Rented an old 16' Uhaul truck which broke down after 10 miles and of course was fully packed. It took them 4 hours to get a tow truck and get me where I needed to be. Not much of any apologies from the employees or manager! More of an oh well things happens and we don't care attitude! No offer of a discount or anything other that would ever get me to use them again. Too risky and not worth the trouble until they get new vehicles!

My preferred truck rental service. Have made many successful moves with Uhaul trucks and the one way drop off makes the long trips easy.

U-Haul was very helpful in my move 45 minutes away. The truck was spacious and easy to use. It can get pretty pricey but sometimes the service is just required.

Online reservations aren't guaranteed! Made a "reservation" for a truck online only to be told by the local dealer they didn't have that size truck available and that the online system takes the reservation without checking inventory.

For trailer rentals these guys kill it. So much cheaper than renting from others. Saved thousands over the years using them.

Use U-Haul to move apartments. Their vehicle was reliable and in good clean condition. The dropoff was flexible but cost me some extra money.

Over priced, terrible management and horrible customer service!!! I have used Uhaul many times and have become tired of the overpriced rundown box trucks they offer. Rented plenty of trucks that the A/C didn’t work and if I’m paying $1.09 a mile that shouldn’t happen. Then when you call Uhaul and you don’t deal with the company you have to deal with the owner of that location which of course will not be helpful. Other truck companies are cheaper and WAY more helpful. AVOID UHAUL!!!

Uhaul moving company is okay. Decently priced although it’s more expensive than Budget. Rented a truck from here and was giving a truck with no tail lights. That was fun.

I have had mixed experiences with U-Haul rentals. One time I ordered a truck before hand and when I went to go pick it up they didn’t have any available. Other times I did and it worked out great. Mixed feelings.

The truck was clean and drove fine. The pickup and drop off location was convenient however they didn’t have the size I reserved and charged me more for the bigger truck even though I didn’t want/need the larger truck.
