Flown with JetBlue multiple times. I love the red eye flight options so that I can sleep all the way to NY and enjoy the extra day on my vacation! I will keep flying JetBlue!

we can find some good deals on JetBlue but there customer service is a hit and miss. depending on the time of the day you call. got to our destination safely, flight attendants were kind and attentive.

my first time flying JetBlue our flight was delayed to Florida almost 45mins. No one was updating us and then we see a female flight attendant running. once she arrived then we were ready for take off. they were misleading and wasn't really apologetic for the delay. my daughter found garbage in between the seats and she told the flight attendant and she was just rude about. last time we flew JetBlue.

the first and only time i flew JetBlue they lost my luggage. they said they will contact me with updates which was false. i got the run around when i called asking for my luggage. very rude customer service. they didn't care i was going almost 2 days without my belongings.

The only time I have taken JetBlue is the flight from Salt Lake City to Orlando. It has always left on time and we have never had problems with our luggage and the service is always really good .

Absolute worst airline. Luggage was lost and never recovered. Staff is completely rude and unhelpful. Compensation for lost items was laughable, especially considering receipts were provided to show proof of purchase. Will never be flying this airline again.

The last few flights with JetBlue have been on older aircraft with no inflight entertainment. The flights have had unreasonable delays, wit little or no communication with passengers.

Every time I flight out of San Juan, PR international airport, there are major delays and Jet Blue blames it on the fact that it is not a hub for them. The delays are not an hr or 2 delays. It is always over 5 hrs. Last time 2/24/18 the delay was 8 hrs. Needless to say we lost our connection and had to stay overnight in Miami, to get home the following day!

I like to fly Jetblue, but was shocked a month ago that I had to pay for my first baggage.....I was outraged and sad that jetblue are asking to pay for your first baggage. Jetblue has to think about this new law and drop it fast!! they are going to lose customers to other airlines...
