So easy to use when looking for a house to buy or rent! It also is very commonly used so you’ll find a lot of available options on there.

Zillow does a good job of showing homes for sale in the area and price range you choose. However, the don’t always follow up and as a result, homes are left on long after they’ve been sold or taken off the market.

I sometimes use Zillow to see what houses in my area are going for. I like that the search is parametric so I can look at just lots, or multi-family, or single family homes.

I like how easy it is to find homes or apartments. The only struggle is that the people who are posting apartments don’t always want to pay the fees to have it on Zillow.

inaccurate click bate, mote of their listing is either under contract, not for sale, horrible if you want to waste your time. the only positive is the ease of use of the interface and app. other than that the info is garbage
