It's a really touchy device. It will just go off when it wants to. If it goes off, I'll hurry and rush to our device box to turn it off.

I'm pretty upset with this company. I signed up for the service, and I've been billed already. I have not gotten any of the equipment, even though they've billed me.

Reply from MobileHelp

Dear Robert,

We are sorry to hear this, however, we believe you may have us confused with another company since you cancelled your original order with us before it shipped. We never billed you for this order, since the order never shipped. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact customer care at 877-827-6207.

Best Regards, MobileHelp

One thing I do not like about the product is that it goes of without any warning, even if I don't actually press the alarm.

Pendant size is to large and bulky has to be worn visibly to everyone Embarrassing

Reply from MobileHelp

Do,

We are sorry that you feel that pendant is embarrassing to wear. By wearing it outside the clothing, you can access the button easier to press for help and if you have a fall detection pendant, if you were to keep it inside you clothing and you fell, the button can't move the way it should to detect a fall. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Kind Regards,

MobileHelp
