I use U-Haul to get trucks and trailers for local transporting. They are super convenient and don't require a lot of planning. It frustrates me when I decline the insurance, and then they charge me anyway. I haven't had success getting those charges overturned.

Sometimes the price is not fun but it’s very convenient to use when moving and big jobs our regular car can’t do. It has big storage trucks and smaller ones too. There’s a location everywhere so that helps too.

U-Haul has always helped us do what we needed to, and their options for a car-dolley have been very helpful in moving our car with us. Also the pricing is very fair.

I have had such a great experience with UHaul! Great customer service, rental vehicles are in excellent condition, easy process for online reservation and pick-up. They're opened 24/7 which is also very helpful!

Not the highest quality, but pretty affordable. Trucks and moving vessels are not always in best condition. Customer service can be sketchy, at times. Wish they used fragrance free methods to keep cabs clean and non-musty, as the stuff they use carm irritate senses a lot

I’ve only used them 3 times but it was interstate so the cost was a little higher. But totally worth every penny. The vehicle was nice and when we used the trailer it had nice tires. Would use again

I've used U-Haul every single time I've moved. I love the convenience of the stores, the different size trucks/vans, and how inexpensive it is. Will use again.

UHAUL has been my first choice in moving trucks. They have different sizes, are affordable and clean. It is also fast to pick up if you are in a crunch!

I use U hual because i have to. When I need to move or haul a car they are the only ones around to rent what i need. They never have the equipment i need at the location i request and they make me drive way out of the way for it.

We rented a U-Haul to move daughter to a different state. The trailer worked well and the ramp that comes with it was very helpful. They were convenient and easy to use.

With so many locations it made it simple to choose who we would use so we could return it when we were done without any hassle. Lots of options and at a great cost.

I have used U-Haul only once to transport my car about 8 hours away. The prices they charge to rent their equipment is pretty expensive but they are a trusted brand so it is worth the extra money. They have a lot of options to suite your needs- depending on if you need a small or large transportation vehicle.

We have used U-Haul trucks every time we have moved a short distance. My only complaint would be is that they charge for extra blankets or even a dolly. They need to include more in their regular price.

Whenever I, family members needed a truck we were always able to find one. However services among different franchises varied. Many times dollies and boxes were unavailable, the trucks were not clean.

The day before we had scheduled to move with a U-Haul, they called and let us know the truck we had reserved was no longer available. So we had to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction in order to get a truck that was available.

When we moved from Texas to Florida we rented one of their boxes that you pack your belongings in. They deliver it and pick it up when your packed and take it to a storage facility and when you arrive at your new home they bring it to you. It's secured with a lock that you own. When we started to un pack it appeared to have been dropped because everything was jumbled up in side and after unpacking we discovered some items missing. Their customer service was less than helpful and we never received a refund, replacement or ant type of compensation
