They were great. Good service good international rates good customer service. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because they were not available in the small town I moved to in TN.

New to T-Mobile due to the SPRINT merge. Was able to get a slightly lower rate since I was with SPRINT for over 20 years & they are now part of T-MOBILE.

If It was for me I give them no stars but I have to give then at least one. This is for everyone. This company is really bad, is not trustful. They offer you something and without you knowing they scam you. If they send you something to sign make sure you read it before signing it because they change everything they told you to a different deal and when you know it you call for help and they don't help you. They just said you sign it. And Like a said I learn my lesson because for trusting this company. They put me an to a deal that I didn't want. They offered me 2 phones that supposedly there were half of and they end up charging me full price because the agent that help me put me an a different deal, different than what he told me that's why don't trust this company. If you will get with them be careful. They will scam you and they have very bad services and they don't help you with nothing.

Good simple lower cost plan for family. Pioneer in features which forced other carrier to follow. For example int'l text. However, the biggest issue is coverage. We didn't see any improvement with the hyped 600mhz band. I carrier a VZ phone for work and the coverage far superior everywhere I go.

Fair. The service quality is okay. They have really high deposits if you need them. They also have some deals that aren't accurate. You end up buying the phone and paying way more then the ad states. Not as good as other providers, but still quality.

I enjoy utilizing the personal hotspot on my plan. There are still quite a few low signal places I run into - my home area to say one. With all the updates/5g/Sprint acquisition you would think the signal would improve. When I do have good signal, my phone works great. I do enjoy the auto block feature it has for spammer calls.

For me, T-Mobile is the best Cell service. Being over 55 has advantages with them. I like the free stuff we get on T-Mobile Tuesdays. The 5G service is great.

I’ve been with T-Mobile for 8 years now. Sometimes I wander why I don’t switch to Verizon. If I could keep the same phone number , I would switch today. Reasons include poor reception and weird text that my phone sends in it’s own. Besides that, the customer service is actually excellent.

I've been with T-Mobile for about 5 years now. Customer service is great! Gave them 4 out of 5 stars because I wasn't able to get service once at a local hospital. Otherwise, I love them.

T-Mobile was a good phone company. I really had only changed because of phone tower access. Of which is something I now regret. Being they're with Sprint now.

I've been with T-Mobile since 2002, and I have always been impressed with their customer service, and the value for my money. I'm not going anywhere else.

I have had T-mobile for 15 years now, same number. The price points have always been the most competitive. Service can be better in some areas, but the price is always unmatched and I can use any device I want.

Excellent customer service and phone options. I have been with Tmobile since 1999 when the company was called PowerTel. Never had any problems with this company.

Service has been very great, especially when travelling outside the US. Having data for no additional charge when travelling internationally is great.

My entire family switched to T-Mobile because of their unbeatable perks, no contracts, amazing prizes and rewards programs. Honestly can not compare to others.

T mobile offers coverage in the most unique places, like on a long hike. But they don’t have good coverage in locations where you are frequently like in the city. But I do like their international plans. Overall good company.

Used T-mobile for a family of four. The service was average at best. I could not get reception inside my building unless I was near a window - whereas with another provider I was. The price is very good but lackluster speeds and reception works against it. One plus is that international travel in Europe was very good with T-mobile as we had unlimited 3g internet access already in our plan. We did not have to get any expensive roaming package for reception in Europe.

T-Mobile is an amazing cell phone carrier that has international connection and data! It is perfect for US residents that travel often and are not up for expensive travel plans.

While T-Mobile may not have the best reputation for phone service, their customer service and pricing is amazing. They worked with me to get an amazing data plan that has saved me so much money and is worthwhile.

Service is pretty terrible and rarely works well inside buildings. The international service and free wifi on airplanes is fantastic though. Switching from Verizon has shown how much better Verizon’s service. T-Mobile is acceptable, but not very good

Very affordable and generally good coverage, but definitely not perfect. If you spend a lot of time on the road, pick another service, but if you spend most of your time near civilization, T-Mobile gets the job done for a good price.

We have been on T-Mobile for a few years now. They used to be the bottom of the barrels or service providers, but have increased the quality of their product. I quality for a fair price.

My wife and I switched over to T-Mobile right before Christmas and never have either of us regretted a decision we have made as much as we regret making this move. Ever. T-Mobile has the worst service on the coast of all the providers out there. I can be in downtown Gulfport and not have enough signal to send a text. I of course went back to the store and they told me there is nothing that can be done about it, that's just the way it is. They knew the service was poor and yet sold us into a 5 phone deal for our family that we are now stuck with that is virtually useless. My wife likes to use the Wal Mart Pay app when we go shopping and cannot get service enough in either Gulfport or the Pass to do so. We all have zero service north of I-10 which is a total joke. We have of course done all the troubleshooting with their "mobile experts" and we all still have virtually useless phones most days. I ended up with a supervisor finally she point blank told me we were stuck with their subpar service. We were free to go to another provider and continue paying on our worthless T-Mobile phones, but there was no way they were going to let us out of this plan or return the iPhone we turned in when we switched. If you are looking for cell service on the Gulf Coast, head to Cspire. While they may not be the least expensive in the market, they have the best service hands down over all other providers. T-Mobile sucks. They would get zero stars from me if it would allow me to leave that rating.

T- Mobile has fast internet speeds and reliable data coverage with good pricing. However, their telephone service is lacking as we had to call them several times to switch a broken router before we went to the T-Mobile Store instead.

T-Mobile is a fairly well phone company. It has a good price for a monthly or yearly plan. However, sometimes I had to deal with system errors with my phone account. But overall, it had worked well and has a smooth signal.

No hidden fees, excellent customer service, simple plans, and a wide variety of phone selections. Coverage is great in most areas in the West, but gets spotty in some areas in the Midwest and Eastern United States.

You get what you pay for. Using T-Mobile my service was constantly in and out. When everyone else had service on a hike, I didn't. And vice versa. If you need to lessen your bill, this is an option but remember you get what you pay for.

T-mobile is a quality service that you should seriously consider. They constantly have deals going on, but the only set backs is that their connection is trippy in some places that other providers can cover.

T Mobile is more costly than other carriers I have talked to and their coverage is more limited than some. Additionally, I have not always found their customer service representatives to be as well-trained to answer questions and handle issues as other companies.

T- Mobile is by far the worst company I had ever used. I enjoy their products and their prices. The customer service however, has been anything but great. First, an agent asked me if I was pregnant when I was not. Second, I had to call them multiple times for multiple issues on the account. I would definitely not recommend this cell phone service to anyone.

The customer service in the store is good not great. I don't like how they pressure you to give them a 10 out of 10 on their exit survey. The cell coverage is OK, but not as good as my friends with Verizon
