Wonderful experience. The consultant who dealt with me was wonderful. She was so very responsive. I was able to close the loan in less than twenty days.

I refinanced with them about eight months ago and I had a good experience so I called my same one adviser back and use them again. Everything is upfront.

Initial Rep was good. But as the process transitioned the service and communication got progressively worse. Lul S was not a good rep. I would have referred AmeriSave to friends but my experience with her was so bad that i wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone else.

We chose AmeriSave mortgage because you were the first one to return our calls, we're sort of glad we did our loan initiator was great but the person that ended up handling our loan, the processor was terrible. Because of the processor named Ernie we cannot recommend AmeriSave until you get better processors.

I feel certain they will have 5 stars from me after we have been with them for a year. I just don't know them well enough to rate them at the highest, but so far our experience with AmeriSave has been excellent

The process with AmeriSave was really smooth and easy. The only problem we had was after the loan was processed we ended up getting money back and we had a problem with sending back a lot of checks, so that was a hassle.

I went with AmeriSave because they had the best rate at the time. The process was very long and took several months. They have great communication, just have a problem with being relatively slow in getting things processed.

I went with them because they were the cheapest. Their application was easy but I kept getting follow up calls that I kept trying to end. Their marketing is way too aggressive and I would suggest them dialing that down.

There were a lot of technical glitches with their system. It was very difficult to get everything on the application working properly, so I'd like them to get it more user friendly. Customer service was very nice, responsive, and helpful.

They have very good rates with zero closing cost. They even put some money in your pocket. But their response to emails is tardy. Sometimes very tardy. Eventually they answer your questions.

It takes so long and the communication could have been better. It would be helpful if they provided updates on the processing of the loan. Three months is too long for a refinance.

Lack of good and timely communication is the main problem. After over one month from my COE, I still haven't be told who is paying my property tax which was due to be paid by October 1st and delinquent by November 1st! Called your company many times to get an answer, the first time I got through, the representative was unable to answer the question. Subsequent calls only put me on long hold over thirty five minutes which I finally gave up.

I started sometime in March and finished in September, it was almost six moths. People are good and attentive but you are likely to change people many times in the process, which is too long.

This company is the easiest was to get a loan. You submit all the documents online which is pretty easy to do. They get back to you quickly. The only thing I don’t like is thar most people talk about the same issue.

I contacted four mortgage companies and Amerisave was the only one that I could reach and get answers from in minutes. My loan originator Robert D always answered his phone. I never had to go through layers of automated voice answering. My loan processor was just as responsive and if the answer to my questions were not known immediately she would respond within the day. Amerisave was quick to meet my needs competitively. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and great experience. Amerisave agents, Courtney and Joshua are friendly and professional. They make me feel at ease and walk me throughout the whole process. My loan is closed within 6 weeks. They got me very low interest rate of 2.25%. It’s not my first time I have mortgage loan with AmeriSave. I trust Amerisave in handling my mortgage and I’ll use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Amerisave to anyone. Thank you Britney and Joshua.

If given the chance to do business again with AmeriSave I would do it again over and over! I have had the best experience with Darla C that you could ask for in an agent. She took the time to explain the entire process and answer any questions I had. The costs associated with the loan are outstanding, I find that AmeriSave has put Rocket Mortgage (Quicken Loans) to shame for what they charge to do a loan! They may advertise low rates but AmeriSave has them! You cannot ask for anything more! Thanks again to Darla C and Randy M my processor for their excellent work!

Amazing experience and would recommend it. Very very knowledgable loan processor (Adam S), he took the time to answer all my questions and ran through all possible scenarios like break-even analysis for points consideration so I can make the best decision. The loan approval process is a breeze, they have a fully online and digital system to get signatures and forms processed ASAP.
