Once they get you a customer they don't want to talk to you. They push you over to a computer and send your final bill to an address that's not yours so they can lie on your credit report knowing you already paid. Run from Comcast as fast as you can. Don't look back.

Terrible customer service. Have been on numerous calls with Comcast customer service for hours at a time. Many times can't even understand the customer service reps on the phone. Repeatedly ask the same questions over and over, with no resolution to problems.

Miserable company. Shade business practices. I would like to drop them completely. I plan to look into the entire town installing fiberoptics and negotiating our own rates with ISPs. There is no reason for the high rates, and poor quality service, and ever changing rates.

We have many tv providers and Xfinity definitely has the most options and is most user friendly. They do cost a little more though.
