I love Q link . I would love to have a hotspot if they offer them or if can use personal one and and get a sim card like we do for our phones . Great connection I love the unlimited data and I'll get to use my own phone. Thank you again Q link.

The initial phone that is sent isn't worth a hoot. It's 3g and slow with little storage space. The Qlink tablet is about the same. Very slow to boot and to switch pages. If your lucky enough to have an extra 4g LTE phone then my all means use it with the free sim card they send you. I've had very little problems since I brought my own phone.

It seems to be a good provider & phone service is good. I don't like not having SIM card for tablet. Can't use tablet for internet or much of anything. Would like to see about getting hotspot to have internet wherever I go. I do not have internet at home.

The only complaint I have about QLink is sometimes their customer service is terrible and am never able to get through unless you want o hold for over a hour. I love the phone and phone service I have. I appreciate that this type of thing is available because without it I wouldn't be able to afford a cell phone

I just switched over to QLink and so far so good. I could not afford to pay a phone bill. A friend referred me to QLink which I appreciate. They had just switched over to QLink and gave me the information so I could do the same. Thank you so much.

Everything seems to be easy enough to do, I have found prompts to do what had to be done, service is very good, phone is very easy to use. It is very good to help people with fixed income to make sure we stay connected to the people in our lives. Seems to be a very good service. Thank you.

The service has been good and the customer service is excellent. My only complaint would be with the quality of the phones. I have had to replace them often because they either stopped working or stopped charging. Finally I opted to bring my own phone and have had no problems. Qlink is a wonderful benefit and greatly appreciated.

It was a bit of a slow start getting going in the beginning & I'm still trying to learn the smart phone after just having a simple flip phone, but hopefully I'll be able to get into using it soon. The best thing about Q Link is the free service since I'm retired and on a limited income.

I am disabled. I have been trying to get another phone but I have not had any success. Before it was stolen it was not working right. The screen did not show anything and I could only talk with the speaker on. I call Q Link and have to hold so long, then the voice says call back later, or I would be transferred and loose the call. I am (65) and disabled. A free phone is a blessing. Can you help me get a replacement phone? Thank you, Dianne L Smith

Good service an benefits an transformation of transferring of your phone number.. would recommend to others but there tablet service is not to good because you can not use it without a wifi connection so in the tablet service I would rate it at 8 thumbs down an they still charge you $10.01 without no service on it so yeah not good on the tablet part...

My experience so far has been good. I’ve tried several different phone services, but I think QLink is the most successful one for me. My calls all go through. I get great reception. I don’t miss out on important calls anymore. The only thing I wish they had was a hotspot. I think otherwise it’s a great company.

Hello there I'm getting used to the way the phone 📱 works and how to use the apps. I have excellent clear phone service when I use the phone and using the internet is very good... it's taking a while to get use to it ,at 71 but it's very good 🙂

The phone that I paid for to get Qlink $20 wont keep a charge & it always will flip to the main screen while your trying to use the phone Half the time. Can’t get it to hang up half the time. Wasn’t worth $20. Other than that I can’t complain

Cannot beat the price. I have service issues from my apartment. Not a problem our roof is covered with two layers of asphalt shingles with metal over them. We also have solar panels on roof it does not surprise me but we all have this problem here. Overall good service

Your representatives are very courteous and will help you when needed. The reason that I said good and not great is because I bought a phone through you all and I am having problems with it. If I leave it alone for a time it will finally work itself right.

My experience has been pretty good overall. I can not recall of too many problems however the tablets the government sent out were cheap and not even worth the $10.00 they ask you to pay for them. Other than that no problems.¿

I really am so appreciative of the plan because it gives people like me a chance to keep their necessary services when money is at a place where we live day by day. I'm trying to learn how to connect and use my tablet. I'm so excited to have it. My grandson is going to come over and help me get it going. Thank you so much.

I feel blessed to have a phone that's free. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pay for the phone and even though it was cheap it's made very cheap. I wish I could have been a better phone. Other than that I'm quite satisfied with the q Link

Not bad service, I have a crappy old phone and I still get good service everywhere. I always have problems with the hot spot tho, and I'm also being charged for a tablet that was never received. But all in all.. it's great for being free!

I live in a very rural area and still get a signal. Most of the time it's only 1 or 2 bars but in an emergency that is all you need. I am waiting for them to go 5G I hope that it will be soon. I can't wait for my new sim card.

I have had very little problems with my service. The only thing that was an issue was on hold when I called for the issues I was having when I bought a phone from you and updating it. Over all this has been a good service for me. Thank you

My only issue is that incoming calls don't always come through. This has made me miss some pretty important phone calls, especially when voice mail doesn't even notify me. Other than that the service is great. It definitely has helped get me through the pandemic.

I received a tablet instead of a phone, it’s a little slow & doesn't have much memory but it’s a nice tablet other than those two small issues, I believe it’s jus slow because there’s not much space on it. With a memory card inserted it’s a little better im still trying to figure out how to set up the txt and calling (@ least tha txt).

I’m a firm believer that beggars cannot be choosers. This is really good service for free and my hat is off to you. This is the lowest point in my life and it will take a year or so to get back in my feet. This phone has saved my butt, because without it I couldn’t apply for jobs.

I am just so grateful to have a Phone that works mostly anywhere, it took a while to get Qlink up on the Highline. . Long car driving was terrifying for me after my accident in 2005. Haven’t had a phone for over a year. . So Thank you!

I like that I don't have to pay for overpriced cell service and I'm over the moon that my taxes pay for my service. But the call quality is downright awful. I've tried to find out if it's the phone I have or Qlink itself, but I can barely make or receive phone calls. I was promised it would be fixed once the towers were maintenance last year. I still can barely make or receive phone calls. I have a Nokia G20 4G LTE which is compatible for the service and receives data and texts just fine. Just the awful calling service.

They don't stand by what they say. At first they were supposed to furnish New smart phone and New sim card but when it came down to the final ending they renigged and only sent Free Sim card and I had to pay for New phone even though my phone was less than a year old but it wasn't compatible with your new system. Which I didn't think was fair since I had to pay for 2 phones in a year. It was not my fault the old phone didn't work. I shouldn't have had to pay for the new one. HJMACK

It was hard getting started with 6 hour wait times and finding a second phone to call about my qlink phone. I never received the promised tablet but I get texts to pay the copay of $10.01 which I will gladly do once I get the tablet. Thanks for a great service.

So far, this is really a decent service, for (FREE). Yes, the internet/phone is not optimal, but you do get a lot for (FREE). If things were better financially (NO) I would not choose this provider, but all in all I'm happy and Blessed. Thank you for helping me out in my time of need. God Bless

Had trouble with sim but the service department sent me out a new one along with telling me how to get into my iPhone to give them the number that they needed. The only thing is the iPad that you gave out for free does not work all that good it is so slow. I’ve just gave up on it and use my phone.

I appreciate the cell service, I would not have a cell phone any other way. And the unlimited talk, text and data is invaluable. I am very grateful for the free service. Direct communication with QLink has not been that positive. Hard to reach you and hard to get any good response from the people I have gotten by phone. Tech support is pretty bad.
