I have not had a working phone for 4 months!! Wrote customer service 50 times! They write me telling me to call!? To call without a phone??? No PHONE to call 911 last week! Do NOT recommend!

Since this supposed upgrade with the network I have no service in my area. I got disconnected from customer service three times. They ask for a call back number and never call back. I will be taking my business to safelink.
