Our refinance process was quick, straightforward, and simple. All of my questions were answered quickly and everyone we interacted with was very kind and helpful. I shopped around a bit for our refinance, and Amerisave was not only by far the best deal, they were the only place that actually took the time to answer all of my questions. We had a nightmare loan process with another company when we purchased our home, so I was hesitant to try for a refinance. I’m so grateful to say this experience was completely different than our first loan. Highly recommend Amerisave.

As seniors, we needed some help dealing with our online REFI request! Our Senior Loan Originator Tim A made it very easy for us - from the original contact by phone to our happy closing on 08/04/2020. He is a real professional who asked the right questions, handled everything quickly and in a manner we understood. The designated Processor - Sara T - was also of big help. Both my wife and I can highly recommend AmeriSave Mortgage Corp.and it's officer/employees.

I was appreciative of the very quick response by Amerisave to my request for refinance. Amerisave's website made it easy to send in information and directly connect with my bank. The Amerisave staff took the time to explain everything in detail and always quickly responded to any questions I had. They made the refinance of my home very quick and easy and I was given a much better interest rate than other banks could offer.

I like the fact that everything is pretty much handled electronically with a very efficient and interactive website easy to use. Highly recommended. Amerisave is the way to go!!!!”

My experience was pretty terrible. Although I got a good rate, the loan officer was incredibly unorganized. We were almost a week past our closing date an it created a lot of problems with u trying to close on our house. My wife is a processor herself and she was trying to help them and it got all screwed up. We reached out to customer service to work out our problems and the loan officer was quick to escalate. They need to work on meeting timelines.

Partnering with Solidifi Title Company. Very disorganized settlement with STC. They lost my my check and cost me an additional $32 in banking fees for cancelled check and funds wire service.
