From the original interview I was kept informed of where the process was, it moved quickly and efficiently. All personnel I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Permit process was quick, installation done in under 4 hours by efficient, friendly staff and I was shown all parts and how they functioned. I'm excited to be part of the solution!

fast reliable service. great respectful installers with a no hassle easy install. we were up and running within 2-3 weeks from signing up. the longest part was waiting on permits and inspections but even that was pretty easy and was fully taken care of by Blue Raven

So far everything has been great! We started this process a couple months ago and our panels have already been installed! They’ve been on top of everything. Our installers had an issue and caused a little damage but they walked us through everything and followed up on getting it fixed ASAP, which it was done and fixed within two weeks. Everyone has been really nice and attentive to our needs.

Everything has been great. I would recommend to anyone. The installers were professional and courteous. Whenever I have had a problem or questions, they were right on it and I got to speak to someone in English. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 rating is that I don’t think the sized it properly. I was told it was sized at 102% and I am well short of that.

I shopped around and they had the most knowledgeable salesperson. It took some time to get all the permits and schedule everything, but they kept me informed and took care of everything. The crew did the install in a day, working until 7pm to complete the job. All around, very pleased.

Fast, professional and excellent work on the installation itself. Blue Raven handled all the paperwork and permits that were required. My monthly household expenses are now way lower than they were before the system was installed. Absolutely no reason not to do this if you have the sun exposure.

Although this company doesn't do its own advertising its reps are all they need! Ive never had a company put this much effort into making sure that I was knowlegedable about not just their company but solar itself. My install was effortless and quicker than they said it would be. Our 1st meeting, the rep showed up 1 hr late. They told us 6p, but he was told 7p. The contract was not the same as the estimate and it took a couple hrs of our Rep going back and forth with the contract department to get numbers right. In the end, the estimate had the numbers that were wrong and the actual monthly payment was over 20% higher. Most people would not be OK with that, but I already knew I wanted solar and I really liked our sales rep, Austin. Install was flawless and quick and clean. They cleaned up as though they were never there. The city inspector showed up without us knowing he was coming and Blue Raven showed up 20 mins later with all the paperwork he needed. That was the only full breakdown in communication with us and had we not been home at that moment, it would have set the whole process back another week. From start to finish, it seems like it takes forever, but understanding all the processes helps you understand that it really went fast. At the end of the day, was this the perfect experience from start to finish, no, but I hands down would recommend Blue Raven Solar and I am very happy we chose to stay with them. Thanks, Aaron

We got our panels installed. After 2 months (no fault of the company-inspections, permits etc) we were up and running. My bill is now the monthly fee charged by the electric company. I'm sure it'll be higher in the summer but no where near what it used to be. Even with the monthly cost of the panels it will be A LOT LESS of what we used to pay. The staff has been very helpful with any questions I've had.

From the first sales call, the Blue Raven team has been precise in their communication, from pricing to dates for inspections and delivery / installation. My installation was just completed so I do not have an opinion on the long-term quality of the product yet, but can definitely recommend Blue Raven based on my experience thus far. false advertising. only designed for 75% of my electrical usage and gave me light bulbs to cover the last 25% when I was under the impression that you designed for 100% of my electrical consumption, which of course, would have been the smart thing to do....

Hi Patrick, in the installation agreement you signed, Blue Raven guaranteed your system would produce 4,027 kWh in it's first year. Your system has produced 4,120 kWh in a year which is a 102% offset. You also signed the agreement for a 25% offset from our EE kit. Blue Raven has provided you with a state of the art system that is producing very well. Because your home has increased it's energy usage, the only way to offset this additional energy is to add additional panels. We are not responsible for your increased usage and such costs. - Maddie E., BRS
