Completely wasted my time - and a hard pull on my credit report. I made it completely clear from the first moment on the phone that I was looking for a Home Equity Loan. They instead send me paperwork for a conventional mortgage. That was never discussed and I would have ended the call if it had been. Disgusted.

An absolute disaster. 4 1/2 months of missteps, endless time on hold, ridiculous excuses for missed deadlines and in the end lying about what caused the delays. They totally wasted 150 days of my time then sent me an e mail out of the blue, we will not do your loan as we committed.

If there was a zero rating I’d give it. Not only I make more than 190k a year and have no debt this year and last, I also have excellent credit rating. Denied because of low income two years ago. I have enough money in the bank to buy the house outright. How many people can say that. Bad company. Prejudice at work.

I would not go through quicken loan they are a bad company we was approve for a house and had the appraisal done and wanted us to fix everything and then 2 days before closing they called me up said my loan could not go through I didnt get all the information that they was wanting during the process they led us on for 4 months straight .

We called to get a quote for a home loan, the representative would not give us a quote unless we signed a contract saying we'd use them. Were not going to agree to something we cant see. Low and behold we did not use this company because they couldn't provide a quote.

Both loan officers Dylan and Gino did not know their own company guidelines and strung us along for weeks clearing stips for a loan that was never going to happen. Now we are losing our home purchase because they wasted the time that was allowed in our contract to get a mortgage commitment.

I was refinancing my existing mortgage with Quicken but experienced a 2.5 month waiting period, awful communication, constant follow up and overall awful customer service. Spoke to over 10 people in the course of 2 months. They don't have their stuff together and ended up going elsewhere. Never again.

We had a loan through quicken loans and had it set up on auto payment withdrawal. We decided to do a refinance through quicken loans. We closed on the refinance on September 21st. They took an auto payment withdrawal on September 27th for the closed loan. We called an we now have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the $1000 back!!!

They are a predatory lender! They will overappraise your house to approve a refinance you really can not afford, or to avoid a short sale. They will talk you into rolling your debts into a refinance which will end up costing more in the long run.

I don't know why this company is listed to collect reviews, Quicken Loans rebranded to Rocket Loans for too much bad publicity. They got my information when I entered their super bowl squares commercial and tried to push me into my exact mortgage with the promise of skipping my next months mortgage payment. That'd make sense if I didn't owe more in closing costs than I would "save" not making a mortgage payment. Stay far away from this company. They have their interests in mind, not mine and not yours. Look elsewhere and I highly recommend someone local.

I wasted a ton of time trying to use Quicken Loans instead of just using a local company. After wasting almost a month of going through the entire process trying to sell my home I ended up having to start the process all over and go through another company. The agent we were working with even went out on vacation during final week and left his case load with another co-worker who had no clue how to help us.
