Hard to find details about properties that are vacant lots, such as if utilities are brought to the property line etc. Great for finding already constructed dwellings.

Like the Zillow website for searching a new home. However, the local realtors and agencies in the Charlotte market will not accept their appraisals or loan services.

Zillow is not as updated as most sites as far as when a house has a contract on it or not. They are a good place to start but realtor.com has the up to date info.

The listings on Zillow are quick and easy to access, but they tend to be out of date. Not always the most comprehensive apartment rental shopping website

Zillow is great for keeping the market up to date. Only downside is they put preforclosures that usually aren’t accurate.
