I love Lyft as an alternative to Uber. Often times their prices are less than Ubers so I really appreciate this because I want to save money!

The drivers have been professional and courteous. I've heard they don't get health benefits or other protection so that's a concern.

Love lyft. Great prices and they are everywhere. Easy to use instead of renting a car in busier cities

Lift was very sad and my driver was very respectful. The application is incredibly simple and anyone can use it.

Lyft is cool but I feel like the Uber app is more user friendly and cheaper a lot of the time. Lyft still gets the job done though!

Of all the independent ride services we trust Lyft much more than Uber because of their screening and tracking process.

I think this is helpful for first timers with the credit provided. This is very convenient for those that don't have a car or can't carpool.

I view them about the same as Uber. Many of the drivers are the same. I can't really tell the difference. I like them both.

Lyft tries to make you feel welcome and comfortable with every ride. I think that's important for ride sharing companies.

Way too expensive. Nothing different than Uber. Lyfts are hard to come by and never are in my area without a 20 minute wait

It was okay. They continue to take money out of the account & when I told them someone was using my account & phone # they refused to service me again.

Pricing is much higher than other ride-sharing services, and it isn't clear what you're getting for the extra $$$ they charge.

Lyft is the worst option for transportation. Dirty cars, rude drivers and long wait times. Prices are reasonable but you get what you pay for. Will not be a returning customer.

This service is a "hit or miss" sometimes the rides are really good and other times it's really bad. Don't like that long wait times for a ride.
