one of their stores or online.

I have been a customer at Tmobile for over 14 years, they have ok service, great customer service. But I do not think it is worth the very expensive prices they charge compared to other cell phone providers.

T-Mobile has been a great mobile phone company. Sometimes the service is not great, and calls are dropped. But for the cost we deal with the shortcomings.

We have tried two other cell phone companies but T-mobile is the best value for the money. They don’t keep raising there prices unless you change your plan.

Used for kids lines it was cheaper and fit their needs. The variety of plans and what was included was hassle free and no extra things we didn’t need.

When I lived in the east coast T-mobile was reliable, however they lacked the latest IPhone so I switched to another carrier. Now that I live in the west, they are very unreliable but cheap.

T-Mobile had the best family plan for me, but their coverage wasn't up to par where I live. I do a lot of business from my phone and I was dropping too many calls.

Been a T-Mobile customer for a long time. The value is great. I do experience some areas with bad coverage. The international data and texting is great for world travelers.

I had TMobile for about 2 years before I switched. The customer service and cost was great but service was horrible. I lived in the country and never had any signal, which is why I switched

We used T-Mobile for 5 years. They had a less expensive plan for the family although we noticed that calls seemed to drop a little more than some other carriers.

I have been happy with T-Mobile for the most part, however, when I am at school or in the store, my service goes out and I am not able to receive calls, texts, or look things up on the internet.

A reliable phone service but can be very pricey. When compared to other cellular companies I would recommend this one as the best option. They do have good service just the prices are too high.

We just switched to T mobile. We traded in our phones and now have 5 lines though them. Despite the fact that we live and work in the city where the T mobile store is located, we have horrible service. I cannot get service inside of the Walmart located right next door to the t mobile store. I drop almost every phone call. T mobile customer service states that they don't understand why our service is so terrible since we are between two towers. Their solution? Oh well, deal with it! Never again, T mobile.

Love T-mobile. They're always helpful when I have questions and they are good quality for the amount I pay. However, I wish there was more range of service.

Service and price is good. The biggest issue is that cell service seems spotty. I'm not sure they have great coverage. The customer service is really good though

Great coverage for the price you pay. Sometimes my service isn’t always covered in certain areas but I’m paying so much less for my phone now then I did with Verizon.

Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Decent service in most areas, sometimes struggles in rural areas, cheaper than Verizon, bad customer service when trying to set up apple watches. Overall I've liked T-mobile.

They're simple choice plan is super great value and I've been impressed with the data speed. The only problem is that I've found that the Binge On feature doesn't work.

T-Mobile's coverage seems as if the signal receptor ran off of an old polaroid camera with an antenna on top, I cant seem to find connection where I need it, and where I don't need it I have it.

T-Mobile does not have great customer service. Every time I have gone into a store to get help with a device the employees have not been effective in helping me fix the problem. Service is very spotty in many areas that it shouldn't be such as the grocery store or a large public area. I would probably not recommend T-Mobile to a friend although they have great family plans for a cheap price.

The service provided by Tmobile is ok in our area. Inside of buildings in certain areas the service drops slightly and sometimes completely which can be annoying. Billing has been as expected.

I used T-Mobile for a couple of years and am so glad to get rid of them. My service was spotty and sometimes people wouldn't get my text messages for 12-24 hours. We now have Verizon and haven't had any of those issues.

The cell service needs work. Call after call after call being dropped. Reception always cutting in and out. Very frustrating to pay for a service that you don't get to use to its fullest. The price is better than others out there but reception is terrible.

Prices keep going up without informing me about it! My phone insurance went up from 9$ to 12 without notice! I was told my phone was paid off when i got a new one, and it wasn't; so i was charged for three phones when only two were active! if it weren't for the fact that Verizon is way more and offering less, I would be leaving
