A necessary evil. Wish I had a truck. When you need to move and need the truck though, a good option. Don't buy the extra insurance if you don't need. Chances are, your auto insurance might already cover it.

They are everywhere so its easy to use cross country. The only downfall is if you dont reserve ahead of time you might have to wait for a vehicle

Used a couple times over the last 25 years. Pretty decent on price just depends on how long u need trucks or service and how fast u move and pack and move yourself.

Having to put a credit card on file to rent the cargo can or utility truck blows. Perhaps a pay ahead of time and just an added expense to cover the possible cost would be better for some of us.

I think that they need more of the car haulers at locations but they try really hard on making sure you get what you need. So thumbs up U-Haul.

Are in a 226 ft U-Hauls when I moved and had to store my stuff in the truck for one week and it was over $1,000 they charge me because they charge for this that and the other and by the time they get done with you you have no idea what you're paying

They offer many rental options for different needs. However, they advertise a cheap rate but it is always so expensive once you add all the fees and taxes into the total.

made reservations for a 20 ft truck in the deadly days of summer in that hellhole Spokane, got run around to 3 different places to find the truck, wasted hours, got too late to tolerate the weather, I canceled, I used another company that was great. U-PACK

Charged me 150$ for a freaking crack in the windshield that was already there. Moved across the country, paid for every mile, returned early in clean and perfect condition. even had a picture of the crack on file from the before documentation they make you do on your phone (convoluted process at best btw) and they still charged me. crooks.

U-Haul is a good company to rent a truck for moving products. The company is reliable however very expensive. I believe the prices for rental are over priced.
