The homes that are listed are sold! Please update your search more. I have broken my heart a couple times due to listings not actually available. Some aren’t even for sale period! That makes it easy for people to scam.

I like zillow because it allows you to see homes in lots of areas, the layout of the house and the value of the house.

I like the filter options. Seems like the Zestimates are off sometimes. I like that it has a rent Zestimate.

no sugarcoating

Good site for market research and looking at for sale/for rent. Zillow estimate is not reliable and in no case should replace an appraisal

OFTEN NOT VERY ACCURATE AS IT RELIES ON RECENT SALES, RENTALS, ETC., NOT REALLY COMPARING THE ACTUAL PROPERTY CONDITION, LOCATION, SCHOOLS, ETC.

I tried Zillow to find property in my area. I found it difficult to use and descriptions were vague and often pricing for the property didn't seem right or was "estimated". After a few attempts I stopped using them.

They are my competition. Used to over price homes. Doing better, but info often incomplete. I would like to see them give the board a good run.

Zillow pulls information from other sites, but often has incorrect and outdated information. I would not recommend using them when looking at homes or when wanting information about what your home might be worth.
