No entertainment on a 15 hour flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg. They promised compensation, but to date nothing. I have also emailed them for an update and no response to date.

Checked baggage deposited for travel at JFK lost for one week now. Delta is the most dysfunctional airline and JFK is the worst air terminal experienced in forty years of traveling.
