Loved having Comcast. Didn’t love them raising prices and then continuing to do so and that is why we left. Need to be competitive with streaming services and you’re not.

I had a free Comcast subscription along side my Comcast internet in Clinton, MS. Honestly the service was fine but the customer service is bad. The workers were a bit rude and when I tried to cancel it was a nightmare. Beware of Comcast.

Their prices are way too high for what is provided. I had many times where my wifi would go out. They also do not have contracts with many channels that I enjoy (acc network, soon to be losing Starz).

Worst experience ever! Ended up getting rid of it! They called and promised us certain features for a certain price, we got those features but not at the price the sales person promised. I called but they would do nothing. We dropped the service.

They’re so bad. They’re essentially a monopoly in a lot of areas and they’re customer support is terrible. I really hope someone can force them to be competitive price wise. Also collections wasn’t easy with them, they’re ruthless for sure.
